We use them for our office and they are SO great to work with. They are always there to help and if they dont know the answer right away they always follow up quickly. They have very nice customer service representatives and overall we are very pleased with them.

I used to be with Veracity until another small business owner I know recommended 1 Wire. Switching was well worth it! The company was very helpful especially since Veracity made it as difficult as they could. I couldnt be happier with them, and my cost is at least 60% less than what I was paying.

Ive worked with Adam and his team for six years now and just signed another contract. They always do everything they can to help us, show up when they say they will, and are quick to respond if something goes down. I have referred them to my brothers company and their experience was positive as well.

I wanted to share my bad experience so that you know what you are getting in to. First, I do feel like their customer service is good. The issue is their internet. I have had this ISP for about two years and essentially their internet is bad. If you take calls for your job and want to work from home, you will have issues no matter what your speed is. The rest if this is what my experience is and why you should reconsider using them for anything job related that requires call work or a VPN.I have had them for over two years with some odd things like certain websites being blocked. They did fix the issue, but other issues were probably something you wouldnt immediately blame on your ISP like some times things dont load and not being able to download things at speeds you are sure you should be able to download them at. For reference, I did work for an ISP as tech support for three years. So I know that it isnt the ISP as much as maybe the other side that is causing the issue. Every time I ran a speed test it all came back as I expected with what I was paying for.It wasnt till 2020 when I had my first work from home job and started noticing allot of issues, that again could have been the VPN and Softphone tools having issues and not my ISP.I finally ran a trace rout (Simple Command Prompt command that you can run to test your internet and each connection along its path) and found that there were several time outs. All time outs were past what I expected the ISPs network to be, but still I found an issue.Long story short, tech came out to confirm, found that I had a packet loss of over 50%, and that the issue was outside their network.Ok, so why am I upset with 1Wire? First you need to know that very few ISPs directly go to the internet so to speak. Not technically a fact, but to get to google and many other website destinations you have to get to at least a major ISP like Comcast (a.k.a. XFinity) as they run the major connection points across the country and other countries. So 1Wire goes through Utopia, and Utopia goes through Comcast before the signal goes out to the rest of the world. The issue with my internet is mainly with Comcast, but because they are so far down the chain, 1Wire cant do a thing. This means that if you are in the Salt Lake City area and have 1Wire and possibly Utopia, then your internet most likely has the same issue as my internet does.

I have been working with these guys for 10 years now and I love them! I have 16 business locations and they do a super job! They install all of my low voltage wiring, provide all the equipment (computers, monitors, printers, cameras, speakers) and then manager all my Internet and phones. They take a massive weight off my mind so I can do what Im good at.

We have used 1 Wire for almost a year now and have been very pleased with their service. We were very reluctant to switch phone carriers, but the transition was very smooth. Each time I call support I get someone on the phone in less than a minute and my issue is quickly resolved.

So happy we made the switch to 1Wire! The transition was simple and we didnt have any down time. Their technicians were professional and friendly. They made sure everything was working properly and all issues addressed before they left. Customer support is always quick to help whenever we have a question or cant remember how to do something. There are so many valuable options available for customization. We can make changes ourselves online but if we arent able to, their support staff is always happy to take care of our needs immediately.

I dont normally write reviews, but in this case I felt it necessary to share my experience with 1Wire! I am the VP of Sales for my company and have also been put in charge of our customer service department. 1Wire solved all of my issues I had experienced with our current phone system! First- Service, When every I had an issue or needed to add phones I would call a sales guy in NYC and wait days for a response or a solution. With 1Wire its 1 call and done! Second- Reporting, I could never understand or get real information from our old system. With 1Wire it is all at my finger tips! Anytime, anyplace, I can generate my reports to help me make decisions, even when I am on the road! Third- and probably the most helpful benefit is the ability to record and listen to calls. It is never an enjoyable task, but this has been my biggest eye opener. I have been able to use this tool to better our relationships with our customers and focus on again, the real issues. Weve had our phone service with 1Wire Communications for several years now which we have been very happy with. We recently added their IT service. One of the smartest decisions we have made. I recently had an error popping up on my laptop. Nothing to do with the service, just an error on my laptop. I text Dane and within minutes the problem was fixed. Without question working with 1Wire was a 5 star experience. I was formerly with Century Link where I had signed up for their virtual receptionist. Shout out to a great Voip provider. We have been with 1wire for many years, they have always provided great service at extremely competitive rates. The majority of our employees work remotely across the entire U.S, and having phones from 1Wire every employee is now connected at all times; it is if we were all in the same physcial office location. Calls are easy to transfer, conferencing is a breeze and the sound quality is superb. I would recommend 1wire to anyone looking to increase their productivity and save some $.

She took the time to go over my current bill and explain all of the different features and benefits that I would get, that I am not currently getting. We recently made the switch to 1Wire and have been loving it! They updated our antiquated phone system, got us hooked up with a faster internet connection, and set it all up under their SD-Wan system. The SD-Wan setup combines two internet connections, virtually eliminating downtime while increasing speeds. Very useful for a business that relies on phone and internet for sales.The best part has been their customer service and willingness to help and find the best solutions for our business. No more waiting on hold for an hour only to get the runaround. They have been just a quick phone call or email away should any issues or questions arise.
