I would NEVER recommend using TexCare Lawn Care for ANY service and here’s why. I hired Robert (owner of the company) to complete two tasks: remove the massive amount of weeds from my yard and then have them hauled away. He came and assessed my yard, I asked him for a quote. He said if the work took his crew one day, it would cost $1,120 WORST CASE SCENARIO. He said if the work took two days, it would cost $1,680 WORST CASE SCENARIO. When it came time for he and his crew to do the work, they completed phase 1 of the job and it took his crew eight hours. They completed phase one of the job satisfactorily. When worked out mathematically based on what he quoted me, this job was supposed to cost $1,120. It took ONE day to complete, not two. Regardless, he still requested the full $1,680 for two days of work. I was able to gather $1,350 out of complete desperation to pay him, which is more than I should have had to pay based on his quote. The work was completed on a Saturday and the dump was closed so he promised he would come back and have the massive pile of debris removed by Monday. It’s now Friday of the following week and the massive pile of debris is still in my driveway—making my yard look worse than it did before he and his crew did his job. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact him in an attempt to finally get this unsightly pile of vegetation removed. His response, “I paid a guy $200 to remove it and he hasn’t done it, there’s nothing I can do.” Robert refuses to pay someone to come remove the debris since the man he hired failed to complete phase two of the job. Now my yard looks worse than it did before he and his men began their work and I’m out $1,350. Robert is a dishonest businessman. He will bait and switch you, and not complete the work he agreed to do. Never use TexCare Lawn Care unless you enjoy paying more than the agreed-upon amount and not having the agreed-upon work finished. He will promise you up and down that he has the best rates of anyone around and this is not true. He will lie to you about the price. I am an extremely dissatisfied customer and Robert has completely ceased communication with me since I live in Utah and he moved to Texas. He has done absolutely NOTHING to remedy this situation. He essentially told me the work will never be completed, and now I am being threatened with eviction from my house again—the entire reason I hired Robert and TexCare Lawn Care in the first place. Thanks a lot Robert for being an honest businessman, charging prices you agreed to, and completing the work you promised to complete. NOT. Never hire TexCare Lawn Care unless all of this sounds appealing to you. Seek help from another company. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company and my best advice is to STAY AWAY. Hopefully Robert can learn some better business ethics in the future...

Robert is such a great guy. He answered the phone right away and was here to give us a quote in a flash. Very thorough and gave us a great deal. He got started right away as our lawn needed a good mowing! Very clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend and refer to everyone we know. He also has referral deals that we just can’t pass up. All in all he made our weekend because he cared.

I needed some yard work done and he was able to get here on short notice. I was very pleased with the work done and reasonable pricing. I will definitely retaining his services in the future.

Always easy to get a hold of, better price than other companies weve used, and better quality work. Truly professional work. No grass in the flower beds, perfect edging, no missed spots.

Didn’t deliver what he agreed to do what was paid for. Robert didn’t get the job done, and that’s as far as it goes. He agreed he would get rid of our weeds and transport them away from our home when him and his men were done, yet they sat in a huge pile. He didn’t do what he agreed to do. I would never hire Robert and his men to do a job ever again!
