We hired Mr. Franco to fix a botched job somebody else did and he did a phenomenal job. He came right over for an estimate, explained what was needed, asked for our preferences. Came back the next day did the work to a level of quality beyond our expectations. Everything looks amazing and was done efficiently. We were so pleased with the quality of his work that we opted to get estimates for some other items around the house that we were interested in getting and he’ll be back tomorrow to complete these new jobs we asked him about today. Truly grateful we found a reliable, honest, well priced, quality handyman for our old home and it’s difficult needs.

Percy is great. I called him about fixing an issue in our attic and he was able to fix it within two days. When a SNAFU came up and the situation required more parts and labor, he explained the situation and still managed to resolve everything in a few hours. We will definitely use him again.

Percy has done wonders for my home!! He always takes his time to make sure the job is done properly. Every job he has done in my house has come out fantastic and he always does it with my children’s safety in mind. I truly appreciate that and all his hard work. Can’t wait for the next project!

I am thrilled to have found Mr. Franco. It is very difficult to find contractors for small jobs. Mr. Franco didnt hesitate when I first called. Came within one day of my call to give me a quote which was very reasonable. I needed pvc board to be placed over existing wood. It needed to be notched to fit around a deck post. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job with perfection. I will definitely hire Mr. Franco again.

I will absolutely be using Percy Francos Home Improvement Service again. He worked around our schedule, visited the house to give us a quote on a half bathroom vanity and toilet installation. He was extremely thorough in explaining what was needed for the job and how he was going to execute it. He spoke in a way that was clear and made sense to the average not so handy person. He went above and beyond noting areas that also needed replacing that we had forgotten - like the floor to wall trim and the light fixture from the 70s. He quoted a very reasonable and honest price. We purchased the pieces needed and was able to schedule the work within one weeks time. He accurately quoted 4 hours to complete the work. When he was done he walked me through the project, ensuring I knew both the toilet and sink were working and there were no leaks. His work was quality and we are very happy to have him return for other projects.

Percy was recommended to me by my neighbor. He did a lot of work in my kitchen, including putting in new flooring. His craftsmanship is exceptional, and he is very detailed in everything he does. He is honest and will tell you what will work best and what will not work. He gave us suggestions to improve small things around the house. He respectable and friendly with my 8 year old who is very social lol. I will definitely be using his services very soon!

I was looking to have various repairs performed in my apartment home (door replacement, dry wall, painting, replace molding, etc). All very basic requests, nothing complex.Initially, Mr. Franco was very responsive and came by for an estimate the day after we first spoke. He gave an estimate of over $1,500 for repairs and further stated he could not start work for 1-2 weeks, despite my telling him on our first phone call I needed the work expedited (done within a week for an inspection) and if that wasn’t possible, I would have to find someone else. He ignored my request, came for the estimate anyway and told me he couldn’t start the work because he is finishing work on his new condo. Since I had wasted the time anyway, I agreed when he said he was going to a store to get a specific price / availability for the custom door that was needed. Never heard back from him with any follow up.A friend of the family came to do the work, done in 3 days. Fixed doors without replacement (something Mr. Franco said couldn’t be done). Replaced the moldings and fixed the walls for under $400 (labor and items purchased included). Great, quality work as well.I suggest Mr. Franco, you improve your customer service and time management skills. I can also assume you treated me the way you did because you thought I was young and likely didn’t have the money to pay you... who knows. However, if that is the case I would suggest you also get trained on non-discriminatory service in your industry.For customers, I suggest not using Mr. Franco for work until his experience, demeanor, and resources are much improved.

I have been knowing percy for a year now and he has always got the job done with enthusiasm and determination. He is honest and will be upfront about what you need. He is respectful and will always do his best to improve your home or place of business. I paid you in cash and did not ask for a receipt therefore I would not be in you client files. You came to my house to do plumbing work, but all you did is put silicon around one piece and the leak continued the very next day. You did not solve the problem...which is why I called you in the first place. You also did not sand out the drywall evenly.Very mediocre work at best. I would not recommend him. Save yourself the time, the hassle and hard earned money.

Percy was very nice and the price was fair. I had a Exterior pipe insulation that will freeze in the winter and a garage heater done with him. I highly recommend this company.

Percy came over to give us an estimate on a leak on the side of our home. After an hour of digging a hole to find pipes, he told us our leak was under concrete and still gave us a free estimate for the work to fix it. Percy is kind and diligent, and was very sensitive to my sons auditory needs when working. I highly recommend him.

Hes a piece of garbage and cant even speak English..hes not insured and only has 1 staff helper because all his help quits within the 1st week or 2, his work is very shabby and he has an attitude problem if you question his work..do yourself a favor and dont use this handyman service or you will NOT be happy..
