Rick is the best associate in the rental department. He is very knowledgeable and gives excellent advise on how to improve your projects.

Very helpful staff! They usually know what they are talking about. Once i borrowed a floor sander and the guy at the rental place was very helpful and nice. He gave me directions how to sand my floor the right way. It looks amazing now! Thank you so much home depot middletown + staff!!!

Wow the rental department staff was beyond friendly. I called and spoke to a helpful staff member on a Tuesday. On Wednesday I rented 2 pieces of equipment with 2 different staff members and was blown away by how friendly all 3 people were. Their rental selection is also great but its the staff that really surprised me.

Horrible service. No one knows whats going on. Tried to purchase a lawn tractor had to wait close to 20 minutes for someone to stop by. Twice we went over to ask the service desk for someone to stop by. The guy finally stopped over and verified he had some in stock but just directed us back to the service desk. After a few minutes the lady at desk finally understood I wanted to purchase a tractor and we asked about the delivery (free online) apparently it is $75-80 or we were told we could rent a truck and deliver it ourselves.

Its now been twice that Ive had a terrible experience at the tool rental at the Middletown home Depot. The first time they rented me a damaged tool and when I brought it back they tried to make me pay for the damage. The second time they rented me a tool missing part so the tool could even be used and cost me hours of wasted time on my job site.

Helpful staff. Typical variety of tools and supplies available at this store. Good selection of rentable tools/machines/trucks available.
