The most unprofessional behavior ive ever experienced with a barber. I missed my appointment (which is 10$ non refundable and doesnt go towards the cut) due to an emergency and sent my friend in my place so the barber would lost the time slot. Instead he tells me that he wont be cutting my hair anymore because of this. Unnecessary and very unprofessional of the owner. For $50 a haircut id expect better customer service.

Unprofessional standards. Why charge a deposit to hold a time frame and once your client has arrived at said time you arent available and said client has to wait for more then 15 minutes for you to do whatever it is you are doing? Not a way to run a business.

I highly recommend this Barbershop, Ponce does a fantastic job on my kids hairs every time I also got my hair cut and designed thereto I loved how it came out. The designs he does in my sons hair is 🔥. He is so welcoming and nice to everyone that walks thr the door. I been going to only him since the day he opened up. he is the only one I trust cutting my kids hair!
