Scheduled appointment was between 6-8pm got a call from the service worker Nico that he was running late thought about canceling and make it for the next day but decided let’s do it Nico arrived asking questions about the infestation and then explained what he was going to do and with what the applications of the pesticide would do. I was very impressed with the professionalism he exhibited and the ease he gave my wife and I that things were now going to be taken care of.

This was the first time in using Pestrol. Manny the owner was wonderful to deal with in explaining their company and how they operated. The plan I choose to keep my home free of pests was very affordable and yet very comprehensive! The two young men who came to the house were fine young men. They were prompt, very professional, polite and friendly. They explained exactly what they were going to do and why. They love their boss Manny and it shows. I had wasps in my Jeep I saw 2 hives but turned out to be 4.. The Jeep wasnt used during the pandemic I stayed home.. and thats what caused the problem. Thank goodness for pestrols great work. That could have been very dangerous.

Moved into new home and backyard was swarming with mostly paper wasps during the day and the small noseeums at night. After receiving service dont see any wasps around and noseeums were reduced alot. Received the mosquito treatment havent seen much of them so far. Recommend there service and tech was informative and did a good job thank you.

Manny and his crew are professionals at their finest. Attention to detail and extremely thorough. With Covid-19 happening and me being immunocompromised, they were extremely receptive to my and my family’s needs with regards to PPE and made my anxiety diminish with their extreme understanding and assurance. I will highly recommend Pestrol to anyone. Other companies just come for your money. Not Pestrol!
