Matt just wrapped up a huge project at our house we bought 2019. We had 2 big phases to our project. The first phase involved about an acre of brush mowing. The brush line started about 10ft off of our back porch so we had no back yard. Not only did he do a great job with the brush mowing, but then he also went through afterward and smoothed out the high spots and raked out some of the bigger dead stuff that was too big for the mower. Flat as a pancake now and ready for top soil and grass seed!Phase 2 was stump excavation in an area I had recently cleared to put a future pole barn. They had to be excavated as opposed to ground because Id be laying the pad and driving posts on top of them. He plucked them all out with his excavator (including a few particularly monstrous ones) and smoothed out the area afterward to make it ready for me to dump sand on top of it.He quoted all of this work at what I thought was a reasonable price, but then when he was all done and I asked him what the damage was, he came in significantly lower than his quote since he said he got it done faster than he thought he would originally. His work was quality, he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. And the final product exceeded my expectations. Especially considering he seems to really be the only person in the area I could find that could do this combination of work all in one shot.Ill just mention too, that he also happens to be a really nice, personable, honest guy whos easy to get along with. Couldnt be happier and will never call anyone else for my future brush and stump needs!

Honestly the owner Matt was just a super friendly down to earth guy that does great work. This is the type fo guy you want doing work at your house. The work was quality, he was super nice and explained any questions I had and did everything I asked.Good guy, good price, good work on time. Cant go wrong here.P.s. After finally having enough of mowing around these stumps (and contemplating if we could rent a stump grinder), I told my husband Just call this dude- he has good reviews. Ask for a quote. My husband called at about 12:30PM and Matt was out by 2:30PM. He gave my husband the quote and it was so low, I wish we would have done this sooner and not have spent our time mowing around each and every one of these forsaken stumps. My husband agreed and Matt stated that he had brought all of his gear to grind everything if we wanted to do it then- he was done with it all in about 30 minutes. His professionalism, respect for our property, and price for the job was absolutely outstanding. I will never hire anyone else for this job (if I ever have any more stumps!) and will go out of my way to recommend him for any stumps that need grinding.

A-MAZING JOB! Came out the very next day and not only took the stump a few inches below ground level, but went the extra step and went nearly over eight inches into the ground! We HIGHLY recommend Matt, the absolute best stump remover in town, and we know weve also worked with a few others. Matt is by far the best and you will regret not hiring him when you have to call your other stump grinders back two or even three times to do the job right like we did. There isnt enough praise I can give, just simply a phenomenal job and will be using Matt for all other future jobs as well :D

Removed hard maple stump using grinder/chipper. Excellent workmanship. Expanded cut radius to get roots. Good judgement used to insure correct grade with back fill dirt & seeded. Site Clean-up was top-notch. Highly Recommended!

Very satisfied. We had a large number of stumps to be removed but they took care of it very quickly. They treated my wife very professionally and courteously while I was away. They came back and ground down a stump which had not gotten deep enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of doing business with Matt and have to say - he is the most courteous businessman. At first I was reluctant to do business with him because of a terrible review that was left for him that is on this website. The reviewer claimed that an employee of his was rude to him - Matt explained that he has no employees - and it wasnt him but he didnt know what to do about that bad review!.
