Im rating this business as 2 stars because they got the job done, quickly and correctly. They were also the only business that I could get out the next day to fix my furnace.My problem was with the difference between what they told me they would do and what they did. And my second problem is with their price structure.They charged me $79 just to get out to my house. Thats a bit higher than the other places in town, but they were able to get out the next day where the other shops were scheduling a week out. I was told that for the $79, the technician would diagnose the problem, then discuss with me options.Thats where the breakdown occurred. After diagnosing the problem, the technician proceeded to fix the problem. He did not ever communicate with me what the problem was, how it would be fixed, or how much he would charge for fixing it.The problem was a dirty sensor that needed to be cleaned. After cleaning it and charging me $91 for the moment he spent cleaning it, he told me I could have cleaned it myself. Had he told me that a few minutes earlier, he could have given me the choice to pay a ridiculous amount of money for 2 minutes of work and $0.12 worth of cleaner, or to perform the work, myself. Considering that they told me that anything after the $79 diagnosis would be discussed with me before any work was done and any services performed, they should have followed through with that promise.

The most honest and helpful people. The technition gave me a few ideas I could try myself to fix my air conditioner compressor. He walked me through it for two days and I was able to fix it on my own and he didnt even charge me for his advice and council. They will be at the top of my list for any future projects and will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

After weeks of heating issues in this cold weather and after another heating company came out we felt uneasy what we were told (the other company was a commission paid co), we were so lucky to have these guys STRONGLY recommended to us. My husband is in plumbing but not heating and Parker really impressed him with explaining everything. Needless to say we are keeping this company’s number in our books and will definitely use them again!!!!!!

Awesome company! Tracy was fantastic during the entire process. He was honest, helpful, and professional. I will definitely use them and refer them to friends and family.

They do a great job at Rocky Mountain Air Systems. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them!

This company is an absolute joke... remax uses them as their maintanece for this town home I rent... took them hours to contact me... And than the guy Brady tried to have me trouble shoot the thing over the phone which I already did with a remax agent. Than he tries to tell me its not under warranty... tries to upsell me them coming out tonight... I rent, he clearly didnt understand the call... from their I contacted remax they said he would come out... he than texts me that if I give him attitude that his guy is walk out. I told him as is that he gave me attitude brady and he no called no showed in the middle of winter... I have kids... what a waste of life!
