Just bought a toro lawn mower here and was super impressed with the high level of customer service and information that we received. Bridger worked with us to make sure we fully understood which mower might best fit our needs, and he even went so far as to tell us which specific gas stations we could get ethanol free gas for our new mower. Such a great experience here, will definitely be back in the future.

I was so happy to find this repair shop. The pull string on our old mower snapped, so we bought a new one. Unfortunately, I accidentally put diesel fuel in it due to a lack of labeling (not pointing fingers at my husband), so that one wasnt working either. Since they do free estimates I deciding to bring them in, and I was so impressed. In a few hours my repairs were done and at what seemed an extremely reasonable price, and they are working great! Plus they were really friendly and helped get my mowers in and out of my minivan.

I have been going to Wasatch for several years for my lawn mower and snow blower maintenance and repairs. They usually take less time than their original estimate, and they typically cost less than I though they would. Bridger is very friendly and personable. He will take the time with you to make sure you are taken care of.

Took my mower in today & saw Steve. HOLY COW!!!! What an awesome experience. Not only did he fix what I thought was NOT fixable, he did it on the spot so I could take it home TODAY!!! Was only $25!! I also received quite an education about the gas, filter, spark plugs, seasonal tune ups - truly amazing, quality service from a true professional. If you need a repair on ANY kind of small motor item?? THIS is your one & only place to go. He will take excellent care of you. He would not even allow me to pay him more or tip him. Thats the excellent kind of place this is. Bring your mower in for seasonal tune ups too - either fall or Spring & youll be glad you did. THANK YOU STEVE!!!!! My sons still not happy its fixed, but, hell get over it!!! Appreciate you VERY MUCH!!! 8-) Sincerely, Maureen Schreiber, Sandy UT

I wish I wouldve known about these guys earlier. I took my chainsaw in and the guy that helped me was awesome! Not only did he repair it in a few minutes but he gave me useful tips about fuels. These guys are top notch. The shop is not luxurious but its nice to find someone who is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and can converse in terms I can understand. They will be getting all my business.

I read the reviews of several lawnmower repair shops and based on them, I took my Toro to Wasatch Power equipment. I was not disappointed. Brandon initially diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate as well as advising us when it would be done. The estimate was accurate and was ready earlier than he expected. They were friendly and their customer service was outstanding and I will be using them for all my small engine repairs as well as recommending them to others. Thanks guys...great job!!!

They fixed the issue with my lawn mower as they said they would, and on the same day they quoted, for the price they quoted. Friendly and helpful staff. Kept me appraised of the situation via text, which I appreciated. Ill go there again the next time I need my lawn mower fixed.

They dont normally do electric snowblowers but they said they could look at mine, which I appreciated. Turned out to be something that would really expensive to repair, so we called it good and I bought myself a new one.I had to call them twice to get updates on the process (which took 2 days) but other than that was easy to deal with them. The guys at Wasatch Power Equipment were courteous and helpful. And the shop is really easy to find, just off 7th E.

Very quick service. Knowledgeable and helpful. They were honest with what was needed for the repair. I will definitely go back.I had searched the reviews before going and saw bad reviews for Pehrsons and great reviews for Wasatch they both had the same address. When I went the building still shows Pehrsons. I confirmed that the current owners are the Wasatch people, even though the building shows Pehrsons. You will get great service here.

Id give Bridger 10 stars if I could. He has earned my business for life! I brought a 30 year old tiller in for an evaluation of a problem I was having with it. Being mid-spring, he has a 10 day back log of probably 100 lawn mowers and other equipment to worry about. Nevertheless, he took a bunch of his time to look at my problem and make suggestions. When I had trouble starting my tiller up again, he gave me some gas, started fluid, and even some of his tools so I could make some adjustments. After he found that my problem was a faulty oil sensor on the motor he sent me on my way without asking for a dime. I paid him anyway and plan on telling everyone I know about Wasatch Power Equipment. Too many other repair companies have poor reviews, so why take the chance?

Where to begin, I dropped my snowblower off on December 16th and was told that he shouldnt take more that a day to fix (just needed some sheer pins put in). I called and left a VM the first week of January to find out the status and they never called me back. Called again the third week of January only to be told that their VM was full. Went in thinking that it had to be done. When I arrived they told me that they couldnt do anything to fix the problem (After looking at the machine it was apparent that nothing had been done to it whatsoever). Im understanding if you cant fix the problem but why not at least let me know so I can find someone else to address the issue. Definitely poor customer service.
