Horrible customer service. Would not work with Allstate insurance on a approved claim, to replace the awning on my Motorhome. Owner / manager expected me to pay the whole repair bill. Before he would even order the parts needed for the repair. Was rude.I went to a major RV sales and service. I didnt even have to pay my deductible till I pick up my unit.

No people to take money. I would have gotten one. People where there. Dont was your time.

This is the best place in this area to go to get your RV serviced. These are real humans that understand when you are in a pinch.I like them as people and for servicing my vehicle. I drive pass about 3 dealerships to get to them cause I trust them.I also looked them up on the internet one day years ago and my vehicle was done correctly and with a smile.I give this business a thumbs up and although they are always busy they slot you in with a smile and that is important.Thank you, Jacqueline Fowler Gary, Indiana

First time RV-ers. Picked up RV in Grand Rapids and camped for two nights. One of the items we had installed was a max-air vent cover. As we were driving down the highway, I looked in the mirror and saw it standing up and moving around. Called dealer - now about 2 hours away and asked what we should do - get off highway and get fixed. Googled RV places close and found S&H was about 20 miles away so went there. Not too far off the interstate and easy to find. Despite their service people having a difficult morning, one service tech postponed his lunch and helped us. The vent was barely hanging on with one bolt. Much appreciated help in our journey!!! The owner phoned the dealer to facilitate the reimbursement too!

Website hard to find hours. Hours on google apparently not correct - closed at 4:15 on a Saturday. Store looks really sketchy through the windows.

They need to stock up more they were out of a live stuff.
