I can’t belive I just paid $116 for the most horrible massage I’ve ever received! I’m going to look into complaining to the state because there is absolutely no way the woman who massages me was licensed. I left with more pain that I came in! My service was $106 then she demanded a tip. She played TECHNO Asian music?! It was so loud and I asked her to turn it off and she didn’t understand me so she didn’t. I was plugging my ears. I’m so upset I really hope no one else wastes their money here! One star is too generous I seriously wish I could give -5. I can’t believe this place is still running.

ReBlume Medical is a wonderful company. I wanted a little bit of filler in my forehead but was very nervous that I would look frozen. The nurse guided me to the correct amount for the look I wanted and I am extremely happy with the results. I will definitely be back.

Worst massage I ever had and the employee barely spoke English.The positive reviews from this place were from years ago, it’s not the same business/owners anymore. I looked up their business license on Utah.gov and it’s a different owner. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep reviews from the previous business.

I do not recommend for a massage. They might do great accupuncture but the bed was dirty, the staff didnt speak a word of English, they didnt tell me prices up front at all. The massage room seemed like a teenagers apartment with chargers, potato chips, shoes, clothes and dirty linens. Not impressed at all. Go to spavia if you want a good, normal massage

It was my first time going to Reblume today and my first time getting a chemical peel! I was really nervous because I had heard so many scary stories about peels but I thought that I would give it a try. My Technician Jenny was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the whole process and would check on me to see if I was feeling any pain. I could tell that she knew what she was doing and that I didnt have anything to worry about. I am definitely going to get more procedures done at the spa!

Greatest experience Ive ever had. I couldnt be more happy with how everything has gone with my visits. From the way youre greeted to the end of your injections youre treated with a completely professional staff. I was a bit nervous the first time but felt completely at ease when Rachel and Marian had a complete consult with side effects talked about to how it would feel after. Also receiving a follow up email with what to expect after was amazing. The special care Rachel took making sure everything looks realistic and natural was amazing. To look at me you wouldnt know I had anything done, but the photos show a complete change. I use to get migraines almost everyday with my career field but I have seen a huge drop in getting them daily to almost just 2 a week. I couldnt be more thrilled. I think if youre looking to do injectables then Reblume is the perfect place to go. The office is so beautiful on the inside and a staff to complete it is just amazing.

I had such a good experience with ReBlume. I just barely went this last week to get Botox on my forehead and my consultation was very informative and answered all the questions I had. When I met with Rachel who did the Botox, she was fast, yet took her time to answer my questions and help me understand why she was doing what she was doing. She was very conservative and said if I find that Im needing more for a specific place, to just come back in and shell do that for me real fast. I love that she would have rather done less than I needed over doing too much. You cant change it so I respect her for caring about me as a client. Even if I have to go back and get more, thats worth it to me for it to look exactly how I want!

Went in for massage.. girl was texting while massaging with one hand... hit the same spot over and over again because she was not paying attention.. She left my spine bruised and she did not work on my front side... she stood on the door way when i was leaving and she requested a tip... worst massage ever... i dont recommend

I was So scared that Botox would bruise me, hurt unbelievably, or make me look like I have a lazy eye!. She really does amazing work!. All my fears were gone right after it was done!. now I see why they call it lunchtime facelift It was so quick and easy. & After about 2 Weeks I could tell how awesome I looked!

BEWARE! BEWARE! Less than a year ago Rachel placed Artefill in several areas of my face. I was assured by Ariel, her assistant, that if I was unhappy with the placement it could be dissolved with an injection. Not true. Rachel placed Artefill under my eyes, which is not FDA approved, and not recommended by the facial plastic surgeons I have consulted with. The product collected itself into half moon shaped, very hard ridges, under each eye, causing me to look ten years older instead of younger. The tissue is irritated, red, and puffy. Rachel and Ariel were aware of my problem early on, but had no idea how to resolve it. At one appointment Rachel inserted a cannula under each eye and tried to break the masses up. The procedure was incredibly painful, totally ineffective, and left me with two black eyes for five weeks. After months of her cancelling my appointments due to her personal health problems, I discovered she had moved her business to the Salt Lake City area, leaving me abandoned in Boise. She stated that if I wanted help I would need to travel to her new clinic in Midvale. All expenses would be mine with the exception of an airline ticket she offered after a few heated discussions. I asked her for a refund of $5,000 which was half of the $10,000 she charged me so I could seek treatment locally, but she refused stating that I had signed papers at the first visit that removed her from any responsibility if the procedure went badly. Plastic Surgeons that I trust have told me I have two options: I can live with it or have the masses surgically removed, which is difficult, since under eye tissue is delicate and surgery could make a bad situation worse. I have sought the help of an attorney. The thing that is most alarming is Rachels inability to accept any responsibility for the mess she created on my face, and the border line belligerent attitude she has displayed in dealing with my problem. I guarantee that if it were her face she wouldnt be happy. THINK TWICE BEFORE LETTING RACHEL PLACE ARTEFILL!

My good friend referred Reblume to me and I am so happy that she did! I went in to get the aromatherapy treatment and it was so relaxing and effective. My technician, Jenny was very professional and she didnt rush through the session. After she had explained what each of the oils were meant for, I am definitely interested in buying some product from Doterra which I can just purchase through Reblume (which is so convenient). Overall the spa was very sanitary and a welcoming environment.I am now scheduled for a chemical next week that I am looking forward to!
