Brought mower in to be inspected for bad camshaft or sheared flywheel key. Was told camshaft was bent but the flywheel was fine. I pulled the cover off and found the sheard key myself. I was charged almost 40.00 for the so called inspection. I fixed it and is now running fine. More to the encounter but you get the idea. Seem to me too be a fraudulent way too conduct buisness.

After spending over 1200.00 in repairs, Im entirely frustrated that I do not have a mower that is in operational condition. We have now had multiple visits to the service department and have decided it’s best to find another company. I had the mower in for a tune up but it did not resolve the surging issues. The service department gladly took the mower in for another look and recommended a new carburetor. The surging is now resolved but after the mower was returned the second time, it had zero ability to cut any grass without bogging down. My grass had grown to 8 inches since I had not had my mower in over 3 weeks. 8 inches was never a problem before though. I have cut grass over 2 feet tall with it and had no problem. I even tried cutting 4 inch patches of grass and it struggled to mow while traveling at a crawl. While the service department did their best to resolve the issues, I now have a mower that will not even cut anyone’s grass.Final Thoughts* I appreciate the owner calling me personally after the first time the mower was returned. I truly believe that he wanted to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, the service department was unable to return to me a mower that worked as it should.*However, someone named “Shane” from the company visited my personal Facebook page where I had vocalized my frustration and attempted to validate his efforts which I found to be unprofessional at best and further validated my intent to find another repair shop.
WorkForce has been servicing my 11-year old John Deere rider for the past 2 years. They’ve diagnosed and repaired 3 major issues, about which I wouldn’t have had a clue. I received a postcard for service and repairs. Scheduling the appointment was easy; they picked up the equipment when they said they would; they delivered when they said they would. I wish I would have known about the 4% senior discount...I would have asked for that savings. Of course, I havent used the mowers since they were returned on Monday but they sure look cleaner and the rider starts on the first push. Thank you.
These guys do everything they can to help us out an get our stuff back quick as they can with how every where is now a days short handed including our selfs being short handed an no one can get parts no matter what u need they do what they got to do to get stuff back as quick as they can Thanks guys

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a business. They picked up my riding mower at my home, took it to their facility to service it, and then dropped it off back at my home.The mower came back to me running (AND LOOKING!) better than it did when I bought it new four years ago. Seriously! The mower looks like they washed and waxed it! They sharpened the blades, did an engine tune-up and oil change, balanced the mower deck, lubricated and adjusted the steering (which has never been very smooth since I bought it), etc. etc..The personnel were very friendly and the communication throughout the entire process was simple and painless. I hope youre sitting down when you read this because you will not believe this: when you call them an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING answers the phone!! What business does that anymore!?I highly recommend them! I could not be more pleased! Ill definitely do business with them again.

So, I bought a new Craftsman pressure washer from Lowes around the beginning of August and used it around 4-5 times. Today I tried to get it out and it wouldnt start. Having dealt with Lowes warranty process before, I decided to call the Craftsman warranty center myself to try and expedite the process. They sent me here. The man behind the desk who seemed to be the owner was fine to deal with, I tried I explain what was going on with it and immediately was met with warranty wont cover anything if the unit was turned over and it leaked oil into air filter. And it will be a $37 fee to look at it. I said, ok, it hasnt been tipped over, I am sure of that. But, out of curiosity, how do you tell that?My guy will look at it and hell tell me what happened to it.OkSo, well see what happens... Im not exactly happy with a week time frame to let me know something but hopefully it works out. I do know that the last machine I brought here went in with a specific problem and came out with a completely different one, so hopefully this goes better......in reply, Google asked me to describe what happened on my visit to Workforce and thats what I did. Isnt that what I was supposed to do? Describe my experience at your shop?

Took my Husky chainsaw to them as they had it once in the past and did first rate. After waiting several weeks I called, and was told the saw was locked up and not worth fixing. Went to get it and tried it with the side plate off; it cranked over. Was then told it wasnt worth fixing, but theyd sell me a new one. Paid the diagnostic fee and left with my saw. Only reason they get three stars is the past experience and Bryan (counter guy) was good to deal with.
Delivering great seasoned firewood. Firewood delivered measures a full cord! They also have a great showroom with very good prices. They also have some great tree climbing equipment for sale!
I had a 1996 Toro 2-stage snow blower that had not been used in over 4 years; tires were flat, layers of dust and dirt and dried gaskets, it would not start. Workforce picked it up for free (20 miles away) and a week later delivered the blower back to my home for free and it was like new again. They even started it up for me when they dropped it off. they called to confirm pick up and delivery. Called when it was done with the cost estimate. Very reasonable price too. I will have them do some work on my chain saw and mower in the future.
They did a great job completing annual maintenance on my JD mower, leaving me a detailed invoice of exactly what they completed. Price was very competitive. I would recommend them.

After doing thousands of dollars of business with this company over the last 2 years my recent experience found customer service to be very lacking the returning a phone calls to be insufficient and after a $700 repair the morrow was still not working correctly I asked them to come pick it up they scheduled a day but never arrived to pick up my mower. unfortunately after this last experience I will no longer be doing business with this company

I have had several pieces of equipment repaired and all of my equipment is taken to Workforce for routine service. Turn around has always been very reasonable and their prices are the best around.
These guys picked up and dropped off my Husqvarna riding mower and did a great job on tuning it up and performing a few minor repairs. Not only was it spotlessly clean when they returned it but all of the squeaks and rattles were gone. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing their equipment serviced!

I was out of town and had one of my guys look for a mower part at this location. They sold me the wrong part. We went back with the part and returned it. they said they would take a look at the mower to get the correct part number and track it down/order it for us if we would just leave it with them. three weeks later I went to get the mower after not hearing from them. they said they couldnt find the part any where(out of production). We went to load up the mower and parts were missing(spindle, pulley, belt, big $ parts now out of production rendering mower a large hunk of metal). All they would do is say sorry, dont know where they are, good luck. But heres the real crappy thing about them. They had saved my credit card number from a previous service and without telling me tried to charge me $150 for looking for a part to sell me and a part I had paid for previously.. In my opinion they are crooks.

Workforce One is a great local business located in the Northeast Section of Middletown. I have been doing business with Mr. Klaber for several years now. I have had excellent service and turnaround time. If ever a concern or question comes up, I’ve always been able to get an answer from someone there at the shop. I’m kind of one of those individuals that do some of my own work but since I’ve been doing business with Workforce One I’ve turned my even my small work over to them. Again great people, great products, good turn around time. You can go in and be assured you will get your product fixed or be advised what your best options are.

Workforce had picked up my lawn tractor late November for tune up and repair so it would be ready to go when spring came. First time out in April lawn mower started but died. So I called and asked them to pick up and get it back to me as soon as possible. Asked them to wave the pick up charge since it was the first use after it had been in their shop for the tune up. They picked up and after 3 weeks they called and said they it was ready. Their repair amounted to adding gas so they charged me the pick up charge again. Im not a mechanic but I know if a lawn mower needs gas. Will never do business with them again. Since that time I have had it in another shop and they have been excellent in helping resolve the issue.
If I could rate this place a zero I would mechanics are good but trying to get parts or somebody that can give you a correct or even a reasonably time answer is to much for them all I was trying to get was a battery it was wrong twice after waiting 4 hours still no battery and Monday they would have it guess what no battery it was to complicated for them they had to give us the old battery back and our money
My Father-in law said this place treated him real well, so he recommended it to me.I went there to look at mowers. I spoke to the salesman who was pretty helpful. It ended up being that the mower I was looking at wasnt going to work for me. I started looking at another mower of a different variety, and he told me not to- that for my use I wouldnt be happy with it.In other words, the salesman was willing to lose a sale over have me buy the wrong mower. If thats not the highest level of quality you can expect from a salesperson, I dont know what is.I even spoke to the tech there and he seemed like he knew what he was doing.Unfortunately I didnt end up buying the mower from them, just because I have a very unique special need that the mowers wouldnt accommodate in my price range, but would not ever hesitate to buy from them. I see why my father-in-law likes the place because they really are a good shop.

I would give a zero star rating if it was available.I ordered a chainsaw bar from this business at the Oct 2017 Paul Bunyan Show in Ohio. I paid $85.00 cash and gave the owner Shane a copy of my ID for shipping purposes. After multiple attempts to get a hold of the owner by calling him at 513-727-9003, it took a complaint filed with the BBB on 11/17/17 for the owner to call me back. He said he would mail a check back to me. I never received the check and I never heard back from the owner again. The owner of the business never responded to my complaint on the BBB site, figures.

My experience with WorkForce Outdoor Power was excellent. I needed a blade for my Husqvarna RZ3016. They were the 6th place I called and they were the only one who had it in stock. Everyone else said they could order it but it would be 4 to 5 days for delivery and there would be a $10 - $15 shipping charge. Within one hour after I made my phone call I had the part in my hand and I was on my way home. And their price was in line with the other quotes but there was no shipping charge. Im a satisfied customer.
Got charged for an estimate on a dead mower. Took a week and three calls to get it. Will not use this shop again, although we have in the past. Specifically told me the brand of push mower he sells and that I own is crap

I called asked for a part said they had it for such amount, went down part was 20.00 bucks more then quoted. Showed them a picture of model number and part number before buying . Once we went to install part found it was wrong went to take back no refunds on electrical parts it wasnt even taken out of plastic. Then was told they had the right part but I would have to pay for a restocking fee. The girl there is hateful will never go back.

After bringing it in for service, my 14 year old riding mower now starts in cold weather on the first try. They picked it up and dropped it off at my house so I didnt have to rent a trailer to haul it there myself.
