Great shop for all your mower and thrower needs. They had the part. Its not made anymore, but the sales associate remembered they had something similar. It was perfect!One more part coming and Ill bring in the specs for my snow thrower to fix too!

These guys used to be my go to service provider. Since their recent ownership change, and loss of their Ace service tech Brandon, it’s the absolute worst place to waste your money. Avoid like the plague. They could not be worse. They don’t stand by their products. They don’t complete their service. They don’t keep their promises. May as well go to a big box.Response;Are you kidding?I’ve given you every opportunity. Your assurances are worthless. You may as well promise me unicorns.One final indignity. I paid $500 for a brand new snowblower last winter. It broke after the 4th use. They “repaired” it and charged me an additional $90. They got it back to me six weeks later after the snow had stopped. First use this winter and it broke down again. Thank God it’s the last piece of equipment I bought from these charlatans. They’ll never see another dime of my money.

Took my Toro lawn mower 2 1/2 weeks ago. To this day no phone call on the problem or anything. I try to call them and constantly go to voice mail. I have left messages to call me back and no phone call returned. Im starting to wonder if they lost my mower or sold it.

I tried using Pehrsons even though I had read some negative comments on their service. They were the closest service to my home, and I told myself that I would bring up their web site comments in hopes of preventing any repeats in my case. To my pleasant surprise, they have changed ownership, and the new management treated me fairly and very professionally. They completed all the work on my mower in quicker time than I had expected, and I found them friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Left lawn mower there to be repaired. After 8 days, we did not even have a bid to do work. They said they would call and then didnt. They do not answer the phone when you call them. We drove to the shop twice to check on lawn mower and both times not even a bid. We will not go there again.Not so much that they were busy, but that they lied and kept telling us one more day, one more day.Why cant businesses tell you up front: We cant get to this for 2 weeks. No, they get you to leave your machine and then ignore you.

My experience in the past with Pehrsons was that the customer service was extremely lacking. However today, the gentleman who helped me both on the phone and in person seemed really intent on finding out what my equipments problem is and helping me get it fixed. The jurys still out, well see how they do in diagnosing and fixing the problem, including warranty eating something if that is pertinent, but I am highly encouraged by the service that I have received so far.

Ive taken a lawnmower, and a snowblower in for repair. About 5 weeks ago I took in my tiller and have yet to hear from them. They have always been slow getting the work done but in the past have always communicated with me. I try calling and leaving messages but no reply.

Took the tire in on my snow blower just to have air put in it. Tire was flat but just needed air. They told me they could not put air in it at all and referred me to Big O Tires. Pehrsons was the company I had install the new tire just last year. When I told them that, they told me tire service was at least a week out. REALLY?? A week out to just put air in the damn tire? I see they are under new ownership however, the rude and terrible customer service seems to still exist. I will not be going back nor will I ever refer anyone to them. I did finally get to Discount tire and they filled up it for free. AND IT ONLY TOOK 2 MINUTES!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.I came to Pehrsons in the past for some simple service and was never too impressed. I went back last week and found out they are under new management. All employees were super kind and helpful. They made thing simple for me. I will definitely come back again for future repairs.

Great constumer service and very honest. I thought my lawn mower had to have a part replaced but it didnt. They serviced the mower and saved me $80. My mower runs great now.

We have been dealing with Pehrsons for years and have spent many thousands of dollars with them. I finally got a 2 stage snowblower back from them at the end of September that they had since March. They re-did the carburetor (nearly new) and winterized it but when I went to fire it up mid December for the first time, it would not stay running when trying to blow snow. They said they are new owners and would not take care of me without charging for pick up and drop off and would also charge if it wasnt a simple fix, so Im going elsewhere. It probably would have been a very simple adjustment, their loss.

I brought my blower in during their busy season (they had 140 machines in their shop). I had done most of the work, but just couldnt get it tuned right. Their head service tech Brandon came out and tuned it right there in the lot. He then helped me find one part he felt could be replaced. He could have just put my blower at the end of the line (probably a few weeks wait). Instead, he helped me right on the spot. I will be visiting them when the old machine gives out.

Recently stopped by for a repair and found out they are under new ownership. They fixed the pull start on my leaf blower much faster than expected. A few days later my edger died and I brought it in, they immediately identified the problem with the ethanol in my fuel and cleaned out the carb for free and got it running within a few minutes.Great customer service!

After my mower broke down, I went to Pehrsons at a friends recommendation. While repairs are never fun or convenient, Pehrsons provided friendly service and affordable work. Will definitely use them again.

I thought they were open until 6 on Saturday, confusing their hours with a different location. They are actually only open until 2. However, they stayed after they were closed to help me anyway.

Not a trust worthy place to take your lawn mower for service. When I dropped off my lawn mower, Richard the service manager told me he will call me next week to let me know what was wrong with the mover and how much would it cost to fix it. Two weeks passed by and he did not call. Consequently I called Richard. He said he will call me back either the day I called, or next day. He never called back. I decided to pick up my mower and take it somewhere else to have it fix. When I got there Richard said the lawn mower was fixed, without giving me a prior estimate and getting my approval to fix it. Poor management and dishonestly. I will never go back to this place.

I was experiencing a carburetor problem on my 3 year old Toro snow blower. After looking on line there appeared to be a recall for the problem I was having. I called an authorized Toro service center that I have used in the past but they were unaware of the recall and directed me to Pehrsons. I talked to Fernando at Pehrsons and he knew about the recall and was helpful and pleasant. The shop was two weeks behind because its the busy season for snow blower repair, but Fernando said if I could get it there right away he would have it done for me in a few days. True to his word it was finished in 4 days and all repairs were covered under warranty. Much appreciated.

Pehrsons broke both our mower and weed wacker!!!!!! When we confronted them about the weed wacker, they told us they only last a year or two, that we should buy a new one, obviously from them, but we left. After bringing our mower in for a tune up, they destroyed the self propel feature. We will NEVER go there again.

Terrible Service Experience.Right from the start I felt uneasy with the verbal set up and should have trusted my gut. Now I just feel scammed, cheated with nearly 2 weeks wasted . Warning it is my opinion they are service scammers, stay away.

Bought a snowblower here. Stopped working first time I used it. Took it in for warranty and they claimed I broke it and wanted to charge me half of what I paid for the whole thing new. Terrible customer service.
