Paid almost $70 for the VIP cleaning with leather conditioner for all 3 rows of seats. First off, yes, the exterior looks great......from afar. But its far from good. It specifically states the VIP includes hand cleaned wheels, which I would expect to hit the areas the automatic wash doesnt get to. Survey says!......that was a lie. The VIP also states it includes the basic service which includes door jams wiped down. Survey says!.....THAT was also a lie.The dashboard looked and felt like they used a bucket of crisco to clean it along with the door panels, tire walls and leather seats. Im really glad I have a center console to stop me from sliding straight out the passenger side door.

I have used Red Carpet many times. This visit I paid for the $55 package deal, also spent another $40ish on item from gift area and a gift card. Plus gave a tip to crew. Went to leave and there was a problem. I have big black towels to sit on to protect seats. 5 in total. Drivers seat and middle bench seat were both missing. I told them about it. Later a young lady came and told me I did not have towels on those 2 seats. Ok I am not crazy. Again I told her my towels are missing. Was told manager would call me. She was out to lunch. 3 hours go by. I call and she tells me she will call me back. She does and says watched video. No one took towels. So frustrating. So I replaced them. Disappointed they had no apology. Put it on me, really.
This is where i go for car wash. Respectful staff. Great service and cheap for full car wash service. I travel 15 mins just to wash my car here. I love the free car freshener leather. Good job guys!
I went to Red Carpet car wash in Midwest City today with my sister. She was looking to have her car vacuumed and windows cleaned.Standing there she was quoted $25. We went next door and had lunch. When we came back, she was told it was $33 and change. They brought the guy and he lied saying he never quoted the $25 figure. Had I not heard him myself I had no question his integrity.It is sad that $8 increase in price cost the workers lost any hope for a tip.Too bad this will be the first and last time Red Carpet Car Wash gets our business.
I paid $180.00 for a inside and out detail. The inside was very good. But the outside was like the $6.00 car wash. It had dirty spots all over it. The front of the car had bug guts all over it. You could run hand over it and feel them. I don’t know why if they waxed it that would still be there. I ask to speak to the manager. She came back a said he told her to take $70.00 dollars off. He didn’t even have the stones to come and talk to me. I think that girl that helped me was very nice and deserves a better place to work

Went there yesterday for a full service wash but they said it would 1 1/2 hours as they only had 2 show up for work, I saw more than 2. I chose to get the drive through and when I got home it looked like nothing had touched it. The water smelled like sewer water. I wont be back.

So it wasnt that great at first, the exterior wash was nice, they were lazy on the interior though, I got my mats washed but they came out dirty, I brought this up to isrrael and he went right through and made them look good, it wouldnt have been as good of an experience but he changed it
After reading some negative reviews about this business, I was apprehensive about going but had a gift card to the place. I purchased the interior detailing package. I had just been on a road trip to a snowy area and the inside of my vehicle was muddy and had salt all over it from icy roads. I also had various stains on the seats, floors and mats from over the years that I had not been able to remove myself. I was helped right as I walked in the door. I dropped my vehicle off and the manager looked at the inside of my vehicle with me and told me it was be 3-3 1/2 hours. They called me promptly at 3.5 hours and I came to pick up my vehicle. An employee inspected it with me and asked if I approved, then I paid. I am very pleased with the service, there wasn’t an area they left untouched on the inside of my vehicle, even under my seats was clean. All stains were gone with no trace and everything else was polished. They also covered my seat with plastic and put paper on the floorboard so my shoes wouldn’t get it dirty and included some free air fresheners with a scent of my choice. The interior package purchase also includes a basic exterior wash and even that I was impressed with because I had salt and snow and mud all on the outside. The employees were all friendly and professional as well. I personally think this was a great value and more than likely plan on purchasing this service in the future again. I definitely recommend the Midwest City location.

Enjoyed my visit to Red Carpet. They had plenty of help and were able to gas, wash and interior clean for me. I was impressed with their service and added a stick on my back glass so I could get a discount next time. Will use them again.

Great detail on my vehicle and fast service
My car certainly looked better thanIt did when I arrived, however, this was the worse job Ive ever gotten at red carpet. The dash had grounds of dirt ashes or something all over it it had to be wiped off the cup holders had not been cleaned the steering wheel behind the steering wheel was dirty and it wasnt vacuumed well. I was disappointed with the finished job. Had an appointment so was unable to have someone look at my car.
They did such a great job. I had Pepsi in the back and it exploded everywhere this past below freezing 🥶winter and they got it all cleaned up. Thanks

They do an OK job, but because my car is older and not really nice like a newer car, they dont spend ANY time on the small details, inside or out, like my car is a joke. I wouldnt go there if I were able to wash it myself. I pay the same as everyone else!

I come here about once every two months to get my car loved on and cleaned up. This Red Carpet has not disappointed me. The staff is friendly and the facility is great (especially for waiting).
Worst car wash I’ve ever been to. It seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. I’m assuming Sandy, an employee, was having a bad day today because she was very rude when I asked her a simple question about how to exit the premises. I will never return and I don’t recommend this place at all!
I have been In two other locations of Red Carpet and I gotta say the guys at Midwest city really put effort on their job and go above and beyond to help people needs. I notice other locations have canopy’s ! hope they get one too, specially on this upcoming hot weather . Thanks guys for the hard work !
35 dollars and i came home to finish what they didnt do.. i got the dog stains out with a can of upholstery cleaner. $3.50.. I washed out my cup holders.. and honestly i wont go back. The wheel detail iIsnt worth it. And they moved my seats.. i hate that. I wont do that again. Freakin $35 bucks.. no
Slow af but good wash
It was my first time ever going to this place as I wanted to get an interior detail cleaning. I have a pocket knife that is sentimental to me as my dad gave it to me that NEVER leaves my car. I leave it in the drivers side door at all times, only to ever be used in some sort of emergency. It was the one thing I forgot to take out. Once I noticed it was gone I checked my trunk, since they said that’s where they leave anything left in the car. It was not there so I then searched everywhere else in my car, just in case they may have put it somewhere else. I then called and asked to talk to the manager, I explained how my knife was missing and that I know it never leaves the car and just asked them to check around and ask people to see if they maybe just forgot to put it back in the car. I had called pretty close to closing time so the manager said they would give me a call back the next day after asking all of his detail people. He never called the next day. I called back the day after he was suppose to and he didn’t even seem like he cared that much to try and help me. That knife meant a lot to me because my dad gave it to me, and that’s something I will never get back. I don’t think I could ever go back to place who just allows their employees to steal stuff out of their customers cars.

I get the $31 wash and add wheels and tires for an additional charge. I love that it is located next to All American Diner so that while my vehicle is getting cleaned I can grab a bite to eat and by the time Im done eating I have a full belly and a clean car!

I understand the importance of this COVID-19. I work retail and have been updated from the beginning. I know by the health ordinance that since I have a medical condition I do not have to wear a mask and cannot wear one. And with the amount of money I am spending to have my car detailed the cashier argues with me that I cannot be in there and insists I give her my credit card because I have to stay outside I don’t think so. I don’t even give my husband my credit card. I explain I cannot wear one and she continues to argue and I had to FINALLY tell her that by the city ordinances guidelines I do not have to wear a mask and cannot wear a mask. Did they want me to pass out on their floor and an ambulance be called for this to get through to her? Medical conditions are medical conditions.
Not a good experience. Took to long to get my car washed. I set inline 30 min waiting on a car in front of me that no one was vacuuming. As a result 2 others cars went into the bay before my truck. Not happy at all.

Had the new red carpet wash done, overall looks great, they left numerous spots dirty on the inside, and outside tires still had dirt on them, glass had splotches, rear cup holders werent touched, front of the truck looked like it didnt even go through a car wash. For a $31 wash, I expect more considering i can get the same service elsewhere for at least $5-$10 less.

First of all if the supervisor Andie is in and you have an issue walk out of there because shes a B.! With capitals. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional on my life. She kept hanging off the phone because she could not answered a single question why after $23 dollars service my car is walking out of there the same way it arrived even though I paid for a detailed. Theres nothing gets more from 0 to 10 than when Im upset and not even yelling than someone to come at me and tell me first if all calm down! Shes lucky I called and I didnt showed up at her location so she can see how crazy me needing to calm down really looks like. Supervisor should have some kind of education and people skills u less you are a supervisor at a market not bringing my cars here ever again.

I spilled a half gallon off milk in my back seat. So obviously the smell was horrid. They did a great job and my car looks an smells great
After an hour waiting, the attendant said there was no key in my car. The Manager accused me of taking the key out of the car and said they never had it. I did not receive any help until I called the Police to write up an incident report. I was going to have to pay to have my car towed ($150) home and go the dealership to get a new key ($300 at the Infinity dealership).The police finally convinced the manager to search the other vehicles and they found my key in another car. I would not have been so mad if they Manager hadnt accused me of losing my key.Long story short. 2 HOURS Later I get to leave with a dirty car. I will never return to this car wash and will make it my mission to talk everyone I know out of using them.

I took my car on Friday and dropped it off for a full inside detail. They did not shampoo or clean the 3rd row area at all except the floor carpet. Not sure how that was missed. Also, I’m not sure how the actually cleaned the inside of the car but everything was covered in amourall which is so greasy! Even the steering wheel and gear shifter. Had I known.. I would of been okay without it being greased up. Even the rubber weather mats! Why?!?! I asked one of the shop guys for a paper towel and it took 4 people to get me a paper towel because no one spoke English. So now I know for next time.. They also said outside wash and hand dry is complementary but when I paid my ticket they charged me for the wash.. 😐 The outside wash was not that great. I have membership at Okie and the wash is way better there. With all that said $100 for greasy inside car and half shampooed vehicle... not worth it because I will have to take it back for them to finish the work. I dropped the car off for a 10am appt, they finished up at 2:47p. Not complaining about the time. I was def okay with leaving it for a few hours.

I Arrived at 12:35 pm, attendant said wait out here for Covid19, ordered VIP Wash $55.00 and extra $7.00 charge for mud, paid at 1:03 pm, 15 cars behind me have gone through, somensome were just exterior Wash, 2:20 pm have not seen my car??? At least 7 attendants, 3 working, 2 glancing blows along cars, 2 are busy hiding. Im sure this is in vain.Best car was in OKC???2:25 pm going through automatic Wash.Completed 2:39 pm
