My wife uses their services and because of this when they need volunteers for practice of a new service (Brazilians for men) I was volunteered. When I entered apparently I had this look about me because the very cute front desk lady stated that she knew it was me and not my wife getting services. The service itself was smooth and a ripping good time. Dani was very professional. As I left the front desk lady bid us a farewell with a giggle. Start to finish it was a great experience. I’ll be back in four weeks. And to not violate community guidelines I will not be including a picture. 🤣

I was so worried walking into my appointment for my first Brazilian wax! But I left with no complaints. I hardly felt any pain at all and the girl that did my wax was so funny and kind. Today was my first time getting waxed and i had an amazing experience! I got a Brazilian and a full leg wax. I was sooo nervous i even called before hand and Branden had to talk me down lol Lacey showed me that i literally had nothing to worry about! she made me feel super comfortable, walked me through the whole process, and talked to me every step of the way! In all honesty the Brazilian didnt even hurt that much. My legs hurt worse than my Brazilian did. I will definitely be going back! Thank you so much Lacey!

I just want to say how much I love coming here. Every time I have an appt, they are professional and very good at their job, no matter who I get. They are friendly and even pretty funny! They maintain the integrity of their building very well and make sure that their customers are safe during this pandemic. But mostly, my experience goes deeper than that. Im in law enforcement. And every time I come here, they treat me with respect and dignity, which at this time means the world to me. They understand that I can love my job and my community. And that I dont have to be treated like a horrible person. I leave every time smiling and with at in my eye. It means more to me than you guys will ever know right now. YIKES! Sabien, fix your attitude when responding to customers and their complaints.I have been serviced at two other EWC in Utah (Draper and American Fork both which where awesome, with great employees etc) THIS EWC on the other hand in Midvale has been a terrible.After my service just yesterday 1/11/2020 I was charged incorrectly. I called about 30 minutes after leaving the premises after looking at my receipt. When I spoke to the receptionist (I BELIEVE her name was Alejandra) she said that would be possible, and that a manager would reach out. I agreed, and let her know I would follow up the next day. Today, being the next day, and having yet to hear back from anyone, I called back to follow up and spoke to Sabien. He unfortunately was very rude, rushed me off the phone but did let me know he couldn’t help me because a manager would need to handle the now credit that I would be recieving. I agreed to having to wait another day.This refund or credit, which isn’t even that much, needs to be rectified because THEY messed up. If it does not get resolved, I will unfortunately be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Quick service, customer service is always excellent. Reservations are easy to book online via their mobile app. I have had the best wax experience with Amber during my last two visits this year. She is incredibly talented with her technique and efficiency. She makes the painful experience of waxing much less painful, very personable.

They did an excellent job, followed all the safety rule for Covid and the customer service was great! I have very fair, sensitive skin and i burn easy. This is the first time I did not get a burn patch. I would recommend them to anyone.

*lower back wax* My wax gal was wonderful as soon as I walked in! This was my first wax so didn’t know what to expect! She was very knowledgeable and explained their special wax they use and sparked a conversation the entire time! Before I knew it I was done and on my way!

Fast and efficient here. Get in and get out. Not too chatty but friendly. The only thing I would recommend is the front desk requiring patrons to wear a mask or leave.

LOVE THEM! They are so nice and fun. I love the wax passes, makes it easy to do a few payments then don’t have to think about it for a year. There isn’t a location near me but it’s worth traveling out a little bit once a month to get taken care of.

Jen is incredible. She does my full Brazilian as painlessly as possible in about 10 minutes (or less). She keeps conversation the whole time, and she doesnt leave a hair behind. I went to another girl one time when Jen was booked and it took her over an hour. Never again! Jen is the best.

I love EWC more than anything. I have been getting waxed here for nearly two years now. Dani is to die for! She makes my appointments easy and keeps me calm. I looked forward to seeing her every time I come in! She’s just such a bright face to see!

I can’t say enough great things about this place. I tried a few other waxing salons but they are BY FAR the best. Great staff, clean locations, it’s perfect. I’ve had appointments with a few different estheticians and they’ve all be great. Kaela is my absolute favorite though. So friendly and always does an amazing job.

Ive been coming here for over two years now, and I never have a bad experience. Brooke Oaks is my waxer, been with her since I went for the first time and she made the waxing almost painless, otherwise I wouldn’t have been back. Not only does she do a great job waxing me, shes fun to talk to, super chill and makes you feel comfortable which is always a plus and makes the entire experience wonderful. This was one of the worst waxes Ive ever received. She was super fast, but missed a lot. Growing back was the most painful Ive ever experienced in my years of getting waxed. Im not sure what went wrong, but I would not recommend.

Lacey was my wax specialist when I went 2 days ago at the Midvale location. She was the best so far since I moved to Utah. She knows when to use small strips and to be patient. It was not as painful, and she was done rather quickly.

I’ve visited this place once.The first time they were friendly but not very inviting. I went in with the lady ( I forgot her name) and told her what I wanted. My first and most important request was that I wanted to keep the shape of my eyebrows.She overplucked my eyebrows and toward the at end of the session she filled in my eyebrow with black eyebrow powder and made them really box like. I’ve never been so disappointed. Since this happened I’ve never let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

Kenzie is the absolute best! I love her! After going to her for a few months, I figured it was time to write a good review. She leaves my eyebrows looking so fresh. She listens to me, and gives me pointers on how to fill in my eyebrows! I have never had anyone I have trusted more with my eyebrows than Kenzie. Not only is she great at waxing, but she has a great personality as well! The front desk is great too. They answer my questions and were understanding when I accidentally missed my appointment. Definitely worth the money and would recommend EWC to any of my friends :)

I almost wrote a bad review about this place previously because of how I was spoken to, but felt it was unfair to the good waxers who work hard and are kind, but this just continues to be a problem. Last time I came here I found a waxer that I really liked, but reception wasnt able to pull up who it was or pull up the package that I spent hundreds of dollars on and insisted it didnt exist. I told them that Id had this issues before with this particular location and Im not sure why but told her that I was in fact there just a couple of months ago. She continued telling me it didnt exist and that the last time I was there was 2015. I continued to tell her that I knew I had a package that I used just a couple months ago and got nowhere with her. She started telling me that I had created duplicate accounts and that the information I was giving her was wrong insisting it must be my fault. I told her that is the same information i have been giving for at least the past 5 years everytime I come in. She told me she would talk to her manager and give me a call back which she never did all day and now its too late for me to schedule an appointment. I called the draper location, which Ive never had problems with, they are always very kind and somehow with me giving them my normal information they were able to pull it up right away. I have had far more negative experiences with reception at the midvale location than positive and it seems unfair to the good receptionists and especially the waxers that customers are talked down to and pushed out of that location. Ive heard of many people who no longer go there because of being talked to rudely by employees even though its a further drive and I too drive past this location many times because its so frustrating. Beyond just plain rudeness and an inability to be professional with people I feel it is a huge issue that I have spent hundreds of dollars on something and am told it doesnt exist and am unable to even use it. Even though I have enjoyed going to the EWC for probably almost 8 years now, I just want to use up my pass and find somewhere else to take my business this had gotten ridiculous. However, if you are somewhere in between the two locations I would highly recommend draper, people there are great and helpful and professional.

Edit: I was offered a free full Brazilian for my negative experience the first time I visited here. The second time around was night and day compared to the first time. Everything was still pristine, but this time the esthetician was kind, very easy to be comfortable around, and didnt double dip. Not only that but she was faster, did a MUCH better job, and the wax was one of the BEST I have ever had. I would and will recommend her to everyone I know who needs a wax and she will also be who I return to each and every time. So its probably true to say that I caught one negative experience but Im so glad I went back. Theres probably not anywhere better to get a wax in salt lake. (:Facility was cute & clean. I went for a full Brazilian. The beds are positioned in such a way that you cant appropriately see as the esthetician double-dips. Had I not been close to finished I would have stopped the esthetician entirely. I expected a more clean experience from a place with plenty of resources- but I think it comes down to laziness. I am not certain if ALL the estheticians participate in this and will not speak of the business as a whole, because my esthetician was also very inexperienced and made plenty of errors and even three days later I have a rash. I have been getting Brazilian waxes since 2014 and worked in a wax place on the coast for a while and have never had a rash until this experience, just redness for a few hours post-wax. It was at least mostly the fault of the esthetician & her inexperience and/or laziness. Maybe if I had had another esthetician my experience would be a more positive one.

I just started getting a bikini wax in the spring. I was super nervous, but Neena does an amazing job! If I could rate her, Id give her a 10.My last experience was very disappointing.I drive from Tooele every 6 weeks to get my bikini wax. However, I rescheduled for a Wednesday morning because I was going out of town. My appointment was for 9:30. I was scheduled to arrive at 9:28. Unfortunately there was an accident on I-15 & 2 lanes were closed, therefore slowing traffic. My arrival time started to shift back. I called the front desk to let her know Id be late but that I wasnt far (less than 2 miles). She proceeded to tell me that they have a 9 minute late policy and if I dont make it there by 9:39 I will not be seen. 9 minutes??I walked in the door at maybe 30 seconds after time changes to 9:40. Of course I was not seen. I have always been prompt on arrival for my appointments and the lady behind the desk was not very welcoming to begin with.Just a friendly reminder: try not to get behind an accident on your way to your appointment. Even if its out of your control you wont be seen.

I just switched to the Fort Union location after getting a bad burn at the Draper location.This one is a bit difficult to access the first time. But next time, it will be easier! Right next to the pancake place.The manager was very friendly and helpful. Also, the lady who waxed me was friendly and easy to talk to.I was given a free eyebrow Browfection tinted brow builder (in light, since my hair is naturally blonde). I really like the product a lot, even more than the benefit brand at sephora. I would stop by just to buy another

Possibly the best experience Ive had at any place ever. went in yesterday and got my eyebrows done for the first time in my life, so naturally i was a bit nervous about how they would turn out. the woman at the front desk was very kind and professional and i really admired her work skills. the esthetician who worked on me was just as great and did my eyebrows so well that i wouldnt have guessed they could turn out that good. as she was doing my eyebrows it was easy to tell how good she was at her job, she had everything so well done and in such a short amount of time. as someone who is a business owner and also in the beauty industry, i can see the effort and dedication put into this place and their services and i dont think theres a single thing they could be doing better. their professionalism and talent makes me think wow i really need to step up my game at my spa! not to mention, the place was spotless. very professional looking and organized yet minimalistic and just flawless. im very impressed and cannot stop thinking about how good my experience was. also im not one to take time out of my day to leave written reviews for any places, good or bad. but this place deserves it very much so i had to.100% recommend!!!
