Today I needed something really simple - aim my headlights because I messed them up trying to change the bulbs myself. Shelia didnt make me feel like an idiot for trying, took my car right away with no appointment, and took car of me for a very reasonable price. I will be back. I just wish Id come to Ricks sooner.

I cant recommend this place highly enough. My power steering has been giving me trouble for the past month or so. Today, it just wouldnt hold fluid- pour it in, and it flows straight out.So I had to take the day off work. I decided to give Ricks a call, theyre right down the road from me.I had no appointment, and it wasnt early when I called- and they got me in right away. Dropped the car off, expecting to hear the worst. Couple hours later, they called- car was done, problem was fixed, bill was less than half of what I anticipated.Definitely earned a repeat customer today.

The most honest and best shop and mechanics around.

I was a loyal customer to Rick for sometime.. and I was gettin charged a arm and a leg.. and continue to take my truck there.. 2 years later I still aint got it all right.. and I stop taking it to him over a year ago.. I am sick of all these shops see u got a lil money and try to screw ur eyes out.. spent over 13 grand in his shop.. and still couldnt help me out.. I got all my records of work..It would be a cold day in hell before I took anything back to him.. over priced only fixes it good enough to have you back in a few weeks to a month later..I have lost all faith in shops.. Taken everything to a deal ship from now on..

As a man who has owned more than a few cars and been to more than a few repair shops, I can tell you without equivocation that Ricks is a top notch facility. Not only is their lobby area a pleasure to be in, I found Rick to be one of the most pleasant people I have met in years. He provided me with only the services I needed (not the more expensive ones I thought I needed and asked for) and did so in a very timely manner. This is not only the kind of service person you want working on your vehicle, this is the kind of man you would be proud and feel privileged to call your friend. For years I have used the franchise repair facilities under the misguided thought that due to their size I would get a better price and service. Ricks is the proof that that is not the case. I know this....I will never take my business elsewhere, and if you have to push, pull or tow your vehicle to get it there you have made the right choice. Thank you Rick
