4/10 We showed up and asked about this vehicle and was told immediately it wasnt there. Salesman knew his stuff, had to, even tho the call came in when we got home about this car and they did have it.Honestly this sale felt like bait; the previous owner trashed it and the fobs it came with so it need s a detail, the outside dodged a bullet so it at least looks nice from the exterior, theres no donut and they wouldnt add it when we asked :), oh and the AC doesnt work. Makes sense why is was almost $7k... and a no buy back deal. This all just feels kinda sleazy so Im not about to recommend this lot or buy from them again. At least I own a drivable SUV, ha, well see how long that lasts without a warranty.
An alright place to buy a car, an awful place to sell a car. Their prices are fairly consistent with fair car values, though they do try and tack on some fees at the end of the process. Selling is a different story. My car was valued on Kelley Blue Book for $21,359-$23,378 for a fair trade-in. I understand their need to make a profit, so I was prepared for a $20,000 offer. They came back with a $17,000 offer and was telling me how nice the car was and how excited they were to make a deal with me. I said “no thanks” and sold it at carmax for $21,600 with zero hassle.
The salesman I had and finance person were spot on awesome!! The ONLY negative I have is AFTER we bought our Challenger, a salesman there was VERY rude and disrespectful!! I had spoke with him when we were just looking, and he recognized me. He questioned me about this, then became so rude. I am telling anyone to stay away from Wihzey Brewer!!! If he had disrespected me the way he did b4 buying the car, I would have went somewhere else!!! Like I said in the beginning before Mr. Brewer started pouting things were spot on.
This was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!!! Caleb Forsythe went above and beyond to help us! Every single person we encountered through our transaction was so helpful and answered all of our questions! We were GM customers orginally and always had been, that has definitely changed! We will continue to buy our vehicles from David Stanley Dodge. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Thank you!!
Chris Patterson was an amazing salesman. He got me into a car that I love and made the entire experience worth the drive out to Midwest city. The selection wasn’t massive but it didn’t need to be because I found the car I had been looking for almost right away and he did everything he could to make it possible. Amazing experience.
Joseph is an awesome sales person. He help my daughter Alexis buy her 1st Jeep! 🥳 This is our 2nd time buying a car here. Definitely will come back again!
Came here to look for a new car after the hail storm totaled my vehicle. These guys were awesome I actually walked out feeling like I won. Big shout out to Juan, my salesman. Juan went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle at my asking price and he provided excellent customer service the whole way. I highly recommend speaking to Juan if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
Just need to drop one name. Mario Tovar. Mario single handily saved my David Stanley experience. He didn’t give me everything I wanted like some people expect to have a “good” experience. But he came at me like a human being. Answered my questions DIRECTLY. Spread out all the documents and info to justify why he was doing what he was doing. And we COMPROMISED on a deal. The dealership probably still won the deal due to the lack of incoming inventory from the chip shortage. But I still left satisfied, because he accurately and honestly explained his actions. Mario is a boss and fresh legs on the Sales Manager side of things coming from F&I. He was a welcome sight and a HUGE asset to David Stanley Auto Group as a whole. Mario, I hope you flourish and keep making people happy while also making a few dollars yourself my friend. HMU for beers if your in Yukon! (Only 4 Stars due to previous experience on same car deal)
Do not go here! We were considering the purchase of two different cars from this dealership. The car we really liked had bad tires, bad hub caps and scratches all over the bumper. After discussing with the salesman how much they might come down on the price so that we could fix these items ourselves, he indicated that there was no way they were going to come down thousands of dollars for these repairs. We tried to be open and honest about what we were willing to pay and was up front about this. It didnt seem like we were going to come to an agreement, we decided we were going to step away and think about it, because we felt the price was very high for the amount of miles and repairs needed to the car. We asked for his business card because we wanting to give him the sale in the event we did come back and then his tone completely switched! He became rude and said he didnt know if he had a business card or not (what car salesman doesnt have business cards or can not write their information down?) and was irritated that we would not come in and talk with his sales manager further. We decided to just leave and he followed us to our car and continued to be rude and said that we werent even considering negotiating and that he hoped we found the pristine car for the price we were looking for in a very sarcastic tone. He just lost the sale - we had cash ready to buy and will not go back to this dealership.
I had two of the best salesman! Justice Minster and James did such a great job with meeting my needs and had outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend coming to this place just because of how excellent the customer service was. They were very friendly and attentive, which I appreciated so much. I will definitely tell my friends about this place and recommend them to talk to justice and James for sure! Thank you for keeping it fun and making sure I understood everything.
The service department is this dealerships strongest asset. Tiffany my service advisor is knowledgeable and a good listener. All my concerns on my wrangler and gladiator were addressed to my satisfaction. Accolades to the mechanic that worked on my gladiator I would like to thank him as well
Let me be honest here I came in today with absolutely the lowest possible expectations for myself. As a first time buyer with no credit I was very prepared to be told no over and over. We came in and spoke with J-son the entire time and he was complete and honest with me upfront about my situation in that it may be difficult. We spent some time here with him and to my utter belief J-Son came back and somehow was able to get me into the car I wanted which is a CHALLENGER. With no credit J-Son got me into a Challenger and within my budget too. Seriously man anyone coming in is telling you talk to J-Son man he will have you taking care of. J-Son my man if you see this I appreciate everything you’ve done for me bro!
It took 5 hours to test drive 2 vehicles and go through the rigmarole of financing and signing paperwork to finally drive home with our new vehicle. They were definitely busier than we anticipated and seemingly short staffed in the manager/ approval dept. Our sales person, Chris P. did a great job at checking in with us during the longer than expected wait time, listening to our needs and concerns, and giving overall great customer service! Alex R. in the finance dept was super efficient and thorough in answering our questions and expediting the final stage of the process. Thank you both for helping us!
Our car decided to kick the bucket and saw an ad on Facebook and drove down. We had the pleasure of working with Mauricio who was very understanding of our situation and worked a miracle somehow and got us into a car and saved my job by doing so. We are so grateful for him/them. 10/10 would recommend if you are in need of a car.
Our car decided to kick the bucket and saw an ad on Facebook and drove down. We are so grateful for him/them. 10/10 would recommend if you are in need of a car.
Just to drop a short note. Joe Buntin; a very nice salesman, went out of his way to show us all the cars in our price range. He and the sales manager Chris worked out a deal on a nice Nissan that was fair. Go in and ask for Joe!!
Read the reviews and still inquired about a new ram advertised at 51k. Looked like a good price with the current Ram incentives. Im out of state so I called to see what the out the door price would be before driving up to take a look. When they called back the price went from 51 to 56k just in dealer fees alone.. on a bighorn.. mind you this is before I pay sales tax when I bring it back to my own state. One of those fees was a $3900 chip shortage fee. The bait and switch reviews appear to be true. Ill take my business elsewhere..
Best car shopping experience, great customer service, Justin Tremain was very patient with us and amazing to work with. He helped us find a truck for us at a good price. Definitely recommend this dealership and Justin Tremain.
The only star going to Chris P! Looked at a used vehicle, our sales guy was great. When negotiating is when we met with the sales manager (also Chris) was a slimeball who lied to get a sale. Thank god we caught it with finance going over paperwork- everyone seemed nice besides Chris the sales manager but if they have people like that I wont be back.
Friendly staff who were very willing to go out of their way to get us a vehicle we needed. We did buy a vehicle with some minor hail damage and a cracked tail light (it also only came with 1 key fob), none of these issues were brought to our attention. When I brought these up I was told there was nothing they could about it. I do wish they wouldve gotten us a second key, other than that they more than deserved our business.
Pulled onto the used lot and met Martin. The used vehicle I came to look at was sold, but Martin worked hard and helped me get into a great new car. Very pleased with my experience. Other members of the staff were helpful and friendly as well. Wouldnt hesitate to buy another vehicle from Martin and the folks at David Stanley.
They only care about that sale and kept repeating you’re getting a great truck. They didn’t listen to us and pushed us to buy from them. What could’ve taken 3 hours a good and local dealership took us 6 hours to get papers signed. I didn’t like how the manager had to step in when they didn’t have what we wanted. We did have a great dealer, but the manager wanted the sale, so he stepped in. They also left the truck dirty and not cleaned out from the previous owner. They didn’t bother the even make it look decent.
Excellent customer service!!! I was able to get in and out with a great vehicle by 1:00. Everyone was very kind to me and Frankie Martinez really went the extra mile for me. Thank you for your help
I will never do business with David Stanley again! They will tell you anything to get you there, but then they lie and break promises. Was lied to about 4 different times. Bought a vehicle from them and less than 2 years later the engine goes out. Started falling apart rapidly after I drove it off the lot. The answers change daily. Go in one day and they tell you something. Then a couple days later they lie to your face and make up stuff. The qualifications for their offers all the sudden change and they cant do what they promised. They have wasted my time and lied to me just to get me in and then cant come through. You have lost a customer! This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them that had major problems not even within a year!
What a disappointment this place is. Called yesterday and talked to a salesperson about 2 different vehicles. They were going to send me a video of the trucks since I was out of state. I texted the sales rep on the number she gave me and never heard a peep. I left another text this morning to no avail. I finally called the dealership and they said she was busy, bit would call me back. Again nothing, several hours later I called and ask for another sales person, after speaking with them the truck I wanted was sold and my second choice was sold just 10 minutes after speaking to her around 2:30 pm. This is blatant disregard for a customer on the first ladys part. She didnt even have the courtesy to call and say, sorry I got busy or just plain forgot about you. Well David Stanley can forget about my money, I will buy elsewhere.
We drove here from Broken Arrow, ok after speaking with Kaitlyn Shepard. She confirmed the vehicle was available and the price on the website was correct. After arriving, Katelyn was not available and another salesperson informed us that Katelyn was just an assistant. The salesperson shared that sometimes the management team would not honor the website pricing. We submitted an offer based on the pricing listed online. While waiting 30 minutes. We decided to check the vehicle over a little closer. It was during this time that we observed that the rear driver side door did not close all the way. We checked the other side to make sure we were not mistaken. The other door fit perfectly. The sales manager came back with a price that was higher than advertised. He explained that the advertised price was only if we financed through them. After a discussion we stated what we would pay based on the door being fixed. He came back with a little lower price but still not the advertised price. Then he wanted to play the old game of tell me what you will pay and sign on a line he drew. This is a farce, sometimes they honor the price but when you push to have the door fixed, they come back and say well you did not put it on the paper. Remember it is not a legal document unless they sign it too.We had been warned by dealers where we live that this is the way David Stanley operates. So if you want to see how cars were sold in the stone age, then by all means go see them.I do have to give them credit for not trying the old FOUR SQUARE offer. But he had no idea about a Jeep cash allowance.
They couldnt get me approved for what i really wanted but I can say they tried their hardest and my sales man Justice was superb! I will definitely try here again when i meet requirements.
Chris P, thank you for making this a quick and painless process.. got there looked at the car, test drove it, made a deal, signed all the papers in just at 3 hours.. that is I think a record.. will come back and buy from here again.. Chris P thanks for all your help and you sir are an awesome guy..
They got the oil changed in a responsible time. They are very friendly.
Went in to shop for a used truck. I went in with pre approval from MY bank. They tried to run my credit again. I said NO do not run it. They then tried to appraise my trade at less then 1/4 of its value. When I said no they would not even try to sell me a vehicle even with my pre-approved loan. This place is crooked beyond compare. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE. The used car manager is a flat out liar!!
Best customer service ever!Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and very helpful! Possibly the fastest we ever purchased a vehicle! We will be returning customers!
Terrible service! Crooks!Over charged us for a vehicle that the transmission is going out on. Then they run us around acting like they will help when they just wasted are time, on two occasions. I would not recommend these two face sales staff!
They try to get over on you and always try to push the payment way higher then it needs to be I wouldn’t ever go here again. You can get better service at a buy here pay here a joke of a dealership smh
They’ll sell you a vehicle but can’t get all the parts when needed ….and they make the invoices say that parts have been installed when again they can’t get the parts…. I wanted my tires rotated and the invoice says it was done but the tire with the plug is still on the rear driver side instead of being rotated to the front ….this place is a joke !
I went to David Stanley CJDR around 07/18/21 to buy a New Jeep Wrangler. Well things did not start out well due to a Salesman with some personality issues. Along came Justice Minter to save the day. My husband and I had worked with Justice last year and this year he went above and beyond and did the best job ever. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He worked very hard to get this deal workable for me and I have to say I dont know how he did it, but he did..He even took a picture with my jeep when it came in to let me know that it was ready for me to take delivery. Justice needs to be in a leadership program to show other salesmen what a good personality and all around good person can accomplish when trying to help a customer purchase a car and do it without being a shark. I will let anyone know if they go to David Stanley CJDR to ask for Justice Minter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Spreading the amazing service of Andrea’s hard work that fitted my commute and traveling needs. Thank you again *Gorgeous🌺
I was trying to purchase a used vehicle. I spoke to a sales person early in the morning. I asked for more pics of the damage on the vehicle and finally got those late afternoon. I called my sales person after seeing the price drop online and never got a call back. I called the dealer later to put a hold on the vehicle and was told by another sales person that they would get it set up and call me back. I never heard back. I tried calling the next day and no response. I ended up talking to a sales manager and he told me the car was sold and we dont hold cars without a deposit. I asked about a different car and the car on the website was the wrong color car and the one that shouldve been advertised had issues and they were selling it wholesale. I wasnt interested in that. The sales manager didnt even ask what I was looking for in a car or offer to look for a different vehicle. This dealer has lost out on a sale and any future sales from me.
Stopped to in for an oil change. In and out fairly quickly. Satisfied with the service. Good people to deal with.
Joseph form the moment I drove onto the lot exemplified customer service at very high level along with his natural being just Joseph, which stands out with a lot ... I like what I do attitude . He really made my vehicle purchase experience today far better than any other Ive ever had .Thank you for having him on your team!David Lee Fleming
Ryan was a great sales rep. He was very attentive and listened to what I needed before recommending anything. He even got my dogs some toys. He was great member of the team there!
I bought a car with them but by far was the worse experience I have ever had. The sales guy was good and I will not mention his name so he is no associated with this bad review. Now his boss on the other hand, the name they gave me was Brian Cox, don’t know if that name is true or not but that’s the name they gave me. He stated that It would be zero down, 1450 cash back . So I said cool that will work. After I got home and seen the paper work, it was all different. They said they would pay off my car and give me over for a down payment. I said ok, what they did is give me over but added what they gave me to the price of the new car and then the cask back of $1450 was also added to the price of the car . So all in all they raised the car from 24,900 to 29,681. And they approved me for that. When I was under the impression that we had picked that car for 24,900 and then with the 3000 over as down payment would make the car 21,900. And we financed that. Way wrong. So I have called for a month straight over and over to talk to Brian cox but can’t get a hold of him instead they send me to a machine for tony that never me either. Tony is suppose fix these issues apparently but. I luck. So all in all DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. They are shady and then ghost you afterwards. All I want is the deal we had agreed on but they won’t own up to . So buy at your risk but again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
I’ll cut to the chase. After waiting a day to get a call back on a solid number price, I received a call from Gainer. Here’s what I was told. First look at the online advertisement attached and ask yourself what you think you would expect to pay if you didn’t have a trade. Now, hold that thought. Gainer the finance wizard told me first because I was out of state add $3k, $53,190. Then because I didn’t need their financing add $2,250, now we are at $55,440. At this point I all but stopped listening to the Price shenanigans. However, he added another $500 to the price, for what I don’t know. Maybe it was for the privilege of getting a call back. Ok back to the trade, I don’t have a trade so he added $1,000 to the price. Finally he says out the door it will be $56,940.David Stanley’s Integrity in pricing, not so much! Keep the Gladiator
They are awesome and extremely understanding we originally had a issue with one vehicle and ended up swapping to a better vehicle for an unbeatable price finance managers where awesome to work with and sales team energy and attitude couldn’t be better. would definitely recommend to stop by and check out the selection
Visited them on April 17th, 2021. Found a brand new vehicle that fit the price but wanted to check used side first. Told the sales representative exactly what I could pay and what I was approved for concerning financing. I was upfront and honest. The used car side manager came out almost immediately and said he could make a higher end truck fit my budget and told me to drive it. I told him that I did not want to drive it, and that I wanted to see numbers first. Manager stated that the big boss was there and it was their policy that customers drive a vehicle prior to purchase. So I drove it down the block and back. Upon arriving back, manager came into the salesmans office and told me he could get me in the truck for $160 more a month than what I told them my budget was. While this was happening, the salesman got some of my information. I told the salesman immediately that I did not want my credit ran. Throughout our conversation I told him a total of four (4) times I didnt want them to run my credit. After not finding a truck that I was happy with on the used side, I asked to be taken to the new car lot. Salesman advised me that before he does the used car manager wanted to try to work something out on another pickup. No vehicle shown to me met what I was asking for and I had to ask 5 times to be taken to the new car lot. Prior to leaving the used manager came in and advised me that the price I saw online was not what most people received. During our conversation, the used car manager stated that I had to meet many requirements to receive the price listed online. This included being in law enforcement, military, a student, applying for a credit card etc.Once we were over to the new car lot, I found the vehicle I saw online. Even with 0% financing, the monthly price was several hundred dollars higher per month because the price was several THOUSANDS more than stated online. We had finally left disappointed, and were on our way to eat when my phone rang from CDJR. I gave the phone to my wife to answer since I was driving. During the conversations, the used car lot manager tried to haggle some more for the high end truck. The pitch was financially advantageous for two months at which time, would be considerably more for the remainder of the vehicle loan. My wife told the manager she would have to speak with me to which he replied, Well, I was under the impression you were the one who handled the finances.Later, when I found a vehicle and GREAT SERVICE from POST OAK TOYOTA, I found out that David Stanley had ran a hard inquiry on my credit. This reflects lack of professionalism AND customer care. They appear to be in it just to get vehicles off their lot with no consideration of the impact on their clientele. Blows my mind that they are still in business.
If I could give a negative star I would. They offered me over 5k less for my trade in. The “trade assist” they list online is a joke. That is included in what they offer you for your trade. Then when they list the price of the vehicle and the list “savings” and show a 2200$ discount. This is also not a real discount either. This is two discounts combined which you can have one or the other. This whole process has been a waste of my time. I wouldn’t even wish this experience on my worse enemy.
Do not go to this place they are very unprofessional and liars. We called to verify that a vehicle was there, we were told it was. We drove 45 minutes to our appointment only to go through ten people to be told the vehicle was sold this morning. All they do is get you in there to hope to sell you something else, not professional at all. I would give zero stars, but thats not an option. Dont waste your time and gas.
Dont waste your time. After endless efforts to make SURE the price was accurate that we agreed upon and setting an appointment to complete paperwork, and pick up the auto, the Salesman Mike had apparently made a mistakeon the agreed price. He had NUMEROUS times to make sure and adjust the number but didnt. Manager, apparently, wanted to throw the Doc Fee as to the reason why it was off($1500) Mike had shared Doc fee was already in our agreed price. Furthermore, was trying to help daughter in law buy her first car while they were telling her the payment was going to be over $700 month while I was figuring no higher than $400. Regardless, crooks, unprofessional, and very uncaring. Go to Frontier Dodge/Jeep in El Reno and see Cody. He is an honest man running a good HONEST business.
Joseph came through and did a amazing job. Got me and my friend in and out no hassle.
Obse Williams was the most amazing sales rep you have, she was very helpful in finding my new ride!Cecil Lawson is one of the best finance managers you all have, he was very fast and helpful. If you need a new vehicle go see these two!!! Promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!
I wish I would’ve believed the reviews before going to the dealership after hearing their Independence Day ad. I was in a car that couldn’t provide me with a use to get materials to my home to fix it. At first everything seemed fine but after a day wasted, and I’m a disabled veteran with severe ptsd, so I have a very difficult time waiting in the lobby or office, they changed vehicles that they would trade for without a ridiculous payment plan. So when they finally gave me numbers on a vehicle I agreed to, I didn’t even pay attention to how much they offered me for my vehicle. I just signed the papers and went home. I really wish I hadn’t signed anything. One great mistake of my life yet again due to a mental disorder I can’t control sometimes and greed by our businesses in not helping their consumers but taking advantage of them.
Was interested in a ram 2500 tori from internet sales contacted me I asked for a video walk around of the truck and to get some numbers going before coming in I live 2 hours away and didn’t want to sit in the dealership for hours with two kids. Tori told me she would get me the video walk around of the truck and get numbers going once we hung up never herd from her again I sent a text asking about the video walk around and never got anything back… dealership sales team seems lazy or if you don’t come in the don’t put the time into earning your business!
Dustin sold a dodge ram to my friends husband its an awesome property. Great service set up Terrys phone an showed him all the bells an whistles.
I bought a pick up and it was the easiest car shopping experience Ive ever had. The salesman listened to what I wanted and delivered. The finance manager Pablo was super helpful and got us the payment I needed. I will definitely be back when I need another vehicle.
I was not pleased at all. They wouldnt give me the price of the truck I was interested in and the payments were way out there. The young lady that I spoke with from the beginning deceived me by leading me to believe that she was the salesperson that would be attending to me and she guaranteed me that she could get me approved and that I would be driving home today in a good used work truck. She was supposed to give me $200.00 if she couldnt get me in a vehicle. I never saw her face. If you enjoy working with people that have low morals then thats the place for your next vehicle purchase from a dealership. I dont understand what the big deal is cause they cant go wrong, you dont make the payments you get your vehicle repossessed. The get their vehicle back and pay the bank or refund the bank the difference of was owed on the truck and they turn around and sell it to the next person. I wont go there anymore ever.
I drove 4 hours to purchase the exact pickup I wanted. When I arrived the truck had a large dent which the salesperson failed to inform me about.I purchased the truck after negotiating this. I had a question regarding financing and a completely missing piece of interior trim. After several calls, I have yet to receive a call back from this dealer regarding these issues. I purchased my truck on 1/26 of this year. Avoid this dealer at all cost, shady, unreliable, and worst of all dishonest. Please heed my advice and avoid.
Recently bought a 2015 BMW from them. Justice in sales and Frank in financing were great. Very professional and created a smooth and enjoyable car buying experience. Highly recommend them for any purchase. I will definitely be a return customer for years to come!
Just bought a new car. Was helped my Justice Minter and Rayce Brackett. Did a very great job and had a wonderful experience. Thank y’all so much
Mauricio was awesome! Honest and upfront. Didnt beat around the bush... took longer than I wanted, but thats just life. Great dealership. Best prices around... well worth the 9 hour drive for us to get there!
Management skills are very bad and really dont care for the customer only the money that they can jack you out of. They also change things around. What they tell you is not what happens. And in my case I had already signed the agreement. Cost me several thousand dollars.
I went in knowing what I wanted. I said several times no gap or extended warranty but they hid it in the paperwork. I should have looked through it a little more closely but when you say it like five times and youve been there hours you get tired. I walked in and said I wanted this truck and it took over 3 hours. It was the worst car buying experience Ive had.
I was with my husband this week at the dealership. He purchased a 2021 Ram and we received the best customer service experience! Very helpful experience from the staff and a huge lot of very nice vehicles to choose from. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
Absolutely horrible service. I discussed a sale price with a salesman for several days before deciding to make the 2.5 hour drive to buy the truck. I confirmed with the salesman twice before making the drive to buy the truck the day I went. The price was agreed to be 29,700.00. 3 hours later when I arrived at the dealership to drive the truck, I immediately noticed it was covered in hail damage. Decided to drive the truck anyways thinking maybe there could be some negotiating to fix that. When I get back they want to take our info to run a credit check before confirming the order price. They come back with a price of 33,700, 4000.00 higher than what we agreed on before the drive. 5 hours of time wasted and some very unhappy customers. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
This place is not worth your time. They will tell you one thing to get you in the door and then lie to you when you get there. I tried to tell them but I could not be financed and they told me that they could do it no problem then I showed up and was humiliated would never buy a vehicle from here.
I was visiting my cousin in El Reno when my dash lit up with warning lights, the anti-lock brake, esp, and traction control lights specifically. My cruise control and brake lights stopped working too. After a quick google search I learned that this cascade of failures could be caused by a bunch of different things so I took it to David Stanley. Now, I was in a hurry because my father, who was on hospice at the time, had taken a turn for the worse and I needed to get back to Ohio right away. David Stanley, to their credit, got my Dodge Sprinter in right away. However, apparently all they did was plug it into their machine and decided I needed to replace every component that was throwing errors. They said I needed to replace the ABS pump assembly and shifter assembly, among other things, totaling over $6,500, and it was going to take at least a couple weeks because the ABS unit was back-ordered.Im somewhat of a backyard mechanic myself, and Im 50 years old, so Ive been around the block a few times and I suspected they were giving me bad service, so I gave them $150 and took my van back and told them to forget it. I limped back to Ohio, all the way without brake lights (incredibly dangerous and stupid, but I didnt feel like I had much of a choice), just in time to see my father for the last time. When I got back home I took my van to Tiltons Automotive, a local shop I trust, and they fixed it in a couple hours for less than $400. They replaced a fuse and a couple bulbs, thats all it needed, and its been running great ever since. Its taken me about a month to write this review because its still so raw. Im still incredibly angry. Ive never sued anyone before, but Im actually considering it. David Stanley hurt me. Whether it was incomitance or malice, it doesnt matter. I needed them to be professional and they were anything but.
Joseph went above and beyond to put us in the vehicle we needed . He made us happy !
The first go around, my wife and I made contact with a sales rep that we originally made an appointment with. He couldn’t help us due to assisting 2 other customers. After waiting a bit, we were set up with another sales rep. After talking with the guy and telling him what we wanted/ needed, he disregarded our request of what that was. Trying to bull dog us into another vehicle of his choosing, we walked out. Later on we thought we would return and to try our luck on the same vehicle we originally wanted to look at. After talking to the sales rep and going on a test drive, we were told of the vehicles price, which was $9k higher than what we were previously informed of. Also, the requirements of what they wanted from us was way too much. We won’t recommend this place to anyone looking for another or new vehicle to fit their needs.

Joseph Bunton was fantastic, very helpful with the purchase of my new 2017 GMC Yukon XL. Want to be treated right see Joseph.
I went into today for service on my brand new 2021 jeep Cherokee. I was there for maybe an hour. I drove home from the dealership got at my gate waiting on it to open when I notice smoke coming from my car. No warning lights went off and I did not hear any strange noises while the car was running. I pulled into my garage when I got out of my jeep, I could smell an odd smell. So, I opened my hood to see if I could see something. I look under the car and notice liquid coming out. I also noticed some of the exterior of my car was covered in oil. I called David Stanley to find out what they did to my BRAND-NEW JEEP. they towed my jeep back to the dealership. I made them give me a loaner. They did not apologize or even try to reassure that they would take care of the problem. Im sure the service person did not put in drain plug properly. I just hope it did not damage my car. I will never bring my car back to this place again and I will never buy here again.
Austin and Tim helped me get my first car here, both really nice guys who were definitely passionate about their trade (they even laughed at my dad’s bad jokes). They’re definitely on top of their game here, they contacted me within 2 minutes of my vehicle request. The manager is also a very honest guy. As a first time buyer I didn’t have any experience on financing a car and he helped me understand what was happening without making me feel dumb. There’s definitely the corporate salesperson atmosphere here but that’s sometimes a good thing because they definitely meant business. I totally recommend them !!!! :)
Man yall go holla at my guy Joseph if want great service for a quality vehicle. Salesman of the year💯.
August Minter was my car guy! He took care of me as soon as I set foot outside of my vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable, and had the best attitude. Unfortunately I couldnt buy but when I can I will definitely be buying from August!
Very good customer service. Honest and knowledgeable. Jeff in the service department was great this morning. Thanks for the honesty and fast tire service!
Most transparent and simple vehicle transaction ever! Brannon Robinson, Tim Simpson, and Frankie Martinez made the entire process easier than buying a gallon of milk. They listened to what our budget was and found us a vehicle that was better than we could have hoped for. These gentlemen were honest throughout the process and I genuinely felt that their goal was to find us the best vehicle that fit our budget. They earned a loyal customer for life!
The worst experience Ive had at a dealership and thats saying something considering its a dealership. The lot and cars are gross and the workers couldnt care less about their customers. They sold me a smoked in car and have refused the OZone, when I got it detailed by them, I got it back even dirtier then when I dropped it off.Theyve been nothing but rude and manipulative.I made the mistake of letting them fix the problems they caused and its been nothing but worse since then.Absolutely awful experience, dont go here unless you hate yourself.Oh, and on top of all the lying and manipulation, my sales rep actually had the audacity to ask me to get them a job where I work. Like we want snakes working in our customer service department.Update: The finance guy called me and stated I called to address your concerns with your contract, in the middle of my first sentence he cut me off and said I dont actually care Im calling because I was told to.#Closethisdealership
Justice was great Frankie was fantastic. Everyone has went above and beyond for us. We will be back for our next car!
The staff were awesome. Charlie and Tre b were great and helped us get into the truck we wanted. They were also great at following up with is. I would recommend them with everyone
Very bad place to shop for a car. I was there on the 6/24/2021. After a test drive on 2016 used camery, they pulled up my credit with a score of 740. Then after few minutes I was told the car is on hold so I can’t buy it. The following they I called to find out if the car is still available and to my surprise. I was told is still available. After leaving two hard inquiries with two different creditors, they also denied me of buying the car. I felt so bad and sad. I will not recommend to any new customer.
Justice minter and rayce brackett where the people that got me in a car and it was the best experience I have had buying a car and they don’t just try to benefit. Them selfs while they help you they know what to do and get it done
Found the perfect vehicle for me at a good price... when we got down to the final review of pricing, it was $6000 higher than the advertised price. Very deceptive. I wont do business with them and will make sure all my friends are also aware.
Chris P was definitely a 10 star for us and can’t forget to mention frank and Jessica thanks guys we love the 2021 charger GT
Just left and very dissatisfied wouldn’t have left any stars if I could have figured how because that is as much customer service as I received, NONE! I stood on the lot and inside for over an hour and half and not 1 person asked me or my husband if we needed any help, if we would like to test drive anything, or even how we were doing! I asked the receptionist twice for an available sales person and all she could tell me is there wasn’t any and then a little before 9 I watched 2-3 guys get into vehicle with their heads down pretending not to see me get in their vehicle and leave. Guess they sold enough and didn’t need my business so I will be taking it elsewhere. I bet you employees have not only made David Stanley proud but Chrysler will be pleased to hear from me also. Hope you all have a wonderful evening!
Very helpful very friendly. I absolutely LOVE my truck and the services received by David Stanley. I take my truck back to them for ALL services. They are GREAT
Called up to ask if they had a specific car I was looking for, gave them VIN year make and model which they said was still available. I show up an hour later and they tell me they don’t have the car I want but they have one that’s 2 years newer and $3,000 more. Definitely lived up to their reputation for me.
I have shyd away from this dealership for years because of a horrible experience along time ago. I gave them another shot when my husband found a truck he wanted. The experience was 10000% better, sales guy Chlante was awesome non pushy. The finance guy was great did not try to slide anything in without us knowing very honest and forthcoming.I will be back and actually refer folks.
Amazing car buying experience from my salesman Michael to the finance department with Mario. I truly appreciate the experience i had with this dealership and the people I dealt with. I Love my car and everyone that allowed this sale to happen.
Nice to see David Stanley dealerships living up to the bad review ratings, they havent changed in years! They pulled one of the oldest scams on stating the car I was interested in was still available. I was texting the salesman, August Minter, just hours before to confirm availability and was assured it was still available. Then of course when I get there he was tied up with other customers and was informed from another salesman the car wasnt available. Other than death and taxes, the only other guarantee I can make is I will never do business with any David Stanley dealership again.
Unfortunately I have to give One star otherwise there would be zero:Well, where to start. Right around the first of the year they tried to get me into the dealership with a Credit forgiveness thing. I told them that I was looking to upgrade my current ride, but I was looking for a very specific model. After some back and forth, they told me that they had what I was looking for. So I drove out there. When I got there, took them about 20 minutes to acknowledge I was there, even though I let them know I was there. Then when I finally got to speak to someone, they were about as disinterested as possible, did not have what I was looking for. told me I would not be able to get what I was looking for in the price range I wanted and they did not even want to look at me vehicle for trade. ( Because they Loved it when we were talking online So after being ignored, insulted and victim of the classic bait and switch I left.Fast forward about a month ago, guess what? I got the Challenger I wanted, the color, the package, the price, the payment and my car traded in at another dealership, but that is not the best part. The best part is that David Stanley Dodge is still sending me offers to Lock In some great trade value after I have already done the thing. I have told them numerous times to stop contacting me and the continue to. I have tried to call 3 times, and amazingly not one manager is available to answer the phone.
My experience here was far from enjoyable! Though Tony, the GM of Sales and Larry Johnson were nice people. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. After I kept trying to get an answer on a vehicle. Only to get the run around, on why it was never available for a test drive. I appreciate that Tony explained the reason for it being worked on. It amazed me that a car went from being repaired, to available after speaking with Tony. Only to get to the dealership and the car died before I got it off the lot, for a test drive. I believe they knew the ECU was faulty and was willing to push it one me. Knowing, I was already financed through a bank.I went with another dealer and will NEVER do business with David Stanley. Buyers be ware and don’t waste your time at their used car lot.
Justice helped me get my first car, in a range that i could work with. Highly recommend!
Just bought an excellent little used car at David Stanley. Two sales reps, JT Tremaine and Ernie Maldonado and the sales manager were so helpful. Im sure Im not the easiest customer theyve had, but they were very patient with all my nit-picking every car I looked at (thanks to an auto mechanic dad). Once I found the car I wanted to buy, there was an issue with a seat belt latch not working properly. JT and Ernie stayed on top of it until it was rectified. If Im ever in the market for another used car, I hope they are there to help.
Today I walked in not having a clue of what to do. This guy named Austin lamb helped me tremendously he definitely is great at what he does. He helped me get my first car with no hesitation thank you so much!!
