Keith does a great job! The prices are fair and he is transparent about costs up front. He never pressures you into maintenance that is not needed. Most importantly, he is professional, kind, and is good at communicating what is going on with your vehicle. He remembered that I go by Katie - not Kathryn, like it says on my vehicle registration, - he takes time for his customers, and seems to genuinely and strongly care that his customers are being taken care of. He is definitely smart and knowledgeable. I trust him with my car (a big complement), and I dont see myself going anywhere else for service any time soon!Edit: I have continued to see Keith for auto servicing since my last review. Everything I said above is still true, and I continue to be impressed with the service I receive.As an example, last week my check engine light came on. Rather than have me try to find time to come in with my busy schedule and pay for him to run the diagnostic, he asked some questions over the phone and talked me through some steps I could take to see if we could rule out some simple and cheap potential issues. Turns out my gas cap was no longer fitting properly. I spent all of $35 at a dealership for a new one. I am so thankful he took the time to work through the issue with me, rather than just having me come in for the maintenance fees, as other places have done in the past!

By far the best mechanic in town. Keith is a very helpful and friendly guy. He will patiently go over whatever is wrong with your vehicle and how he fixed it. Prices are very reasonable. When you take it to Keith, you know it was fixed right. The only issue is he is often fully booked for weeks in advance, but its worth it to lock your spot in.

Had Keith review some recommendations made at a local dealer regarding flushing/refill of transmission fluid, the coolant and replacement of brakes. Not only did I not need to flush either fluid, I only needed the rear brakes replaced. Going to him for a second opinion saved me at least $350! an honest mechanic that performs reliable service is worth their weight in gold. Highly recommend Keiths Dependable Auto Services. The only downside is that you might have to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment.

I have been coming to Keith for the last 2 or so years. My brother recommended him to me and with the exception of the small stuff that my brother does for me, this would be the only place Id go to for work on a vehicle. Keith has worked on my Ford Escape many times already. Each time I have had a very pleasant experience. Keith is very good following up to advise you what is going on with your vehicle. I have always gotten my vehicle back within a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes same day service. As long as I live in the area, I will continue to bring my car to Keith. I apreciate the fact that Im getting good service consistently. Personally, I think Keith is a great human being who happens to be an awesome mechanic.

I’ve been going to Keith’s for about 5 years on and off now and not once has he ever cheated me out of doing sub quality work. When it comes to my vehicles all work he has done has been above quality. I myself have some amount of mechanical background and when there’s a job that I don’t have time to do or can’t handle, he is and always will be my go to for anything and everything.

Here is an auto shop who you can rely on. Recently he placed some parts in that shortly later we discovered were defective by the manufacture. When I called him he was slammed solid with work and was leaving for vacation the next day. He told me to bring the car in nevertheless. He exchanged the parts before I even had lunch. A trusted mechanic ehen in a bind.

Went to Keith as my friend recommended. Not over talking, timely completed the fix. Reasonable prices for the services. No over charging or lies about the damage or broken peices. I went to both dealer and Keith, both found same issue. Keith gave me half of the delership estimate, no overcharges after the fix, as some other mechanics do
