I took my BMW here numerous times. I sacrificed the the lengthy time in the shop in exchange for a cheaper price than the dealership. Until this last experience when my BMW sat in his shop for 60+ days. Not only did I get it back keyed across the entire trunk, the requested repairs were never done. Completely unprofessional and will never be back.
