Tom explained the process, where he was going to spray, how long it would take, and gave tips and steps to follow along with the treatment plan. Adhered to covid protocols, had good conversation about music, home ownership, etc. would definitely recommend him as a technician and Terminix as a service.

I scheduled an appointment to have them come out and inspect our home. We live in between a field and woods out in the country and I was looking for treatment for bugs/spiders etc. They called me and pushed back my appointment. Then another gentleman called me and asked if we tried fixing any of our problems and I told him we sealed one cabinet where we had a mouse problem and it seemed to fix it but I wanted them to come out and inspect and see what they could do to help for mice and insects. He told me that I sound like a DIYer and he wouldn’t come out and inspect unless I agreed to pay $116.25 a month for their treatment without even coming out to look at my home! So unprofessional and never will get my business! If I was a DIYer I would have never called them and wanted someone’s help!

One day I noticed ants in my house, along stairs to second floor and basement, and in the kitchen. I wanted quick service and there is a local terminix with late hours. I think it was Mark that showed up. He was very knowledgeable and the ants near the stairs were gone by the next morning and havent returned after a week. However, I still have ants in the kitchen and will be calling for follow up service. The reason I give four stars is because I am a new customer and I felt there should have been more effort out into a total evaluation and not just targeting the specific issue I called about. I feel like more areas around the house should be treated.

Dont even deserve the one star cause the inspector came to my house thinking he was a dr and told me I was smoking something and nothing was here trying to get my dogs and now she is laying here in bad shape and her with 4 newborns and we found them embedded in her back and she cant even walk and take care of her babies. do not call these people. He should be here taking these things out of her instead of off somewhere drinking bug juice they wont let me talk to him now

Called to get a quote and the rep wanted a bunch of my info. When I told him I really just wanted to quote before I give out my info (like full name and address) he hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

He takes the time to explain and offer suggestions for improvement each time he visits. He always calls ahead to schedule service. He is prompt and always professional.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been waiting on a refund for 22 days now when they told me it would be 3-5. No one can seem to tell me where my money is and I either get the run around when I speak with someone or hung up on after being on hold for 40 minutes. It’s ridiculous that they can’t seem to credit me back my money within a few days but did not hesitate to take it out of my account 15 minutes after they supposedly left my house.
