Get your haircut at your own risk. I feel like this place is just an overpriced Great Clips. Only 1 time did I receive a decent haircut there and when I went back that person was no longer there. But I got my haircut anyway and it got all messed up. Needless to say I went back to have them first it and they did what I didnt think was possible. They made it worse. They messed up an already messed up haircut. How hard is a number 2 fade and half length on top.

Went in to get my grandson a haircut and they were rude and blamed everything on Covid to not give it.He’s 2 and they wouldn’t let me walk back with him said he had to wear a mask! and this is after the mask mandate for vaccinated people. INSANE! He is 2. Will never step foot in there again.Hope no one goes there. Unbelievable that as things open up and mandated are dropped that people are still living in a bubble. Ridiculous

I always love getting a clean shaved head and an MVP when I go in.I used to get my beard trimmed before covid-19 and that was always done very well too.Sabrina it by far my favorite stylist to go to at this location. She is very professional and a delight to talk to!

Come here weekly Sabrina c has always done my hair exactly the way I wanted it. I actually followed her from another company. I wouldn’t have never been a sport clips client if it wasn’t for her. Very professional and clean environment. Been coming here since she started.

They do a good job with men’s haircut however 3 times I asked in details for the style I want. They don’t listen and then go “doesn’t that look better”. It looks good but was not what I asked for. Nothing I can do but let my hair grow out again.

A very neat place to get your haircut. The people there do a really good job. However, I would not go there unless I had a coupon. Otherwise you will spend more money than at other chain haircut places.

This place is awful. Apparently half of their staff no-showed. My son and I were told about 35 mins. After 90 minutes they finally got to us but I had to tell them to take me off of the list and just cut my sons hair since we were really short on time. Got ta text at one point saying my wait time was about 10 more minutes, but that was almost an hour before they actually got to us. Won’t be returning.

Great for men but I think they do females to. The one called Lori is the best cutter there. Ask for her specifically.

For the last year+ I have been letting my hair grow, so I have not been having my hair cut as i used to cuz some person in my life was asking me to cut it. I find the staff to be well versed in the art of cutting hair. Since this visit, the Cullman shop is closed from a hail storm that damaged the building, at this time there is no re-opening date.

My son likes this place just wish it was not $25 to get a haircut there.

Come in to get a hair cut for my son with 4 stylists standing around. Manager was rude when I asked how accurate the time listed was as the last time we were there it was the same situation. Listed time was double the actual time with stylist standing around. Will not be back. Used to go to Springboro and never had an issue there also had friendly services so it is just this location.

Had an appointment set with a stylist who called off. That caused me a huge problem I was on a time line today. My other problem was I was gave no apologies or even offeredoffered another solution. Just wanted to pass it along.
