I went into the store with a simple job on a belt. Instead of making me leave my belt and come back another day, he dropped everything and took care of it right then and there. The service and quality was amazing!

You do have to pre-pay for work, which I understand, but for a more expensive job, it seems to take away his incentive to finish on time. How about half down? Does good work, but needs to do a better job scheduling. It took three weeks to have something repaired with two stops and three phone calls at promised times in between. Also told me he was too busy to call when work was done.

Louie is a very talented cobbler. Great communicator and easy to work with. I shipped my shoes across the country for his high quality services. Highly recommend.

One of my Birkenstocks had fallen apart and I brought them in for Louie to take a look at, he told me what caused them to fall apart and told me the process of how he fixed them. All around great guy and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Louie really does a great job. Another cobbler had done a terrible attempt at resoling my favorite boots, I wasnt happy so I took them to Louies and am glad I did. They are better than new and look amazing! The last pic you see is the other guys work that Louie fixed.

I had issues with salt on my winter boots. I had “cleaned” them using another product suggested by someone else but it wasn’t working. I went to Louie and he explained why the other treatment didn’t work and recommended something else.I got the salt out but the leather was discolored so I brought the boots back in. He treated the salt one last time, oiled and waterproofed them all for $10.I wish I had before and after pics. They looked better than when I bought them.

Repaired shoes for me in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Would use again!

Louie is a true master cobbler. He has a natural skill for it. He also masters in leatherwork. He does a great job. Hes a very down-to-earth guy. Definitely worth the visit!

Bring in your boots and shoes to louie and have them fixed right the first time. After my boots were ruined by another shoe repair shop in town and was refused a refund I took them to louies and he saved them. He has all my future business!
