Great place to go to get your haircut not too expensive employees are respectful and get your haircut right

I was asked to leave because my 3 yr old son wont put a mask on. This is after they lifted the mask mandate.

Monica did a great job with my 9-year old. She was prompt, neat, quick, and friendly. We went @ 11:45 am, and only waited for about 15 min. Very pleased with the work. Only four stars, b/c they don’t have a kid’s price, so it was $20 plus tip.

Still requiring a mask... sad I’ll never step back in this place.

I have been setting here for over an hour. Two of the hair dressers have left several times leaving two others. The one is talking more than working. The other is taking forever. If I did not need a haircut so bad I would leave. I have the worse luck in getting my haircut in Midland. Ridiculous!!!

Only 2 ladies working and 1 left to go to the bank, came back then immediately left to go next door to get a drink, came back then left for lunch....all the while, there was a lobby full of customers. The ladies weren’t just super friendly either. So far, we’ve been here well over an hour. We will NEVER come back here...definitely not worth it.

Sports clips is always an hour plus wait. I got off a long day of work and needed a good cut. So I tried them, hey no wait! Clean tapered cut easy I. And easy out. 17.00! They are super nice there. This is now my new hair place for a good cut!

Prices are outrageous. Was charged 29 dollars for an easy haircut and beard trim. Will never go back to this place again. I have never been charged that much for a haircut and beard trim before.

Terrible

First time I got haircut plus color together. After color was done, I looked in the mirror, there were lot of white hair on my head. I asked lady why color didnt work, she didnt give me satisfactory answer. I didnt argue, just paid amount with tip and left the store. I will never go to this place again

Normally Ive never had an issue with this procuts. But I have gone in the mornings when there was a decent lady there. Well I went just a few days ago and got the hair stylist Estella. She DESTROYED my hair. Spent 21 dollars for her to RUIN my hair. I had to turn around and go to a actual salon just for them to fix my hair. All while I was in emotional distress and fighting the urge to break down while they gawked over the horrible cut. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have learned my lesson.

Moved here 2 years ago and was looking for a stylist, went to several places here in Midland and wasnt satisfied with any, until I came to procuts, Melina is who I went to and shes excellent!!!!! She has now been cutting my hair for about 8 months now and I always get a great cut! Very happy client!!!

My hairstylist was one of the most obnoxious people Ive ever met. Her personality and demeanor was so bizarre and unprofessional, that I kept wondering where the hidden camera was. She was babbling strange things like yo quiero Taco Bell, and I need a shoulder rub. I could not wait to get out of her chair. She kept pressing the razor extremely hard on to my head and swiping it left and right rapidly like one would do if they were a Samurai slicing a melon. At one point she asked me why I was pulling away from her. The fact of the matter was, I wasnt. The amount of force she was applying was pushing my head away. I should have taken a hint when she asked the customer before me if she was hurting him. She spent like 10 minutes on one small section of my head and it was driving me nuts! Plus, the whole time she was cutting my hair she was chewing gum loudly in my ear and complaining about the music that they play in the salon. The back of my neck was red for like the next 3 hours after the haircut. A very unpleasant $20 haircut experience to say the least.

I love Pro Cuts. I have lived here 20 + years. If I need a new do or a trim this is where I go. Maria and Estelle are great!

Worse service ever!!! Went it and they didnt say a word to us, didnt even tell us to sign in. Theyre were 4 barbers working when we walked in and wasnt even there for 10 min and all barbers except 2 left. They were extremely slow fixing their own hair and checking their phones before attending to the next customer.. if I could give 0 stars I would have!!! The older short woman working was the slowest of them all.. did not get greeted with a welcome or hello or anything!! Walked out.

Good hair cut and almost nothing the waiting time

I took my 7 yr old son in for a shaggy cut. We brought in a pic of a hair cut we found online that my son LOVED. Aurora was our stylist..I showed her the pic, looking for any kind of hesitation in her face. She seemed confident that she could give him that cut. Im not a professional, but it was obvious when she made the first cut on top that she cut it too short. The top was way shorter than it was supposed to be and the bottom was longer than it was supposed to be. It was looking like a mullet. She asked how long I wanted his bangs...so I showed her the pic again, and said just like it is here. She proceeded to cut them too short. She asked if I thought the bottom needed to be a little shorter. I pulled the pic back up on my phone, showed her again and said, yes he wants it to look just like this. By the time she was done it was obvious it wasnt the cut we came in for, but relieved it wasnt a mullet. With it being wet it didnt look too bad. I thought ok we can work with this.. once it dries and lays how its going to lay itll look ok.... I was WRONG! My baby ended up with a mullet/Velma from Scooby Doo style. Mind you my son is a very shy kid. He had grown his hair out past his shoulders..he likes his hair long, but was tired of being mistaken for a girl. She cut a good 4 inches off..which was fine, but the weird cut ended up making him look more like a girl :(. I had to take him somewhere else where they gave him a shorter version of what we originally wanted. Another 2-3 inches had to be cut because of how Aurora cut it on top. He looks much better thanks to Tracey at Heavenly Cut. Unfortunately I still have a sad little boy :( his hair is much much shorter than it was supposed to be. My oldest son also got his hair cut at Pro-cuts that day...a simple buzz cut from another lady (didnt get her name..she was being trained by Aurora.). Nothing too terrible with him, but I will have to go in and straighten his hairline at the back. Both ladies were friendly and seemed to really try, but dont seem to have the skills.

BAD BAD BAD!! my husband and son got a haircut and it has been one of the worst haircuts they have ever gotten.

The cost of living in Midland Texas is at least 40% higher than other cities in Texas. Why this information. Hair cut 18.00 dlls. I think is just too much. I know there are other places that are more expensive.

Took about an hour and a half to get to us after 4 people. Alright hair cut but short staffed/slow pace. Only come if you have nothing else to do after the haircut
