Matt was wonderful. Very conscientious, organized and professional. Matt and his crew gutted our bathroom and replaced with tile, new vanity, mirror and toilet. His scheduling was perfect. In comparison of the before and after, it’s like night and day and they are unrecognizable. We hired Matt for a master bathroom remodel and also installed an air bath system. We could not have been happier. One of the first things we noticed was his promptness and responsiveness. Most contractors have difficulties keeping appointments or returning calls, not Matt, he was always a pleasure to deal with. His contract was easy to understand and he spelled out everything and always discussed any possible changes and effects on cost. Very honest contractor. His quality of work was awesome, all his sub contractors were just as great and easy to deal with. Overall the experience with Matt and his crew was outstanding. Now my parents are looking at Matt for their bathroom remodel and we hope to hire again soon for a kitchen remodel.

Matt of K&M building and remodeling just finished removing old, outdated, and drafty windows in my three season sunroom and replaced with new Harvey windows. From start to finish Matt was excellent. He was always on time and listened to what I wanted, while offering possible suggestions that might make the project come out better. In addition, he was always responsive to calls and emails, and never made me feel like a bother. I believe it is important for all contractors to make clients feel like they are not alone during a home remodeling project and Matt was there 100%. Our kitchen remodel is complete and we couldn’t be happier! What began as some water damage in one cabinet ultimately exposed a much larger issue, requiring the replacement of pretty much the entire kitchen (cabinets, countertops and drywall). Matt was responsive to our needs and concerns throughout the entire project, working with our insurance company and providing options within our budget. He was organized, meticulous and left the house in great condition after each days work. HONESTLY, ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I MADE WAS TO HIRE K & M. I would highly recommend Matt without hesitation.My home renovation was very unexpected due to a leak in my kitchen which resulted in a complete gutting of my kitchen.Being a senior citizen, it was a relief to have someone honest and reliable and not worry about being taken advantage of.From the start, Matt was very professional. He dealt with the insurance company, made sure everything was going to be covered, supplied Detailed cost estimates and payment schedule prior to signing contract. Any changes or additions needed, a written change order with pricing was supplied. No surprises. Always on time and available by texts and phone.The work Matt personally did was very high quality. He loves what he does and wants his clients to be happy. He cleaned up after himself and didn’t leave a mess. His extended crews (electrician, plumber, cabinetry, etc ) are excellent and all have years of experience. They do not cut corners.I WAS NOT AN EASY CLIENT. (Not purposely). Unfortunately, I had a hard time making decisions and unexpected things came up in this old house. Matt was patient, respectful and I’m sure at times frustrated, but he got the job done. The kitchen looks beautiful as well as ALL the other things that were done.I will definitely hire K &M again if needed and highly recommend Matt for large or small jobs.THANK YOU SO MUCH MATT, I really appreciate everything you’ve done and love it! We worked with K&M on a master bathroom remodel. Matt was very easy to work with. He kept us updated on when projects were being completed and finished the project on time. Matt immediately responded to text messages and cleaned up the project each day. Matt had good ideas on how to enlarge our shower. He made it easy to be down one bathroom with two teenage girls. We love how the bathroom turned out and would highly recommend K&M.

Matt from K and M did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. He kept us apprised of any changes as he went through the demo process and the finished product is fantastic and functional for our large family. I was especially impressed with his ideas about using available space to increase storage and his knowledge of the newest/best materials for our situation. We have been looking for a contractor to help us as we fix up our fixer upper, and I think weve found him!

K & M Building and remolding removed an old second story deck and replaced it with a new, sturdy deck. Work was very professional and done in a timely manner. Price was fair and area was left cleaner then when they arrived. Matt also came up with a great idea to move the stairs to give us more patio area under the deck. I already have recommended K & M to a family member.

I have used K & M building for a few projects around my house. Matt is quick to respond to emails/phone calls, gives great advise on how to make a project better, and overall does amazing work. I plan to keep using this company for all my indoor/outdoor house projects for years to come.

Matt was amazing!! Fully understood and gave advice and ideas for my minor remodel project. He is very professional, personable and trustworthy. He does fantastic work as well. We had our fridge location moved, trim rwplaced and fireplace painted. It came out so great! He had his plumber and electician coordinated to do work and they were excellent and professional.
