I am blown away with how good RainFire has been in helping us with our situation. Jared has gone far beyond anything I expected even when it wasnt his job but our property management teams. He called our property management company to explain the situation, gave them his bid, and got our drywall put up that same day even though RainFire was only hired to check for and clean up any mold. We had holes in our walls for a month due to the incompetence of other companies. Jared took care of it all within a day. He had to stretch his team to do it, but hes earned our business from now on.

These guys are great. Theyre very affordable, do a great job, and were easy to work with. Weve had them work multiple issues in out home involving a leak in our basement, leak upstairs, and and a garage door issue. They even dealt with the insurance company for us so that we didnt have to. I highly recommend them and will plan on using them in the future.

They did an absolutely amazing job on my basement. The work was top notch, they were wonderful people to work with, very honest and hard working. Really what you want in anyone who does work on your home.The best thing about them as a business though is that they dont just tear out a bunch of damaged material and leave you with a mess, they tear out any damages, then replace and restore everything back to the way it was originally, all with licensed tradesmen. I thought it was strange that this is unique in the industry but apparently most damage restoration companies dont want to get your house back to where it was before the problem.

Alan and his team were fast and professional. We had a leak with our fridges water line that got through the floor in to the basement. They had the right equipment to dry the upstairs floor from the inside to ensure everything was water-free before repairing the damage to the ceiling below.
