Mike the owner and his Assistant at the shop were top notch, professional and caring. My wife was in a bad accident and there tow driver was very caring and professional as well. If the car had been salvageable I would have had them do the work.

They were fast my man was getting his oil 🛢 changed, he paid about $84.00

Mike Martine is the most professional and caring person in this field. He took my car right away and fixed it in a day, put gas in it and laughed at me for it haha! Super sus----- went in for one minor thing and they wanted to put my car on a lift and charge me $55 at the onset- just to Chek what was wrong, when I went in there telling them what was wrong.

Was told to come with my blown tire and they would be able to mount/balance and put a good used tire on. After getting there I was charged for the work but then told to go to another shop for the mounting and I never got it balanced. so I went to two different locations page for services I did not receive and wasnt even told by the proper people what was happening never again

Its very disappointed went therefore an inspection Said there was a couple bulbs out that needed to be replaced before I could do inspection I said OK is it OK was it at 3 hours and then it comes to me says oh you gotta get your muffler fixed and the cracked light on the out on the back And the bring it back Monday and it would be about $400 I still didnt get inspected I think this guy just took what he could from me and thats the type of guy he is I would not recommend him

The man tried to cheat us. We knew what our problem was, (one of the brakes was eaten out) came to him with the problem, and he was trying to hide the fact that the breaks were bad and made up a lie about our callipers. When we told him we don’t need them changed he just started getting mad and saying he won’t put our breaks back on unless we pay for the callipers. Very disappointed, seemed like a nice man. The young guy seems to be honest though, too bad that his boss was trying to quiet him every time he was trying to be honest with us.

Great shop and Great people. Always fix my cars right the first time without putting me on welfare. They always show me the parts they removed. Highly recommend.I cant believe some of these reviews on here. They have to be fake. Everyone in this place is extremely respectful and courteous. Ive never had a problem.

DONT GO HERE! They may be good with business customers but not with the general public. They cant even bother to open on time. And when they do manage to open to the public 30-35 mins after theyre supposed to be open they still cant help a walk in customer because the owners too cheap! Complete waste of anybodys time.

This place is ridiculous they was only changing tires om my car and the brok like 6 studs and then the owner martine tried to charge me for labor that had to be done again cause his working men broke my car and my wheel makes a funny noice. Absolutely horrible!!! Our Stuff was STOLEN!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We had our car towed there for 48hours. We went back to pay and let them know we were haveing in brought to our dealership and all our stuff in the car was STOLEN!! The car was a complete mess and no one cared or made Eye contact with us. The cops were called and a police report was filed. Horrible business and not how you handle a business!

Excellent service. Everyone is super friendly, and the prices are very fair. I much prefer the family business atmosphere to the big chains. Definitely recommended.

Worst place in Middletown.Over priced parts and labor price out of this world.Tried to charge 500 to replace a radiator just for labor.And then charged 117 for estimate.It was a robberyWORST PLACE

If i could give a zero i would... The worst customer serviceand work i have ever experienced! It took them 5 days to complete a one hour job and had absolutely no consideration first telling me the car will be finished on day three then allowing me to sit at the shop for 8 hours before telling they are not going to work on my vehicle for another two days dispite already having the part needed for two days.And I have the receipt. I really wish i wouldve read the reviews on this shop before going there.

Go to this auto shop at your own risk. worst experience ever. They actually sold me an old tyre instead of a new one that i had paid for. Went back exactly after 2 days both the owner and the son were so rude, had to spend another 300 that i had not budgeted for. No idea how this shop is still open

Here what they did to us: I went to them 3 times for used tires for 2 different cars. They put a, used tire on one side and inserted nails on the good tire. The first time, I thought I wrong but the second time I realized that this garage fix you tire and damage the other one. They even give one time a used tire with nail down on it. They need to srop.

The lies people put here is ridiculous.. its very sad to the staff . Who numerous requests to resolve their issues and they have zero receipts. So perhaps google should start by verifying who is writing such reviews in 2018 ..

They over inflated all of our tires to 50 psi when Max is 44. Very disturbing experience because as we left the were telling us how they have many tires for us knowing they over filled our tires, hoping they would pop. That was my gut feeling. The owner was rude and didnt want to hear our experience or refund their mistake. Dont go here. Its unsafe.

Horrible company illegally towed my vehicle across the street and charged me over $500 to get it back. Contacted them on a Saturday after calling the entire town to find where my vehicle was and was told didn’t know if had it by driver and to call Monday and they charged me storage. Complete crooks never use them for anything

Never again! Went there and told them my transmission was bad and want go in reverse. Made me wait a hour to look at for 10 mins then say or your transmission is bad and want go in reverse really? I told you that. Then charged $75 dollars and said we could apply it to the work if its done here. No thanks losers . Dont how they still open

Wow may 11 th 1965 to may 11, 2012 must be doing everything right congratulations to the cast and crew !!!!!!!!been a customer for about 15 years, he stands by everything he sells and repairs no games, you are given a written estimate on all repairs even the small ones . the labor rate much lower than the dealer and the staff great, no corporation answers just honest . our family has purchased vehicles from here, anything goes wrong its guarenteed, have our cars serviced and inspected here, my daughter had an accident {minor} they took care of everything the insurance the tow the repair even made sure she got home safe . it does get very busy however we know our vehicles are been repaired correctly
