Mike and co. were great! Great communication, clean-up and overall experience! He even got to it sooner than I expected given the extreme tree damage all around our area due to tropical storm Esiais! Highly recommend this company 👌 👏

I wish I could have save some of my tree but it was too far gone. So I called Lutz Tree Services. Lutz called before showing up and instructed me on how to prepare. Upon arrival, they inspected, cut and cleaned the yard debris from my yard. A half hour later, the job was completed!Great job Lutz.

Called Lutz tree service, Mike Lutz met me at my house at 8am on Wednesday. We went over the items I wanted removed. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They removed all the items that day and cleaned up. Everything looks great. Price was great. I highly recommend him.

I want to be very clear in helping you select a tree service company. Mike Lutz (owner), makes a decent enough first impression when evaluating a job and offers a competitive price which is pleasing to anyone’s budget. However, this is where much of Mr. Lutz professionalism ended after we hired him. When it comes to addressing any (small or big) issues, concerns or critiques you bring to his attention, his reaction was belittling, condescending and very passive aggressive, meaning he may smile at you but treat you like he’s doing you a favor, which he is not. If he fails to deliver the service you asked for, he may offer to make you happy but may take out his true feelings/frustration in his work, meaning you may be left with a not so pleasing end result costing you more time, money and stress in the long run. You do not have to disrespect Mike for him to disrespect you; simply pointing out anything he doesn’t agree with is enough to upset him. If you still wish to hire his company, please take many before and after photos, holding them accountable and get a written detailed description of all work being done (every single tree, bush, stump, etc.). Would not use them again and would certainly not recommend to a neighbor, friend, family member or strangers. It is truly unfortunate to write this type of review and I hope it doesn’t happen to others. He was not pleasant to deal with and left my property in disarray. A truly stressful and costly experience to say the least.

Had Mike out at my old property to remove a couple of big trouble trees, he gave me such a great deal we took down an additional four I didnt care for. His sales technique or people skills might be a little touch and go but he and his crew were no nonsense when they did the work. Finished early and cleaned the yard thoroughly, stumps were ground right. I drive by that old house and marvel at how much we changed. Calling him today for an even bigger job on the new house! Idk, maybe its just me but I dont need the guy to smile at everything I say if hes saving me $1200 bucks.

We recently reached out to Lutz tree service for help with removing a fallen tree at our foreclosed property. He went out to the home and to our discovery the tree had been removed by an unknown source. This was news to me as well as Lutz tree service. When discovering this issue Michael Lutz called me to inform that the tree was no longer there. I started to ask him questions in hopes that he can give me clarification on what condition the house was in seeing that we were unaware of how the tree was removed without permission. Rather than being helpful he became upset that he wasnt sent to a property that the tree had already been removed at. He was extremely condescending, rude and unnecessarily abrupt. I dont recommend doing business with this guy, if this is the way he treats his customers. I warn everyone to stay away from him. He is not at all a professional business owner. It is no wonder why he has a one star review.

I would recommend his services. I would caution you about the way he works. He does not like to be questioned about what he is going to do or how long it will take to do it. He removed an Ash tree infested with Emerald Ash Borer and he was very careful in his approach to taking it down. He came on a wednesday 2 and half 3 days later the entire tree was removed.

I had a tree cut they worked so fast and did a pretty clean up job I woulddefinitely recommend Lutz
