I went to Global Personnel I think in June of 2019, the whole staff was very friendly. I first had a meeting with Marisela and she answered any questions I had I was told to email her with any job postings I may have been interested in on their website. I would do that and I would never get put on any assignment I retested for some better scores to hopefully get an opportunity with any company..that didnt work out. I continued to email Marisela and she would try to help me but then I started emailing Mari. I spoke to Mari over the phone maybe a handful of times about potential jobs (maybe 2) but for the pay and the distance I would have to travel I would decline. I felt like because I didnt want to work in Midland the agency didnt reach out as much. There was also times I would email Mari and never get a response and it would be about jobs in Odessa. Ive never used a staffing agency before but this place was not very helpful in my job search. I went to another staffing agency in Odessa and theyve helped me tremendously even when I wasnt interested in certain jobs they helped me find others.

If you are looking for a welcoming agency where they’ll treat you with respect, work with you, and be prompt with everything then come here. Angela has been great and I would definitely recommend her.
