When I walked in I was greeted by a very nice staff member and a returning customer. We chatted up and the customer was telling me how amazing it is there. The employee was informing me of there techniques and product. It was nice to hear from a customers view how great it was there. I went in the back with Lou Ann and she was so kind. She asked me what detailed preference I wanted and went from there. I love my lashes. I have gone to many places and this is now by far my favorite. So clean and modern along with great staff. I was laying next to 2 girls and they were talking to the employees doing there lashes like they had been long time friends. I have received so many complements from people asking where I have had my lashes done at. I will be always coming here and recommend my friends to this place.

I am SO happy that I found Utah Lash! Id been going to Che**y for months, with less than stellar results. Now that Ive found Utah Lash, I will NEVER go anywhere else again! They fixed my sub-par extensions and made them super fabulous.Not only are their prices totally affordable, but they do extensions on EVERY LASH. None of this stuff where you have to pay more to have that done... they know thats whats expected when you buy lash extensions, so thats what they give you unless you request otherwise. I love that. Their technique is safe and painless and the experience is totally relaxing. Their salon is bright, well lit, and they use magnifying spectacles when they apply your extensions ... unlike other places. The girls are so friendly and talented. (Maddie Savage did mine, and shes great). I will only go here from now on to get my lash fills!

Utah lash and day spa have always gone above and beyond for me! This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I was extremely nervous for my first appointment. Kristen REALLY made it a point to make me feel comfortable and make sure I was getting what I wanted with my lashes. This place has such a welcoming environment, has professional staff, and of course the lashes are amazing!

Ive been getting my lashes done for 3 years. I was very nervous about finding a new lash specialist. I absolutely loved Vanessa. She did an amazing job on my lashes. She listened to everything I said to her about how I liked my lashes & she exceeded my expectations. I loved the salon also. Very comfortable & relaxing. Vanessa is amazing at volume lashes! She always makes me look and feel my best with beautiful fluffy lashes!! She has great isolation and does a great job at getting them super full. Love the glue as well! It doesnt irritate my eyes or nose at all! Love this place!

Im pretty picky about my lashes. I want beautiful, full lashes without them being the focus of my face. I want cleanliness. And I have sensitivities to certain smells, so I can be a high maintenance client.These guys do a great job of making my lashes beautiful without being too much. The lashes stay on well, and the environment is very hygienic. Im really glad I found them.Edit: after a few months of regularly coming here I do have a couple of disclaimers. First, I got a lash artist last time with whom I am very unhappy. Make sure you specify what look you are going for, to avoid porn star lashes.Second, it seems like their practitioners are always 20 minutes late. If I have to reschedule for being late, shouldnt they have the same requirements?

So I have had good, and not so good experiences here, but that happens everywhere. But I can honestly say that I LOVE Vanessa. She is so meticulous, and I can tell she is evaluating her work the entire time she works on me. She really wants you to be happy with the end result. I highly recommend her!

This was my first experience getting lashes, Since my first visit, I have also been in for two fills. My technician was nice, and she did a very good job the first time around. However, Ive noticed that my lashes have fallen off much quicker with each consecutive visit. The last time I came in, I was 10 minutes late. The technician told me she wouldnt have time to do a normal fill especially since I was so past due(I came in at 2 weeks and 5 days). She said that if I did a lash fill plus, she could spend extra time on my lashes and ensure they were all the way filled in. I agreed since Id driven from across the valley to get them done. I was surprised when I checked out because my fill only took an hour from start to finish(which is the time that was allocated for the normal fill). I would have expected the treatment to take the extra 15-30 minutes that I paid for. I understand I was late, but I think there has to be some degree of leniency for regular paying clients. That was my first time being late. Im disappointed this time around because it hasnt even been two weeks, and about half my lashes have fallen off. I think Ill try a new place out next time around.

I have LOVED getting my lashes done here. I am normally allergic and the glue/eye pads they use havent given me any issues. They are clean and punctual and have always been great to work with! I refer all of my friends to come here!

I chose this place because it was my first time getting lash extensions and their prices were affordable. The environment here is amazing! It smells nice, its comfortable here, and the estheticians were really nice. Also, my eyelashes looked great. The lady who did my eyelashes gave great tips on upkeep and recommended the best times to come in for fills. I highly recommend this place.

Went there and got only a few lashes on for a full set which fell the next day. Went back to fix and they made me feel terrible about going there. Got it fixed and they started falling the same night ( I didn’t touch them or got em wet) . It’s the third day and after a fix there are only a few more lash extensions left. Idk if it’s the glue or what. Waist of money. Ruined the experience of having lash extensions. I don’t even want lash extensions anymore.

I have known the owner of the salon for 5+ years. I was there when she first started. From the very beginning I have been nothing but amazed and in love with getting my lashes done here. Im never disappointed and they always go above and beyond to make sure Im happy and feel pretty! Not to mention reasonable pricing and how fast and thorough theyre! I was hesitant to go to someone else besides Jill at first because shes become so busy with opening a salon in Arizona as well. I tried one of her master estheticians and it was as if Jill had done my lashes! She trains every girl to be TOP NOTCH!! I love my lashes especially with the field Im in modeling and shooting frequently through out the week, I never have to worry about doing my mascara or the glue on strips. I trust this salon more than anyone else I have ever gone to. Look no where else you have found your Lash Salon! I wish I could give more stars:)

Utah Lash is one of the top lash extension salons in Salt Lake! Prices are affordable and my lashes always look great. They use a latex free medical grade adhesive that never burns my eyes but holds my extensions. They always make sure my lashes are super full! This spa is beautiful :)

I’ve never had lash extensions and always wanted them, so when I came in today to get them done, I was pretty stoked! I had no idea what to expect, but the salon was clean and had great decor, and the girl at the front desk let me know that my aesthetician Kadee would come out to get me momentarily.I waited for just a minute, and Kadee brought me back to her studio, which was beautifully decorated and she had some very chill music playing, which really helped me relax. She was very nice and I had a great time talking with her while she placed the lashes.I am thrilled with how they look! If you’re on the fence about getting them done, get off that fence and go see Kadee! By the way, there’s an elevator if you can’t or don’t do stairs, a clean bathroom just down the hall, and parking was a breeze!

I had my appointment with Kristen and it was fantastic! To start she asked some questions on what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable before we got started. I felt so relaxed I felt myself dozing off throughout the appointment! She made sure to comb through the lashes twice before she moved on to seal the final lashes, which made sure they were as full as possible.I’ve had them now for 5 days and they are still looking beautiful! I think about 2 have fallen out that I’ve seen stuck on my cheek but you can’t tell at all where they came from, my lashes are still so full all around! This is a new record for me and I’m sure they’ll surpass the 2 week mark and still be beautiful.With prior bad experiences at previous salons and prior technicians I was super discouraged to try again, but I wanted them for my birthday and I’m sure glad I went to Kristen!

I keep coming back here time after time.. Luanne is an AMAZING artist and she is SO funny! I have also had Adri, and a few other girls do my lashes just to see, and theyre all very good, and very friendly! I recommend tons of people here, they are so nice and good at what they do. I have been to others with cheaper prices and who do them out of their home or other spas that charge an arm and a leg, but this place is just THE place to get your lashes done. So glad I have had such a good experience with them, and will definitely continue to come here.

I went to Utah Lash after someone had royally messed up my lashes. They were all broken off and clumped up. Vanessa first did her best to fix them before my trip and when I got back she did a whole new set for me. I couldnt be happier with the way they were done and the service I received! They have gotten a customer for life and that is saying a lot!

I was not happy with the lashes I got here. They were way too thick, hard and hurt. Im sorry, but lashes shouldnt hurt. I went here because the price looked good... I guess I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. The price was cheap, and the product looked cheap and I felt like a clown. Besides that, the lashes were falling off in a pretty large amount. The very next day I had at LEAST 20 lashes just falling off. I really wanted to like this place.. Oh well.

Vanessa was wonderful. She does a great job and is extremely friendly and professional. I want to go back to her. Let me start with that.However, the table that you lay on is probably the most uncomfortable thing I have laid on. Ive had lashes, facials, massage.. Over the years at different locations. Ive never been in pain. It was difficult to tolerate. By the time I left, my back was killing me. Im hoping it will subside. My appointment was a few hours ago and it still hurts. I dont have back issues either. Its inexcusable to have such bad tables. Part of the experience should be comfort! Guess I will bring a pillow next time. If that doesnt help, Ill go someplace else. It would easy to put extra padding down or have pads available so you dont lose clients.

First, I was going to give this company 2 stars, until I saw that the employees are posting 5 star reviews for the company. That is completely dishonest and unfair.The first lash artist I went to was unfriendly and unprofessional, but she did a pretty good job on my lashes. I didnt care much for her coldness, so I went to another gal who did a decent lash job as well. Unfortunately she was texting a lot during the first appointment, was 25 minutes late to the second appointment, and cancelled the third appointment less than 24 hours beforehand. I will NEVER go back here. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been coming to this place over the course of several months. I love the lash artists here I havent had a complaint really about any of them or their services. My personal favorite artist are Angel, Ena, Tanyiel, Anita, Louann, Jamie is a great receptionist too. A lot of the artists do a fantastic job. My complaint, however is lash bomb. Their glues are awful, even the sensitive glue. If this place could dump lash bomb they would make it killer. Lash bomb is awful. They went out of town leaving the artists with really nothing in mid summer, and their glues burn my eyes so bad they are red for days, and have lately been having a bad reaction with my eyelids from the fumes, which is forcing me to switch salons.

Shout out to Ena! First time here and some of the girls I work with told me to go to her. The first place I went to for my lashes was HORRIBLE! But omg! I am never going to another place ever again, I am beyond happy!!

I had the WORST experience Ive ever received in customer service! From the time I walked in until the time I voluntarily left due to the rudeness of the staff, was a horrific experience. Ive never been treated so rudely by anyone. I believe the receptionists name was Selina. I will never pay to go here because of the rude treatment alone. I would rather pay a lot more to go somewhere else. They should be ashamed with how they treat their paying clients.

The girls have done my lashes are great and wonderful! The office staff is okay but office staff manager is horrid. Alissa you have to constantly have to repeat yourself and she is very rude. Was very rude to my daughter!!!!! Very bad behavior someone needs to fire her!!!. I love the ladies so much I will still come but now I refuse talk to the manager and my daughter refuses to enter the building.

I just had my lashes done by LouAnn Smith, all I can say is amazing !!!!! I have been going to the same lash girl for over a year and after coming to LouAnn I seriously cannot believe I stayed with my last girl for so long. My lashes look amazing she gave the best opinions, took myOld lashes off so easily, no burning no pain nothing!!! It was the most relaxing thing Ive done in a long time !!! Its definitely worth the money if you go with LouAnn!!!!! Ive already booked my next appointment ;)

I came here a few weeks ago to get a first time fill (was the cost of a full set but understandable with another lash artists work) and was scheduled with Annita Boggs. First, I loved the convenience of being able to schedule my appointment online. It was even better that I was able to do so the night before the appointment (procrastination at its finest). Second, I fell in love with the decor. It was exactly how I would have decorated my own spa! Third, Annita did an AMAZING job! My lashes have never looked so full and gorgeous. One downside with her was that she wasnt talkative at all. That kind of bummed me out because Im a talker and I love getting to know the person who is doing my lashes. Lastly, I actually rescheduled! Ive been going to different lash artists for my last 5 fills (trying to find one is hard okay). My appointment is on Friday, hopefully Annita keeps up the same lash set because thats exactly what Im looking for.

I had my lashes done by Destini Rose and within 48 hours ALL OF MY NEW LASHES FELL OUT IN CLUMPS! They were falling out so quickly I had to literally dig them out of my eyes! I called and cancelled my 2 week for fill and told them about my brand new lashes and Destini texted me saying none of my other clients were having this problem, maybe its spring allergies! Lmfao!! I payed $118 for these and I requested a refund, Destini told me I dont have the authority to give refunds, but come back and Ill do a fill for free. Now why would I go back just to have the same issue 48 hours later? Ive never had this happen to me before when getting eyelashes, this salon needs to reimburse people their money when all of their product falls out! Not make excuses! I even purchased the sealer and gave her a great tip! Do not use this salon its nothing but a waste of your money and time, their products suck! And they dont authorize a refund for services not rendered! And as a side note they have some of the most uncomfortable tables they have you lay on for over 2 hours, terrible experience!!

When I called in this office and set up an appointment for my lashes they told me the price was one $125 when I got to be office they told me the price was the $135 I paid that anyways that they were kind of mean to me, and they had an attitude with me, the girl that put the lashes is nice but the next day the lashes were falling will not recommend that place to anybody
