First, a recording stating the posted phone number for your establishment is a non-working number.Second, I noticed that even though you provide a spot for questions, like how can contact you, you dont answer the questions. So big waste of time. You have all of these nice reviews and you like to respond with a big thank you to those that reward you with stars, but apparently you dont actually want to make contact with potential customers. I do not like incompetency, or is it laziness, that you cannot establish a form of contact for a simple question without having to drive to your location?
This is the WORST service for internet. It took literally ONE WEEK after I paid to have service set up to ACTUALLY get service. That should have been my first clue to drop them. Almost every month there is a problem with service going down. Customer service is non-existent if not rude. They are in breach of contract. They do not provide what they say. And the speed that I paid for? I can get better and cheaper from T-Mobile. Its awful. Its ac water off time and super frustrating to try and deal with a problem.
One of the better customer service experiences Ive had. I worked with Truman getting my internet set up and he was beyond helpful. Even went out of this way to answer late phone calls/texts to get me set up the same day.Highly recommend.

My experience here was by far 5 stars. They offer xfinity which is fantastic internet and tv. Plus we have had an excellent time going through them for our insurance. Jorge Lopez is a fantastic agent and we will definitely be recommending them to all our friends and family!
