Worst company I ever did business with. Had problems with them after about 1 month, they didnt pick up the trash and we would call, they usually wouldnt pick up the phone and when they did they said the truck broke down or they were running late than they would show up maybe 5 days later with a pick up truck. Most of the time they would pick up every other week and you would have to leave your garbage out all week because you wouldnt know when they will decide to pick it up.. The last time it was 3 weeks and we finally got a hold of them and Sal finally called us back and said they were picking up somebody else in a little black can.. ARE YOU FOR REAL?? He said it will not happen again and he will credit us, they did show up for the next 2 weeks and now we havent seen them for the last 2 weeks..Would call and email no response. We did get a bill and they credit us with $7.... They should of credit us for at least 2 months.. There price is going up and they want to charge a $5 finance charge.. Lucky for us we didnt pay with a credit card. Finally today I send a email cancelling there bad service. They SUCK .

I agree 100% with the other review. They give you these large pails then complain that they are to heavy. That because they send a pickup truck and the loader cant lift these large pails. My landscaper put some twigs and very small branches in the pail the lid was closed the pail wasnt heavy and it was still left behind. They wouldnt put a supervisor on the phone or come and check the pail. They rather lose a customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever. I am have been leaving in NJ form 10 years and this is the worst trash pickup company I ever encountered with. They dont have atrash pickup truck but come with a pickup truck and never empty the bin. Take partial trash bad leave the rest in the bin. Called them multiple times but no result. I am closing the service

Paid in full for Mar/April 2016 . Cancelled service Mar15, 2016. Today is April 17,2016 .Can someone please reclaim the trash bin . thanks for your help.
