Excellent service! We had Jeff S. come out and restore our ceiling (replacing the large hole, painting, and texturing it) and it looks incredible. Youd never know a large 4x4 hole was there. Very skilled workers and professional. Highly recommend.

Spencer came to repair walls damaged by sewer backup. He was responsive to our request for sturdy painted walls. The preparation was done in a timely manner providing a beautiful smooth surface. Our desired color scheme was followed and a professionally done paint job completed. He installed wall and floor trim to match the existing trim leaving us with beautifully restored rooms. He shared the process and steps he was going through and made us feel confident that the repairs were top quality. He was friendly and very easy to work with.

If you need AC repair, dont use them. They installed a new unit in 2019. They have had to come back at least 5 times so far and we have another appointment in 5 days. The first issue was just a couple of months after we got it. They just keep putting band aids on it and never actually fixing it. I think we got a lemon which is no ones fault, but they wont make it better. Do not use them for AC repair. I dont want anyone else to go through what we have gone through.

We had to have some sheetrock repair and painting done to our basement ceiling after having some plumbing repair work completed that required multiple holes to be cut in the basement ceiling. Spencer D did the work on the part of All Pro. Spencer was outstanding. He completed the work as described in the quote. He was professional and respectful. He kept us up to speed on the work as it progressed across the 2 days and completed everything on time. He did amazing work.

Jeff S was our technician who serviced us. Called before arrival, kept to what his time frame was, extremely kind, and top level professionalism. If I need another project completed that requires professional help, I will only ask for Jeff!

Over a holiday weekend I had a water pipe/connector break. I needed help but wasnt sure I would get it for days. All Pro Services didnt hesitate. Billy immediately took charge to get my water leak cleaned up. Jesse and Devin had machinery going to dry the water in no time.. I just cant say enough wonderful things about these guys. Billy kept checking in to see how the drying was coming along and sent a couple of more guys to open up a certain area to dry more. Always very professional and efficient. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Last Thursday Ross and Victor came to my home to clean my air vents and my carpet. They were so nice, polite and professional. They were on time, worked efficiently and explained what they would be doing. They were also going to clean my dryer vent, but when Ross checked it he found that it was clear and didnt need cleaning. I appreciate the honesty and integrity. I would not have known the difference. Some companies may have used this as an opportunity to make money. We had a mailbox out by the road that was hit by a truck. All Pro was great to work with. They sent someone out right away to assess the damage. It took some time to get our check from the insurance company of the driver. When we did get the check, All Pro set up a date to fix it.They finished it within two days and did a great job! My house flooded and this company was recommended to me. This was the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. The quality of service and the customer service I received was absolutely unprofessional and terrible. Issues from the very start and the job took way too long to finish. I had to fight with them multiple times to do things that should not have been a problem with a professional company. Personal property damaged and no reassurance that it will be made right one way or another. If you are looking to hire someone for anything other than maybe minor things do yourself a favor and go some where else!! They made a disaster in my home, which is already so stressful, so SO much worse!!!!

Great Service! Used them for two different types of services. Dryer duct cleaning and HVAC duct cleaning. A great tech named Ross came and did the job. It was an all day job but it was worth it. I could feel the difference between before the job and after. I will be looking into more services with All Pro for my business and my home. I recommend.

After discovering my attic had vermiculite insulation containing asbestos I had a really hard time finding a company to give me a fair quote to get it removed until I found All Pro Services. Billy was able to come out the same day I called to have a look and emailed me a detailed estimate with a compete breakdown and before pictures the next business day. I felt other companies were just making up a number and I could never get my questions answered. Billy always responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns and once I accepted the estimate they were able to get started that same week. Thomas and Devin were the workers that came out and they were very respectful and professional. They got me a requested sample and photo of the vermiculite which I really appreciated. Even the receptionist was very nice over the phone and I liked that she would call to verify the appointment the day before. All Pro was terrific. A few weeks ago when our water heater busted late one night, flooding a carpeted room, they were here within less than an hour. They were able to save the carpet and walls because of their quick response. Then they bent over backwards to quickly complete repairs to accommodate our schedule. Kudos to Spencer who fixed wall drying holes, replaced baseboards, and painted in perfect detail, Manuel who replaced padding and cleaned carpet early on a Saturday morning, and Whitney and Angie who promptly replied in chats, texts. and phone calls. If I could rate this company less, I would. They were hired on the recommendation of another company we use, needless to say we have informed them they should not make recommendations in the future. They were hired to find the source and repair some water damage in my 80 year old mothers house and a vinyl fence repair after a wind storm. They sell a good story about all of the amazing work they do, the bid was reasonable, and they had been recommended by someone she trusted. We signed the contract and paid the 50% up front and then it all went off the rails.A job promised within 4 days took months after breaking her countertop, breaking an electrical line and outlet in the wall, not removing all the bid had included because they determined the damage was not as bad as they originally thought, and masking repairs without using the materials we were quoted for. The first completion came with horrific finishing work, light fixture not secured to the wall, blinds put back sticking 2 from the wall and a caulking job that looked like it was their first experience. A nightmare. They came back several times to fix the mess and we waited months for the new countertop.Needless to say, while she is left with a leaky sink, still broken fence, light fixture with missing hardware and a mismatched paint finish (who paints a bathroom with flat paint?) the company sent a bill for the entire bid balance remaining (even though the work wasnt done). They discounted her a bit (not enough to fix all they left behind), but insisted on the rest of the balance.It is truly unsettling to believe a company can pass themselves off as professional long enough to get the business and then do such shoddy work and expect to be paid for it anymore than they have. I would dare say they take advantage of people and would HIGHLY recommend you skip their bid completely.

Spencer and Nick were the guys who came and made our previously flooded basement, absolutely beautiful! We were devastated when it flooded and saw just a barren basement but they came in with confidence, they let us pick everything from the ceiling texture and wall texture, to the paint. If something to our house ever happens again, i would definitely want these guys!

We had a several day project to fix water damage. While waiting for the first day of our scheduled restoration, I realized that the sheetrock was already removed (previously, to remove mold damage) in the perfect places to set up an Ethernet connection between my office and the only place in the house that we could set up a router.So I quickly wired the Ethernet as far as I could and crossed my fingers that it wouldnt be too much of an extra expense.When the guys came, we lucked out. One of the two was Nick, who was only going to be there for a day, and he knew exactly what to do. He helped me figure out the best plan in no time at all, and the extra expense was well within budget. He even checked my work wiring the ports and saved me some trouble because I got it wrong the first time!The other guy was Spencer, and he also helped figure out the best way to wire Ethernet without exhorbitant cost. He worked for a few days on our restoration and did many little things to make it as good as possible. He spent extra time finding the exact paint and gave us the extra so that we could repaint as necessary (and more importantly, be able to buy more, if necessary). On top of all of that, he worked extra fast the last day so that we could leave for an appointment on time!tl;dr: the repair guys were awesome and saved me a lot of money doing an extra project and worked around our schedule.

I had a sprinkler leak and flood my basement and when I called All Pro I dealt mainly with Dylan and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Billy and his team responded very quickly to my flooded basement problems and proceeded to ultimately get everything back to normal in a very professional manner. They can fix anything.

They were TERRIBLE to work with. Wed set an appointment and an hour after they were supposed to be at my house, theyd call and say We got stuck somewhere, we need to reschedule. That happened 3 times before I finally got them out to my house (which was a week and a half later at this point). I had a pipe leak and they were coming to clean up the water and spray for mold. Something that probably shouldve been done in a timely manner. Not a week and a half later.. They were unclear on how their billing process worked and kept giving me the run around. I got a different answer from someone every time I called. The workers who came to pick up the fans at the end REAKED of smoke. The actual work they did was good, but getting them to my house and having any sort of communication was a disaster. I will never use them again.

Jeff and Spencer both did a great job on our restoration after sewer water damage from an upstairs toilet that over flowed into a basement bedroom.

At first, I thought the company was great. They came out right away, wrote us up a quote, and submitted to insurance. During that process, we had another small flood. That was estimated to 895 in repairs, and a 2 day wait for the abatement team. We decided to do it ourselves, and rented the fans from home depot. We forgot to cancel the appointment 2 days later, and charged 125$ just for showing up. Ok, I get it, but thats more than a doctors office for a missed appointment. Insurance denied my claim, due to it being a foundation leak. All Pro sent me their conclusive bill, and added things into it that were on the estimate- which were never completed. Another fee is a $250 cleaning fee for covid disinfectant. Shouldnt that be a cost eaten by the company in order to stay in business and current with the times? Josh explained that the fee would be removed, along with the other charges and sent back to me. The bill came 150$ less, still being charged the covid equipment cleaning fee (only this time its $150). The $500 payment I made is not being credited, which was provided onsite. I dont like feeling like Im being taken advantage of, and I definitely do.

We had already moved out (out of state) and were not there to work through all the issues this brought on. One phone call in to All Pro and Angie was literally an Angel! She not only took care of making sure every inch of our basement was put back together (in BETTER shape than when we left I might add) she also did this in 3 days... yes 3 DAYS! We started the process on a Saturday and she had the home ready by Wednesday for closing on Thursday. She answered every phone call, she kept me up to date (Which if you have ever been in on a disaster like this you know how nice it is to get updated as often as possible), She found the very best workers and made sure they got there in a timely manner and did an amazing job. We sustained water damage to the wood floor in our kitchen. All Pro sent out repairmen the next day to assess the damage. After moisture inspection, they installed dryers and plastic tarps upstairs and in the basement. When one of the dryers became faulty, the repairman returned at 9 in the evening to replace it! From the Receptionist at the office to the repairmen, All Pro personnel have been very professional and helpful, and I look forward to complete restoration!!

“All Pro Services” were recommended by my furnace installation company as their choice for duct cleaning. I got a couple of other bids before scheduling, and found that the quality cleaners all charge about the same—around $400. My technician Ross, just left after cleaning my air ducts, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the work and their guarantee. My furnace seems to be working at its optimum and I feel like the tech was knowledgeable and thorough. He spent about four hours and gave attention to every vent, as well as using the negative pressure vacuum method to clean. Great job. Thanks!

The tech was patient while I moved my dogs from one room to another....He was efficient, polite and flexible. I did get rescheduled twice.... So I appreciated that the last reschedule set the appointment on a Sunday. I was surprised that he did not show me before and after pictures though.It was expensive but worth it.

Hired them to do a vent and duct cleaning for my newly purchased house. Tech came out and was very thorough. They kept me informed of their status and when everything was completed. They also sent me pictures of what was pulled out of my vents. Would definitely recommend

All Pro Services has completely exceeded my expectations. Garrett was extremely helpful when he came to assess and bid the damage in my basement. He showed up on time and did a great job explaining what repairs needed to be done. The cleanup guys were on time, friendly and did a wonderful job hauling out all the damaged materials. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing disaster cleanup services.

I had a broken pipe inside my wall from upstairs kitchen, leaked downstairs causing mold and water damage. All Pro told my insurance company this was a slow leak (pictures after demo dispute this- was a cracked pipe). Then never got me a complete bid including all work I was told had to be done, so they sent someone out a second time, who still never got a complete bid, but took samples for asbestos. Then billed me for asbestos testing, but never sent me the results. By the time I called asking for the results, I was already billed and already had another company do the demo work for 1/3 the price of their incomplete bid.Let me clarify... I called All Pro for a bid, not my insurance company. I asked for a bid for tear out and was told by the rep the shower, toilet and laundry cabinets had to be pulled. Only the laundry was included in the bid. I asked for a correction. I did receive the e-mail AFTER all the work was completed and I argued the billing.

This was one of the best interactions i have had with a service company. Jeremy was very helpful and full of information. It was very fair pricing and he went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerned I had. I would recommend his service to friends and family.

I recently had a flood in my Mobile home. I contacted a few companies to give me a bid on their services. All Pro Services came quickly and actually went underneath my home to inspect (which the other companies did not). They have me an honest bid and set up a repair date.
