We went in because our car said low coolant, John topped everything off and then went above and beyond and checked all of our tires and aired them up too. He were taking a trip across state and had questions and he made us confident and reassured that we were good to go for our trip! He was the sweetest kindest man! His service was perfect.

I went in for an oil change and Adam Pesta was awesome. I was having a rough day (I definitely wasnt in a good mood) and was caught off gaurd at the cost. I had my windows down from the oil change and went over there to get the included car wash. This girl with the sprayer started spraying my car while I was rolling up the windows. She didnt give me a chance to put them all the way up and I got spray in the car.

Helped me drain some oil that I overfilled. Didn’t charge me. Great guys. Will return

Ive been using Fast Eddies for car washes since Mister came to town and wrecked Firehouses good thing.Fast Eddies has really stepped up to the plate with all the new business and Im happy to be using their wash now.

A decent regular car wash but after getting the upgrades it doesnt seem like they add much. Just get the regular and its an okay deal.

Very thorough in the fluid checks, information and General details on the engine stuff. While no where near a service garage, they do a darn good job at the oil change. Ive gone there many times and never felt like they were trying to squeeze me. Friendly staff and decent pricing, pretty fast service time as well. I will continue to go there.Someone asked how much it was for the oil change. Good question ! I have a V8 so it takes 6 quarts of oil. I chose not to get the high mileage oil. Its the middle of winter And Im way past my days of laying in the snow or on the cold garage floor to do it myself. So for this more than adequate service I only spent $41. So worth it to me. Cant imagine Id be saving a lot to do it myself.

Guys are always fast and polite. Suggest extras but never pushy. Prices are fair and have never had any issues going here. This is my preferred place for oil changes.

I like to go to Fast Eddie’s Car Wash. The machine does a pretty good job. Most of the time it is an excellent wash job on my vehicles. Try them today. They have a lot of locations to choose from. Keep on Shining. 😁

Go through there at least twice a week. At times, I give the ones that wipe down your vehicle at the end a break and just have my mirrors wiped. Always friendly.

We always go to the Fast Eddies in Saginaw and have a very good experience. Our time at Midland was very unpleasant and when calling the manager to complain he hung up on my husband not once but twice. Very poor customer service! We will stick with Saginaw from now on out.

They need to have their workers wash the windshields better. Many of times we have came out the other end with bird poo still on it . We have a yearly pass . Most of the workers are very friendly.

All the workers did an amazing job getting my truck looking fantastically clean! I feel for these guys and girls working in what has to be a super chilly environment but they were all looking great on the job. Happy and productive workers. You all are awesome!!

They are pretty quick with the oil changes, but they are constantly trying to get me to buy more and it gets frustrating.

This review is based in the carwash side only. I havent been to Fast Eddies in years. Gave this business a try again after the turnover of the local Firehouse to a different brand with more automation and higher fees; wasnt disappointed! I was happy to see a healthy number of employees attending to the cleanliness of my vehicle. More specifically, this means my vehicle got sprayed off at the beginning as well as towel dried at the end. Just like Firehouse used to be like! And, they accept cash. Their competition only accepted credit cards or membership, despite cash being a legal form of tender. I dont have carwash memberships to either brands, so I cant speak for value of individual washes- comparatively speaking. However, I think I will try Fast Eddies for a while. The employees were very courteous and acknowledged our vehicle from the time we pulled in to the time we pulled out.

Used credit card. Bought $6 wash, charged $15. Teller no receipt. CC alerted me to amount. Went back and mgr. Laughed and said,must have been a mistake. Gave me $9 cash back. Get a receipt or dont go there.

The oil change was alright but the car wash removed paint from mine and my cousin car. They said there are waiting on corporate to reimburse me.

Everything was great, except the suction on the vacuum hose wasnt very strong...but the vacuums are free.

Cheap wash and it was decent but the line is always long. So make sure you have time to wait.

The vacuum was very bad. The first one I went to didnt turn on at all. The second one I went to had very little suction. The third was a little better, but still didnt do a good job. I ended up getting my vacuum at home to do the job. The carwash was ok, but had a few spots

They tend to be quiet friendly, but out of the 20 or so times I’ve been here and paid for the works. I have not once received my tire shine I paid for.Update:Management must have seen this post, finally saw people getting the tire shine they were paying for but not receiving. 👍

The employees spent great detail on my car through the car wash as I had just returned from a vacation up in the UP and it was caked in bugs. It came out of the wash looking excellent. Fast Eddies is definitely my go to car wash over all others.

Great service and fairly professional staff. Im a mechanic by trade and know vehicles well. I check my fluids and filters regularly and have appreciated that they havent tried to sell me things my vehicle hasnt needed. I enjoy that I can get the oil change, car wash and a vacuum all in one place for a reasonable price.

Waited in line for close to 15 minutes for a car wash. No cars were moving and it appeared off. I called and asked if the machine was broke down. The woman who answered said no its a shift change.Plus a truck coming out of the oil change (very poor design) pulled into the wash line instead of going out to the street when a person let him through.The actual car wash itself was okay.

It could use some more experienced workers. They are always in such a rush that they are not able to wash the back of my vehicle properly.

The oil change that I received on Friday January 29th was excellent However the $11 car wash that I paid for was only refunded to me and I was only given $5 Because the car wash was broken

Good car wash, but the oil change is hit and miss. You never know what the prices will be, as they will try to get as much as possible, and then they tack on extra shop fees that you dont find about until they bring the bill. Fairly shady. Car Wash is good, but beware of the oil change.

We were in Midland for a month so I got the monthly deal and was very satisfied with the carwashes. When we left I could not get ahold of the office the first few times I called to cancel and ended up getting charged. When I finally did get ahold of them they reversed the charges.

Today as I went thru the car wash, my wiper blade got caught on something and was ripped right off the arm.Not only did they replace it, they fixed the arm and put a brand new wiper on it. All without ANY hassle at all and with a SMILE the entire time. I didnt have to argue or demand a replacement. They offered it and delivered on it. I was out of there in less than 5 minutes WITH a brand new wiper. Such service is rare. I really appreciate them.Thank you Fast Eddies!

Ive used this place before but I found it quite interesting it is apparent that didnt go the right way but its like sir the man could have said next time would you please go the other way I didnt thought no one off but he made it crystal clear my car would not be washed and Im to go around their building when there was no cars there when I got to where I was at so with that in mind I chose not to get my car washed there because I consider the young individual as inconsiderate thats okay misters did a great jobI went back in this was an isolated incident the next person weighed on me was super nice took care of everything thank you
