They messed up my taxes and trying to make contact with them so they can rectify their mistake. They won’t let me talk to the manager. Trying to leave a short message they just keep cutting me off. Then when I finally get the message across. They ask more questions. If you are not the manager I asked for, you do not need the information just relay that I need to speak with the manager. I would give a zero if I could. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.

I wasnt happy about the amount I got but Jenifer was the best person that I have felt with in a very long time. She was absolutely amazing!

Sharon Hurst is awesome and Jennifer, manager, called to argue false charges on emerald advance. The h&r rep on the phone admitted the account is closed and charges are false. This happened because Jennifer went to bat for me and my wife. Sharon has been are tax lady for at least 15 yrs.

We have been going every year now for quite some time. We like the feeling of relief that everything is done with no audits or problems so far.. We havent always stuck with the same person every year but we have had some good ones, mostly due to our coming in on the spur of when we get our returns.. But the gal that did ours this time (Sharon Hearst) was awesome and we may just have to keep her now that we have found her.. Really was satisfied with her..

While I loved Ms. Patricia, her company, and the work she completed for me; the prices were just too high and was more than what i expected.
