Been taking my car BMW X5 here for the past 3 years. Each time the work is done on time and at a great rate. Ive always been told what the issue was prior to any work being done. Also what cost would be. Even brought in an Audi I considered purchasing and they ran diagnostic on it at no cost. I definitely appreciate the service and fair pricing.

I brought my A5 to these guys after it shut off in the middle lane of the highway at rush hour. They listened to what I had to say, found the issues and fixed my car faster than I was expecting for a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and I would recommend to my family and friends. I Will return if ever I need to.

Pete wasted no time in getting my Audi A6 in for service to have the rear wheel bearings replaced. The thing that struck me was the knowledge and attention to detail they demonstrated. Pete said they treat every customers car like it was their own. I felt that was the case after looking over their work.

I went to this place, to get price on a oil pan for my Audee and the guy inside the shop was so rude to me that I just walked away. You might have a 5 star rating but probably from family members. Rude

I understand that your place is busy but a little courtesy goes a long way. I attach lot of importance to the first impressions since I have found them to be quite telling about the experience I would have if I continue it to beyond just a talk to the actual giving of work. In case you are really a five star place as these other reviewers are saying then maybe you are doing something right but then it was not today. I will give you a 4 star as I do not wish to comment on your work or spoil the otherwise excellent reviews that you have gathered where you actually performed the work, but for myself I will look elsewhere.

Ive used Pete (A1 German Car Service) for about 25 years now and can honestly say that, there is no one better, more honest or willing to put in the work to get your car repaired at a fair price. When I moved initially and had to get a mechanic for a few years it was painful but getting back to NJ and to his shop has made my car worries all subside. Definately a mechanic your family should use.

Pete did a great job on my S430 for Struts and Brakes at a fair price!!!!

I found Pete from a guy in a quick check parking lot in So. Plainfield raving about how amazingly wonderful he is and he was right !!!!! There is no other Mercedes mechanic in state of New Jersey that I would bring my car to and Im from Florida and he took such great care of my ML350 . His wife is fun to hang out with as he takes your car on a test drive.
