I did have a wonderful experience here during December and was excited to have a monthly subscription, which the front desk employee told me I could end at any time.However, Ive since had multiple appointments canceled the day prior, after arranging for a nanny and getting time off. Finally, in January, I requested to end my subscription. Unfortunately, Massage Envy continued to charge me, first after the canceled appointments, and now months after Ive requested they remove me, and my credit card, from their computers.This company is fraudulently charging my account for services I did not receive. I feel bad because I know theyve been impacted by everything happening this year, but this is completely unacceptable. I fear Im going to have to call the better business bureau to finally get it resolved.

I always feel great after a massage at Massage Envy. The facility is always clean and the staff friendly and very accommodating.

I went Massage Envy the other day and my visit was wonderful. From the time I walked in and until I left was a great experience. The receptionist was very nice and made I sure I was comfortable. A very knowledgeable massage therapist named Brice was who I saw. For anybody who suffers from fibromyalgia needs to see him.He knew exactly what I needed down. I can not thank him enough. To Brice if you see this sorry it took so long for me to write. I will definitely be going back.It is not often that anything helps with the pain., but he did and I am just saying this guy knows his stuff.

Jon was one of the best massage therapists Ive ever had. He did a really good job paying attention to detail and giving me advice for how to be more comfortable and loose with yoga and stretching.Wow, first time Im ever editing a review. Mia was amazing! I am a regular customer of about three years and this is the first time I have negatively reviewed any business. I had been very happy with this office until recently. During COVID, appointments were understandably cancelled, but I continued to have charges on my credit card. I made contact by phone, email and text, asking for refunds and to stop further charges. There was no action or response for two months. After they reopened, I went in person during business hours to ask for a refund and was told that no one was there who could help me with my request. I reached the assistant manager by phone today. She was nice at first, but when I tried to talk with her about the customer service issues she quickly changed her demeanor and hung up on me.

Ive been a Massage Envy member for over ten years. We started in Draper but because of the higher level of service, moved our membership to Ft Union. Over the years weve been please and felt there were a lot of high quality therapist options. We have always been pleased with our experience. We dont hesitate to communicate with the therapist to ask them to go with deeper or softer pressure. They are there to provide a successful massage. Work with them as a team to ensure success.What really has been a joy is the front desk and management. When we moved the membership to Ft Union we had multiple accounts we were dealing with because we purchased packages for our employees. It got confusing and they worked with us to sort everything out each year. The front desk continues to be the most friendly, welcoming and helpful weve ever experienced. We have a second home in Florida and use our credits there half the year. The front desk is not welcoming and anytime I have a question they tell me they cant help and tell me to call Ft Union. The service level is nothing like we receive at Ft Union. In our opinion Ft Union is the best ran Massage Envy out there.

I came in yesterday with a gift card from Christmas. I was given a great massage from James and already booked for few weeks from now with him.I did sign up for a monthly contract with the girl upfront (wish I caught her name) but never once felt like she pushed me into it. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Im excited to go back.

Mia did an amazing job getting all my trouble spots. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful getting my account squared away. She was pretty funny too!

Ive been going to the Union Heights Massage Envy for about a year. Ive been treated with courtesy and respect. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Troy is my massage therapist and he is awesome! He knows the human anatomy and the various muscle groups and how they are interconnected. Troy has had a healing influence on my health. I feel confident in his ability to assess my needs and provide the care that I need.

Had two great therapists today, Bryce for massage and Kiara for a facial! Would highly recommend both! Also, I like the location personnel is —is a positive environment!

I was in so much pain from working all week at a desk. I decided to make an appointment and treat myself. What a perfect Friday night. Abby the receptionist was so helpful and easy to talk to. My massage Thearpist was wonderful! Thanks!

My massage was fine but nothing out of the ordinary. What I did not like about it is that their 1 hour massage was really only 45 minutes. I got there 15 min early like they say to fill out all the paper work. My massage was supposed to be from 5 till 6. I did not get into the room until 5:05, than I had to change and the therapist still talked to me for a little longer. They have a clock in the room and she did not start the massage until 5:11, and she ended at 5:55. Most places I have been have their 1 hr massage for 1 hr long. The therapist was a nice lady but did not seem very experienced. Overall I felt they were misleading and I will not be going again, much better competitors to choose from.

For the past few years, I’ve been into the Sandy and union heights massage envy clinics. I’ve received massages at both of them numerous times. So far my favorite therapist is jenn at the union heights clinic, not saying the other massages weren’t wonderful but so far Jenn’s helped me with my back the most. I recently got in a car accident and have been seeing a chiropractor. Today I went in for my adjustment and my chiropractor suggested I get a massage at their facility, so I decided to take the chance because all of my previous massages experiences have been great, up until today when I decided to recieve a massage NOT at massage envy Sandy or union heights. I have never appreciated the cleanliness, professionalism, and overall experience of massage envy. The front desk is always wonderful and helpful, and I just wanted to take the time to tell you guys thank you.

Scheduled a massage on Nov 14th for today. I arrived and was told I wasnt scheduled today, but instead of random date in December. I think I will be seeking another location. Unfortunate seeing as I finally found a great therapist.

I know someone who went there for a massage the other day. The massage was nice but afterwards the sales pitch is what made the experience terrible. After Massage Envy were told NO about signing up, they were very rude to the customers. I would recommend going to get a massage at Sego Lily, they might be a little more pricier but they do not give a sales pitch and treat you rude when you say No.

The staff is great! Val and Courtney really are the best!
