The car was left dirty inside and out. They rushed the job entirely and there was no line behind me. When I asked them to clean the mats again which I paid extra for they said we did wash them and walked away. This place use to be the spot when I grew up out here. Sad to see they clearly don’t care about customer service.

Pree wash very poor, staff Very Lazy, Place has gone down hill very fast ! When your done car is dirty & very wet they leave it that way so you. Rent one of there towels .

Poor job pre washing the vehicle. No one was in line behind me. Not very well trained, in my eyes.The roof and hood were never sprayed off. Two guys looked like they needed a break after getting back from a break.

The did a bad job
