Asked to schedule time for an estimate (told him that Id be available any time in next 2 days). Said he would call in the afternoon the next day, or the next morning. Neither happened. No call back. No answer when I tried to call back again. Assuming no emergency occurred - this was really unprofessional.

Company did a great job. Very polite and knowledgeable. Cleaned up very well. Trees look great.

They were fantastic. Baer and his team trimmed a massive river birch tree and a lilac tree for us in the heart of Newport. Both trees look gorgeous and much happier. Everything was cleaned up and taken away and the whole process was as non-disruptive as it could be. Loved them.

We called the Company at 3:00 in the afternoon and Baer was at our house by 5:30 the same day. He provided us with a quote and performed the work the next day. He and his team did an excellent job and all the neighbors came over and asked him to work on their trees as well. Great experience and would use them again any day.
