The dumpster came which was good but thats pretty much the extent of what was good about the experience. Didnt show up on time for starters. Dumpster had massive holes in the bottom. When it was dropped on my customers driveway a bunch of glass, nails, and other debris flew out. Then I asked the driver if he was going to clean this up and told me to call the office and sped away. I was supposed to receive a credit for the inconvenience of cleaning the debris up and purchasing plywood to cover the massive holes in the bottom but never did. I would have rated higher if they amended the situation.

Do not rust anything they tell you. Document all calls they will lie.They do not deliver what they say the are going to. They will miss some pick up dates by you still need to pay for the full service. Also need to watch the fuel charge.TOOOO many better companies out there.

They are good if you like excuses, and no-shows
