Bit of a wait because they were busy, but I was told up front how long it would be and they were exact almost to the minute.They let the driver call us upon arrival so I didnt have to wait outside in the dark by the car with my granddaughter and in the heat!They allowed driver to give us a lift home too (we were an hour from home!)driver was very pleasant, and polite young man! Excellent service!

Our RV broke down north of Cincinnati the late afternoon before the day we were towed. I have AAA RV plus. When trying to use AAA I was told several times someone would be available “soon”. Finally this morning ( it has been 13 hours since we called AAA) a very rude AAA worker informed me that they do not have the equipment to tow a diesel pusher ( even though I told the 4 prior AAA agents I have a diesel pusher).She very impolitely informed me I was on my own and had to find someone to tow me then get reimbursed from AAA. yep, they got may back.So upon looking for my own towing company I was quickly referred to Sandy’s. Right from my first call Matt was very understanding, transparent about the tow bill and assured me they could help me out and would be there as soon as possible. Very good customer service. Especially when you are stranded and really need help.Within an hour I got a call from “Hollywood” Rick saying he was on his way and would arrive shortly.Upon arrival and assessing the situation Rick said no problem and proceeded to drop the drive shaft so he could haul my 35 foot Bounder Turbo Diesel. Rick’s attitude and likable personality was awesome. He took my motor home, myself and my wife and small dog to the service center we chose close to our homeI can’t stress enough the good work and great people Sandy’s has and that is why I gave them 5 stars. I don’t recall his name, but the gentleman who arrived to tow my Tesla on a flatbed was very kind and quite helpful. He took great care to make sure I was comfortable and even made sure that my white pants didn’t get dirty. A bonus! He had a great customer service skills, which is difficult to find these days. I would definitely recommend Sandy’s Towing to anyone.

I called Sandy’s in a rough situation when I really needed a tow to get my car back home. They sent a wonderful guy out named Matt. Matt is a great guy very humble but full of knowledge. He seems to be a great asset to the company with excellent customer service and has a very professional presence and knows how to make the job look effortless. If there is one thing I’ve learned is if something looks easy it’s not easy and it’s that the person has put in the time and knowledge to do a good job. Wade was phenomenal and super efficient. Had my truck loaded and ready to go in what seemed like 5 minutes! I’ve tried other towing companies in the past but Sandys has always seemed to be the quickest. They said an 60-90 minutes and it took 45. And that’s with travel time on a holiday! Super appreciative of the fast and professional service!

While side mowing around my pond my tractor/mower slid down a steep bank into the pond. I called Sandy’s towing service to recover my tractor. Miss Teri the dispatcher had someone at my residence within a couple of hours to recover my tractor/mower out of the pond. They did an excellent Job and their response time was phenomenal. Tow truck showed up within an hour of my truck breaking down. Got me hooked up quickly and the driver even hung around for 20 minutes for me to get checked in with the freightliner dealer and gave me a ride to the hotel. Went above and beyond.

Amazing service! Office communicated with me that the driver was on his way. The driver arrived quickly and was concerned about my safety (we were on the side of the road in my husbands car, waiting for my car to be towed). He told us to go and he stayed behind getting my car on the tow truck. After he dropped my car off at the repair shop, he texted me to let me know that my car had been dropped off. He also let me know that he saw a screw in one of my tires so I would have the repair shop check it out. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and communication. Very quick service!

Was driving from Michigan to Tennessee when the keys got locked in the car. Curtis arrived and quickly unlocked the car. He was professional and friendly even giving advice how to avoid a traffic backup further down the highway.

90 min estimate of pick up service turned into me calling after 90 mins to be told within 30 mins they would be here. Which turned into about an hour and a half after that. Then I called the dealership it was towed to after an hour of it being gone to see if my key had programmed yet bc they said it would only take 30 40 mins once they got it. Unfortunately they didnt know the car had been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour bc the driver never informed the dealership he dropped it. So I had to wait an additional 45 mins to pick up my car. If you add up all the time I definitely was unhappy and my day of rearranging my schedule plus an additional drivers schedule was nonsense.

Had Sandy’s tow me out twice in the last few days and they were quick, efficient and professional. Would call them again with no hesitation.

After having a flat tire on I-675 needed a tow to a repair site. In spite of the 1-1/2 hour wait I was highly satisfied with the service due to the operators friendly demeanor.

They said there would be a wait of 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. He got there in about thirty minutes. He was helpful and friendly. He pulled me off the ice and didnt leave until he knew I could leave. I will definitely use them in the future!

They are always prompt and helpful. I wont use any other service if Im in their area.

It had snowed and I slid into a stone wall beside the driveway. The car was wedged up against the wall and wouldn’t move. Driver #353 (I wish I could remember his name) came quickly after called. He figured out how to move the car back in the center of the driveway and made sure I could get out. I had no damage to the car. I’ve used this company several times over the years. All 3 of my vehicles have required service and they have been my first and only option when I need vehicle assistance. Recently I had them tow my truck and they arrived within 20 mins of the call. They are the BEST!

We were in a jam with a truck we were loading on a trailer. The drivers side wheel in the front went off the trailer and we had no way to get it back up and on the trailer. We called Sandys towing and they came out promptly and lifted it back on with one of their flatbed tow trucks. The driver was very courteous and helpful. Rates were lower than what I expected. I would recommend them for any towing service.

My truck needed towed to the repair shop and the driver was excellent. He called before he arrived and introduced himself and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional, informative, polite and extremely nice. He made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. He explained how he had to tow my truck and why because it wouldnt start and was pulled onto my driveway. The service was good but the lady on the phone said we would have to wait 60 to 90 minutes. Because our vehicle stalled out at the 4-way traffic light and afraid drivers might hit it, my husband called the police station to get an officer to come out and guard our vehicle so no one would wreck into it. When we told the cop the lady on the phone said its going to be 60-90 minutes until someone will show. He said, No it wont theyll be out here in 10 minutes after I call them. We get first priority and were contracted through Sandys Tow. Someone showed up around 15 minutes later. Going home we saw several cars pulled on the side of the road and understood why it would take so long for them to show up

I was stranded on the road with my family in freezing weather with a major breakdown of my car. I booked AAA for road side assistance who did not turn up for over 2 hours. I then booked Sandys Towing through GEICO. I immediately received call from Sandys to confirm the location. I explained the situation I was in and requested them to expedite. The towing truck arrived 30 minutes earlier than their initial estimate. The towing truck driver told me he covered 40 miles in 20 minutes to ensure he reaches as early as he can. I was really amazed at this customer service. The driver was professional and friendly who tried to calm down my anxiety given the situation me and my family was in. It was ok. Every time I called, they werent very friendly. We also noticed a new pack of cigarettes that was in truck was gone when we came to get our stuff out. I know thats something small, but somebody obviously took them.

Driver was there in 45 mins when originally was about 2 hrs. My trailer clipped a mud hole and jacked my trailer to lean to the right to where trailer was sitting on one of my drive tires, in the company yard and I could not get out. He had me out in 5-10 minutes! Great service! This is the 2-3 time I have used them always professional and quick!
