Income...w2s...put in incorrectly...wrong years info...BUT my childs ss number was input incorrectly causing my return to be held for review😡i still have not received my amended return from 2019😡😡😡never again...ruined my life

Bill Williams was very knowledgeable about taxes. He was very friendly to everyone who came into the office. He was very flexible with my time.

The wait time in the office is terrible, the fees are ridicolous, and the new meta bank rejects refund advances through a credit report and your credit report shouldnt have anything to do with your earned income.

I scheduled and appointment for 6, got there 20 min early. Was told at 6:05 that they were going to be another 30-40 min. Whats the point of scheduling when they allow walk ins and then youre left sitting there??

Scheduled an appointment in advance with a particular tax specialist. Showed up to said appointment on time and sat in the waiting area for over an hour before my patience wore thin and I informed the specialist I had been waiting for over an hour and that I was leaving. Now I understand that taxes take time but I saw several other people come in, get seen, and get out; and Im talking walk-ins. So dont assume just because you do the responsible thing and schedule an appointment in advance, you will be in a timely fashion. At least not at the H&R Block in Middletown...

I have been with my tax professional for the past 6 years, and she has done a fantastic job in doing my taxes.

My tax professional did a good job but I preffered to file my taxes on my own this year and couldnt due to an error on H&R blocks part from prior year. Given I have issues in the future I would return.
