The Midland Animal Clinic has a great staff. They are super friendly are great with my families kitten (the staff love her to death lol) and the vet techs and vet that I have met so far have been able to answer all my questions and like that I have some (even though its limited) knowledge about cats/kittens. We do our best to be responsible pet owners and the staff can tell and do a lot to help us with that. I also like how they are taking the safety of both pets and people seriously with everything thats going on with covid. The steps thats they have taken may annoy people but I would rather take extra precautions to keep my self and others safe than risk getting sick.

Midland Animal Clinic has the most caring, attentive, and detailed staff! I cant say enough good things! Extremely compassionate and accommodating, and take fabulous care of my pet. All of the staff is fantastic, but my pet rabbit sees Dr. Manley so were partial :) She is awesome!

I can’t say enough good about this clinic. Everyone I’ve interacted with there has been so kind and friendly. They are always willing to answer all of my questions (which are numerous because this is my first pet). My kitty got spayed yesterday and they called me today just to check that she’s doing okay. They are so thorough and considerate and they really make me feel like they care about my baby.

Still observing Covid regulations. 1 person masked so my daughter wanted to take her puppy in herself. They seemed professional, thorough. I just wish we could have been in the room with him and able to ask questions.

Dr and staff were very thorough. I was given an in depth explanation about what was going on and what to expect. They were able to get my dog in right away even though it was a very busy Monday morning.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!After giving a positive review 3 yrs ago Im now changing my review and opinion of this so called veterinary clinic that is now used strictly for maintenance purposes ONLY! This place wont admit to that but Ive just experienced my 2nd time trying to get an emergency appointment for my pet, only to be turned away and told to find someplace else to take my 13 yr old dog with health problems. Dr. Laura Siebert and associates, including office staff suffer with a severe case of greediness and prefer to only perform maintenance pet health care due to the fact that it brings in guaranteed income. They really have no concern for your ill pet.

My cat was recently injured somehow and ended up losing a tooth, Dr. Siebert was amazing with Jade, even trimmed her claws during the exam. Very professional, very caring. We will be going back to have the root extracted. They also microchipped her and administered her rabies. Very affordable place with caring vets. Thanks doc my jade and I appreciate you ❤️

Our dog injured her back leg somehow in the middle of the night. We called as soon they opened and they were able to get us in less than two hours later! Super friendly, responsive and professional staff. Dr. Johnson was amazing. She made it simple to understand our pups injury and what we needed to do to help her recovery.

They take great care of my pug! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The curbside service is fast and efficient. I receive appointment reminders through text and receipts through email. I would highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of the visit. The length of time for three cat check ups, however, was two hours. That may have been because emergency cases came in, causing a delay in the doctor seeing my cats. The length of time was never explained, which would have been nice.

Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and kind. They were very thorough in examining my dog and conferred with me before running tests to make sure I was ok with it. Time was taken to explain results and recommendations and was not rushed. I would definitely come back to this clinic and recommend to others that are looking for a good honest place to take care of their pets.

Our pets have received the highest quality care from Midland Animal Clinic. All of the vets and techs have a great way with animals, and we have had some extremely shy pets. They take time to answer our questions with good advice and they have always been able to make an appointment quickly when there was a problem. I find them to be the kindest vets I have ever met.

Provide a very safe and efficient environment by coming to the car to pick up the pet. Dr Johnson called me to go over things and to find out if there were any concerns or changes. It was just as good if not better than being in person. They are very dedicated, responsive and professional at Midland Animal Clinic.

They have been taking great care for of our pets for 22 years. I have always felt that personal connection that I need for my fur babies.

Place was very unprofessional me and my fiancé booked an appointment. she arrived five minutes early and told that she was too late. and had to reschedule, which was already a hassle because we drove 45 minutes to The clinic. As of today she arrived 20 minutes early without a problem except for the fact that they weren’t aware of the promotion that was on their website .The doctor told my fiancé that the promotion did not exist and that was never on their website. I called there myself and spoke to somebody else and they told me that the promotion has ended and they thought that it was taken off of their website, but when we made the appointment it was made very clear that the promotion applies to our visit. They Proceeded to tell us that all they could do was make us another appointment and they could do the promotion but would force us to pay for shots that our dog does not need. Which we are obviously not going to do because this will be our third time driving 45 minutes. And we were just looking to get their first exam, check for any issues and go from there.Update: the promotion says. Free first exam and %50 off the second

I recently moved back home and my sweet dog had an emergency but no local vet to see. After desperately calling seven local vets I was terrified that my little girl wouldn’t be able to be seen anywhere but MAC took her on with no hesitation. Dr. Manley was caring and informative and called me to provide me with updates throughout the day. I can not thank the staff of MAC enough for helping my sweet Stevie and doing so with so much care. We will be gladly returning for her continuing care!

Midland Animal Clinic has been amazing. We live abroad and have required various treatments for our dog when visiting family in Midland. Having used several other vets in other states and the UK, I can honestly say Midland Animal Clinic is a gem. Their receptionists are responsive and friendly and both Dr. Manley and Dr. Seibert have been very knowledgable, communicative and flexible.

Curbside service was prompt and the person who came out was kind and helpful. The vet who called to talk to me about my cats was nice, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions. When they brought my cats out they put them in the car for me! I also appreciated seeing all the workers wear masks.

Midland Animal Clinic and Dr Susan Johnston have provided excellent care to my numerous pets for the past 20 years. I have utmost confidence in the doctor and staff. Thank you especially for providing not only support for my pets, but also emotional support for me!

We recently took our cat to the MAC for the first time in many years after the sudden appearance of a significant limp. From the time of our initial call to schedule the appt to the vet calling with our test results, our care by everyone was top notch.Due to COVID-19, the clinic has owners wait in their car and the techs come out to gather necessary information. In our case, the tech took our cat with her to run a series of tests and let us know the approximate time this would take so we could leave the property.Our vet, Dr. Katie Manley, was superb. Dr. Manley called us and gave a very thorough review of what they had checked and tests run on our cat. She was very patient in explaining everything and really put us at ease that our Louie had excellent care.We appreciate all the MAC did for Louie and especially appreciate Dr. Manley and her level of expertise with cats.

Our dog recently needed an emergency procedure. Dr. Mikols and the rest of the staff were awesome! They helped make a terrible day not so bad! Our dog has healed beautifully!

My own vet couldnt get me in for 4 days (will be looking into changing to someone who can take care of their own patients when they are acutely sick), but this urgent care clinic - recommended by another vet practice - was able to see my cat and help.*UPDATE* 02/2021With patience and hard work, Dr Seibert and the staff at MAC have helped my cat to heal. She is almost back to normal, but will need continued treatment and Im happy with that! Im so pleased that Ive committed to this facility as our veterinary home, even though its almost a half hour drive, I believe it is worth it! My pets are in good hands! Thank you, MAC!

Per usual we were very pleased with our experience. The implementation of social distancing is very good for the safety of all. We came in for a health update for our dog but we also had a concern about his health. That problem was addressed and a complete assessment and plan discussed with us by Dr. Johnson. She reviewed each step with us and made us feel a part of the process. It ended with my giving our 12 year-old dog an injection which I will continue to administer for the next month twice a week. Both Dr. Johnson and her tech made me feel comfortable making that decision and although I am a nurse they had me do it in their presence and allowed me to ask questions as it is an animal and not a person in the hospital I am injecting. All my questions were answered including disposal of syringes.

Midland Animal Clinic gives very compassionate care for your pet. We switch to this clinic a few months Months ago. We believe Sue saved our dog Charlie’s life. She addressed the problems quickly and compassionately. Thank you so much Sue and the staff for all you have done for our dogs and us.

Dr. Mikols always helps me with my concerns for my dog. She recommends up to date treatments and is very good at communicating his needs and care plan with me. I can always get him in for his regular check ups in a reasonable amount of time.

I called because my dog had eaten something dangerous. Even though they were busy, they gave great options to help my pet. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful information, I would highly recommend.

Thought it was a great vet at first! My dog got X-rays for her leg at the midland animal clinic and they said it was a possible fracture or arthritis build up. Gave me the X-ray pictures back on a disk and I took them to river rock animal hospital a month later after midland animal clinic never got back to me after consulting with a surgical place in flint! River rock Animal hospital took a few minutes to look at the X-rays and told me she had a bone plate growth that needed surgery to remove and is painful for dogs! Gave me pain meds for her until her surgery, and after a month of being told something that wasn’t right and not getting a response back! I wouldNot recommend this place! Not knowledgeable enough to help in certain situations as this one! Lady’s at the front desk are short and rude sometimes too

I have been going there with my pet for almost 13 years. They are wonderful. She had some serious issues when she was a pup. They saved her life. They have always been there for any questions and advice. They treat us so good whenever we go in. Love the place.

I have been going to this clinic for years and have had nothing but great experiences. My three small dogs just recently all got their teeth cleaned on the same day by Dr. Johnson. She was so wonderful about keeping me up to date and informed throughout the entire day. I had high anxiety going into the appointments, but it was evident how caring and thorough the staff was with my pups right off the bat. It really put my mind & soul at ease knowing they were in such good hands.

I will never take any of my pets there ever again. My dog got sick and we took him there to be seen. We ran tests and had him on meds for weeks, he was not getting any better. Went back more tests, scans, blood work, hydration humps, etc. I maxed out my credit card, had almost $1,000 into this and the worse came. We called and said our dog would need to be laid to rest and they actually refused to do it until we paid them a remaining balance of $125!! My dog passed away peacefully at home the next day. How disgusting. People told me not to take him there but they took my credit card, i should of listened to them. Apparently this isnt out of the ordinary for this place. Animals are like children to the right people, and an Animal clinic should be the first thing to understand that. Understandably; it is a place of business, i would of been more then happy to set something up so that my little man did not have to suffer any more. Shame on you!

I love that MAC has Saturday hours. This was my first time taking the beast in since the pandemic started. Curbside service was simple and the veterinarian talked with me over the phone, then the tech explained the price estimates for the beasts future surgery. Easy peasy.

For over 20 years, we have received the best possible care for our pets. Even with all the necessary precautions during the pandemic the quality of care remains exceptional.

Its very difficult when you cant go in with your pet. You need to sit in the parking lot and wait. Took in two cats, one was limping and lethargic when she got home and 24 hours later the other cat is lethargic. what would have been helpful is to have been told what to expect when the cats were returned to us. I believe the vets are good, but it would help to know what to expect.

Long wait out in the parking lot past appt time, but annual vaccinations were done very quickly once the tech came and got my dog. Oh and no more getting to see your Vet in person. My dog was happy when he came back and no post shot issues.

We absolutely love this Vet!! We have been seeing Dr. Seibert for the last year and she is always kind and informative when it comes to our pets care. She never seems to be rushed or in a hurry. She connects with you and your pet like your her friend/family. Hands Down the greatest vet for our furbabies.

The staff at Midland Animal clinic was there for me when I needed them! I had an emergency situation with my cat, I didnt realize he had been eating one of my house plants that turned out to be toxic to cats. He was very sick and needed to be seen right away. Another clinic that I called could not get him in. I called Midland Animal clinic and they said bring him right in. Everybody was very kind, professional and helpful. Dr. Mikols was so caring and knowledgeable! My little fur baby is doing better and resting at home now. I will definitely be returning to this clinic for any future veterinarian care.

Dr. Siebert is so friendly and thorough! She made me feel so reassured about my cat and his coughing, and answered all of my questions. The technician was really nice and let me voice all my worries about cat! Definitely the best vet I’ve been to. Even with the curbside service they’re awesome!!

Fairly easy check in. Little bit of a wait, but not bad. In and out fairly well.

Not consistent with quoted prices, I was told my bill would be less than $100 and it turned out to be $140 even though I had no extra services added.When I tried to talk to them and understand what the extra charges were for they told me that what I had been told on the phone would have never been said by their staff, and treated me like I was just the worst client they had. They treated me like I was stupid and the mix up was entirely my fault. Not professional at all.And this has only been my second experience with them.

I love Dr Seibert! She is great with cats! And calls and makes sure you complete understand everything they are doing! She really takes pride in what she does!

Dr Siebert is great. She really loves animals and takes the time to talk to clients about questions or concerns. She even saved me money by telling me my dog didnt need another blood test.

Started taking my pug Rolie to Dr Seibert back in March when he had a spleen tumor. She helped me navigate a very difficult situation. Now Rolie has lived longer and is healthier than Id ever thought 8 months later. Dr Seibert is very thorough when assessing my pugs issues and I appreciate it. The rest of the staff has been friendly and helpful.

Even though you have to wait in your car and not go in with your babies they were very informative answered all my questions without being annoyed and took great care of our furbaby and shared what to look for and do. We will now move all our furbabies to this office!

Helpful, compassionate service for my adopted cat. Recently brave enough to explore outside, she got into a fight and had a bite on her throat that wouldn’t heal. Midland animal clinic provided an antibiotic that started to heal it in 24 hours.

Our regular vet was booked solid and when we had an emergency with our dog that scratched his eye they were so kind and got him right in and did his recheck a few days later.

Last Saturday, my mother made the hard decision to put down her dog of 13 1/2 years. Her quality of life was poor as her health was deteriorating rapidly. Our regular vet was closed for the holiday, but recommended that we come to the Midland Animal Clinic. Dr. Katie Manley and the staff were so kind and reassuring. Their compassion, kindness, and professionalism were so greatly appreciated and made this difficult day one we will also remember as gentle and loving.

I recently adopted a dog from the humane society. During my short time of owning her I ran into a multitude of medical issues resulting in three different surgeries. I brought my cat in to have a boil on her cheek drained, and they also cleaned her ears. I bring my dog in for shots and teeth cleaning also and the staff always does a fantastic job. I wouldnt trust the health and well being of my pets to any other veterinary clinic.

What you pay when you leave never matches what was quoted. I can understand a little variety in over and under estimates for service but always over? I can understand mistakes but why does the customer have to pay when the back office misquotes? I have had to pay the overage on back office account errors and I’m personally done. It feels like they sold their integrity to pay for that renovation.Doctors are excellent and well trained. Back office has a lot to be desired.
