Finding a reliable mechanic is always difficult when you move somewhere new. Ive been in Middletown for almost 5 years now and I regret that its taken me this long to come here.When I first called I was impressed by how friendly the gentleman was who answered the phone. Not only was he friendly, but was also accommodating and more than willing to look at my car as soon as I brought it in.As for the actual work that was needed, I expected to be without a car for at least a few days. To my surprise, Bobs actually under-promised and over-delivered; I had my car back within 24 hours (a day earlier than they expected) with everything that I asked for fixed. I also found their pricing to be VERY fair.I would highly recommend Bobs Auto Service to anyone in the area in need of having some work done on their car!
