I use to work there. Every time I sent my sister down to pick up my things . NONE of my scissors were in there! They are not decent people! Stay away!!!! They also over charge people for services and the place needs a good cleaning and upgrade! Just go in and see for yourself!

I get a perfect cut and color from Tina every time. My color requires two different colors to be mixed and applied: one for the roots and another to the rest. Tina worked with the colorist to achieve that difficult red blend. It took a few times to figure it out, but that was okay as I have to do my roots every six weeks anyway. My final color looks so natural!My cut took months to shape up because I had a bad cut from another salon. It had to grow out completely. Tina gently cut and styled it in stages. It improved with each cut. Now, two years later, I have the cut I want.I look fabulous!

My experience was due to a bad cut at another salon. I was given Tina as a hairstylist and she was so kind, patient and sympathetic to my experience. Due to her professionalism I went back and got a whole new look! I LOVE IT! Thank you Tina! You are a beautiful person! 😘💙

Went there once didnt give me the cut that I wanted and made it sound like I didnt know. What I was talking about

I didn’t have a great experience at all, i showed a pick of what i wanted and she said yes she could do it. The cut was a long angle bob, she said she been cutting since the day before i was born?! Mind u I’m 43 yrs of age. My hair is straight, so in my mind I’m like ok bet she can do it. NOPE all wrong?!? Then someone else jumps in, i guess my biggest problem was that they all said it was good, the lies they told. I came home my husband was like who butchered your hair! Completely uneven and i paid, it wasn’t what i ask for i had two long side with the back of my hair in one straight line. It was Horrific . Went to hair by sebo and they knew and they where disgusted. NEVER in my 30 yrs have i had a bad experience with with my hair. So heck no i won’t recommend they should stick to cutting men’s hair.

I would never go back to classy cuts again. I asked for beach waves all the stylist did was curl my hair. The next day I did what the stylist said and it didnt come out the way I wanted. That was a waste of my money I had to pay 50 dollars for nothing and plus my hair was thick that what they really charge me for no thanks. I will get a better price at the galleria mall they do hair very nice for a good price.

Very messy job! the woman needs a new trimer or new eyes! also didnt see no license, thought that had to be visible.just go to the mall you can get a bad haircut with someone with no license and cheaoer!lol her name i think was cheryel and i felted rushed. when i got home i had all piece around my ear .i figured she was new and didnt see a liecense. i have been going some where else and iam happy and i see her certicate on her table.thanks for responding

Not very good at all. I asked for layers longer in the back and shorter around my face and crown area. The back was ok, but the layers were too long. The front was too long. Hair stylist had a few not very nice comments like your hair is green really green. I asked a number of other people about this and no one seen the green. She said I needed her to color it and touch the roots and additional 40 bucks on the 25 I was quoted. Then she tried to sell me a bunch of goo for my hair. My hair is goo free and thats how I love it, cant stand all that product in my hair that makes my skin crawl. Ok so I had some layers and it was ok looking. Just a wash and cut was supposed to be 25 bucks. I went to pay and the receptionist said 25 correct? to the stylist and she said yes, oh wait 30, the receptionist questioned the 30 and she said Ill tell you why after. Not very good customer service, to knock the clients hair, try and sell them expensive stuff and then change the price. Will never go there again or reccommend it to anyone . I was at the 211 location. Horrible.

I go here every two weeks and this place is great. Some people are just ungrateful, I bring my family here that goes to show I trust them
