Responded immediately... they were very efficient and professional. Followed up to make sure we were happy. Hot water heater ruptured in our finished basement, took a bad situation and made it tolerable

Our event happened in November of 2019. It is now almost June 2020 and our restoration has not been completed. Calls were not returned in a timely manner. They keep brushing us off. The amount of work left to do is minimal. Not reliable. Avoid.

Driver of van #8 cut my wife and I off on the highway today several times. He was acting ridiculous. Would never hire a company with an employee who acts like this guy.

Wever had 3 or 4 different carpet cleaners over the past few years. When the carpet dries, some stains always reappeared. Bear went over heavy traffic areas a few times, to make sure the area was clean. I had a stain made from greasy body lotion I was unable to remove myself, but that older carpet looks like new, and they left a nice clean fragrance that wasnt overpowering. I waited until the carpet dried before posting this review. Punctual, polite, and even moved my furniture! I have found my go to guys for carpet cleaning. Thank you Bear!
