A couple of years ago, I called and spoke to some receptionist. She said she would have the boss call me for an appointment for service. Never got a call. I called someone else. Either my money was not green enough or maybe I lived in the wrong area for service. I have money. Other company did good job. I should not have to beg to give my money to someone.
