Just completed my second purchase of a new Nissan Rogue, to replace the one I purchased 4 1/2 years ago. They gave me a SUPER trade in value for the previous Rogue, which made upgrading to the new model a no-brainer decision for me. Four years ago AND now, they have 0% financing available. Their team is terrific. Sales and service are both top notch! I highly recommend this dealership. They are a smaller, boutique dealership and I much prefer that to the humongous oneswhere you can get lost in the shuffle. Here, you are a person. They remember you and treat you very, very well!
The vehicle needed a new alternator and it was put in without a hitch. The service department is always professional, friendly, and keeps you informed about the progress of any maintenance on your vehicle. I would definitely recommend Langway to anyone seeking service for their Nissan.

Thank you to the entire staff at Langway Nissan - especially Mike in the service department. On our way to visit URI, we got a flat tire. Mike not only took care of replacing our flat, he had us out and back at URI in time for the college tour.
I would give 0 stars if I could.Came in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Was quoted almost $900 for things needed to be replaced (parts and labor) by your service department.Since money is tight these days I got a second opinion from a mechanic that came highly recommended from a friend.Turns out your service department tried to scam me for almost $500 of repairs that my car did NOT need.Absolutely despicable. Shame on you.Needless to say I will never be back.

I have bought several cars from Langway Toyota this was my first Nissan Titan. I had two tiny issues covered by my excellent warranty. I always swap out my chrome rims to my alloy rims for the winter. The service department and sales department are excellent. You may have to wait a little longer right now due to COVID, but that’s understandable. They always take great care of me and James cares about his customers. Thank you very much.

Simple visit for a recall on back up camera. Washed car, gentleman at check out was very helpful/informative and kind :)Only request is shuttle service begins slightly earlier. 8am is the time most need to be at work. Service on island is very helpful but not if it starts same time as most who work.

I was extremely happy with my service experience last Friday. Seth was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He called me to address a problem on my Rogue I asked him about and also let me know that my battery needed replacing, which of course I authorized. He explained the entire bill, and the bill was actually less than I had anticipated! Great experience! 👍🏻
We have been working with them for a few years now and its always service with a smile. The salesman we had was very personable and friendly. He didnt try to push us into anything. They have several options depending on weather youre leasing or buying. The woman in the finance office was very professional, but she explained everything about the financial aspects and the insurance options and made sure that we understood everything. All around, Langway Nissan is an awesome car dealership and Im very pleased that we got our vehicle from them.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Seth was wonderful. Kind and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with snacks and hot coffee. People were friendly.
I called for appointment & said wanted oil changed and tires rotated. Vehicle was brought out to me without tires rotated. I was told I was getting a complementary car wash & vacuum. There wasnt any vacuuming done & the wash was not good. If they dont do it right dont offer the service. Was locking forward to it shining. V/r Jeff Steeves
I never write reviews on Google, but had to share my pleasant experience with Langway Nissan. I went in to downsize my car and get something newer without having to have a car payment. Jim introduced himself right when I walked in and was very helpful and courteous. I saw a car I wanted to test drive. He arranged to have a great salesman Bob Demagistris, take me for a test drive. I liked the car but I explained that I had just started looking and wanted to test drive some other cars. Bob was completely respectful and understanding and never once did I feel pressured. After going back and forth and trying out some other cars, I went back to Bob. The car was a great price and they worked with me on my trade. I cannot say enough about the customer service and overall pleasant experience of my purchase. I truly felt that Jim and Bob wanted to see me in a car I would love, within a price that worked for me. I highly recommend Langway Toyota and Nissan for your next cars purchase and service.

The problem with my car was not resolved after I was given assurances that it had been. Perhaps less time spent pursuing cross/up-sell opportunities via Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection, which was not requested or approved, would have resulted in more time being spent on properly diagnosing and addressing my service request.

My overall experience at Langway was very good. The price of the car I purchased was competitively priced. The sales personnel were not high pressure. Langway and I were able to close the deal within hours of my arrival at the dealership, and I drove away with my new car later in the same day.

What a truly wonderful experience I had at Langway Nissan! This was my first new car purchase and I could not have been more pleased. Before my father and I made the hour plus drive down we called to make sure they had a few Altima SEs in the lot and that the ad in the paper was indeed correct. We were not disappointed when we arrived. Both Steve and Jim were wonderful to work with and got me exactly the car I was looking for, as well as the exact price they were advertising in the paper! Premiers service department not only took me in for service on my vehicle without an appointment, Steve the service manager noticed the dents on my roof from me strapping on my kayak. He then suggested that I have these removed within the same day.I was fortunate enough to receive exceptional last minute service ! My car looks like new . Thank you Premier Nissan.

Kara was very personable and helpful in making my final decision to purchase my new Nissan Versa Note. She also followed up to be sure I was completely satisfied after a few days, which was very nice. I had a question regarding the gas gauge and she had me go in and we went to the service department where Steve explained it to me. I am very happy with the way I have been treated at Premier Nissan with everyone.
Call 15 minutes prior to arriving after nico tells us they have service time to check out a wiper issue that was going to be needed the next day with an expected rain storm Go in to service and meet nico. Says they can do it in 15 minutes but as he checks we have an open recall and if we want to do that it will be a total of 45 minutes. Fine. Sit down. Make a cappuccino. Get on free WiFi. Eat some nutter butters and popcorn. Freekin car is done in about 20 minutes. Covered under manufacturer warranty. That’s pretty amazing. Take a bow langway Nissan as that kind of service makes me think to trade in my Audi
Went in looking for 09 Yaris I saw online. It was in the process of being delivered to another customer..... (Shouldnt have stopped @ Megs for lunch!). I had already done research on Versa Note-I commute 140 miles-and they had 2 w/ less than 3k miles to choose from. Price and trade allowance were more than fair. BUT what really stood out for me, having been in auto sales for 19+ years in a past life, were both Glenn, Sales & Jim, Bus Mgr. Could not have been nicer or made the entire process easier! Told Jim what I wanted w/ respect to financing..... NO PROBLEM!! Got it done and delivery w/ Glenn was great, (on second thought, Im glad I did stop @ Megs). If you live on the Island you do yourself a disservice by not checking out Langway Nissan and Glenn & Jim!!

I went to Langway Nissan because of the sales postings in the Providence Journal on the 2015 s only to find out they had sold out, but the sales manager said he could get very close to the same price on the 2016s. It was a very good price and there was no haggling...I bought the truck that day.
We were in the process of beginning our search for our new car, on a lark we crossed the bridge to visit Premier. We were greeted by your friendly staff, the receptionist immediately gave us a $2.00 bill and introduced to Steve C. We were off to a good start. We felt Steve understood our plan to check our every car in the Rogue class, we test drove one, thanked Steve and were on our way. We soon had narrowed down our choice to Rogue or CX5 Mazda. We drove back to Premier and talked to Steve again, he knew we were a bit fussy and promised to find just the right Rogue for us. We went back to Flood Mazda and drove the CX5 again. Steve called and indicated he found our car Steve was a contributing factor for our decision, he had us test drive our car again, sat us down and covered every detail of the vehicle, Steve was patient, informative and extremely helpful. We found the used car we were looking for online at Premier Nissan of Newport. We went there and were greeted by a very friendly Kara who took us for a test ride. I really liked that there was no haggling with the price. We had been pre-approved thru our bank for a certain amount of money but the bank was not upfront with the bottom line that they would pay for. Jess in the finance department at Premier worked tirelessly to get the bank to approve the final loan amount which ended up taking several hours due to bank problems. I cant say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone at Premier Nissan was. I tell everyone about the great experience we had at Premier Nissan.
When considering a Nissan find another dealership. They are VERY unwilling to work with you. I asked for 500.00 off asking and was told that they have no room to reduce price. The following day the vehicle was listed online 500.00 cheaper. Thats a slap in the face, and obvious they didnt want to sell to me. Went to another dealership in E.Prov and they rolled out the red carpet to get my business and I saved a lot of money doing so and got a 2017 Nissan for a small sum more. Thanks Curtis in E. ProvThe one star is more than generous as Im glad they drove me away to another dealer that worked to put me in a car of choice at my price.Mike your response is comical as I told your salesman about it and he continued to come up with excuses as to why the additional discount didnt apply. Such as you arent an authorized Nissan preowned certified dealerships. Maybe the Toyota salesman should stick to Toyota sales and let Nissan people sells Nissans .. pretty sad when a customer has to advise your salesman and he has no clue ....
I recently spent a week in Newport RI and after the first day, my Nissan Maxima started having an ignition problem. I contacted Premier Nissan, Steve, and had my vehicle towed to the dealership. I received excellent customer service from all of the staff and I can assure you this excellent service is not always there especially when travelling. Upon arrival at the dealership, Steve notified me that the vehicle arrived and he would have it checked out and let me know. Not long after that he contacted me and let me know it was a coil in the ignition of a cylinder spark plug. He provided me the estimate and would let me know when vehicle was ready. He contacted me later that day and then provided me shuttle service to pick up my vehicle. I do get this great service from Jerry Rome Nissan in West Springfield, but was very happy to know that other Nissan dealers in other states are just as customer supportive especially since it is a 99 Maxima. Thanks again to all who provided such excellent service and I was able to return home to Wilbraham, MA with no addition vehicle problems. Great Job!!
