I purchased a home with Donna Riddell on the Ryan Riddell group in Miami Twp and it was a fantastic experience. We were moving from TX to OH and knew absolutely nothing about the area. I even work in the real estate industry so I had high expectations. They found us a great house that fit our family, was on top of all the paperwork, hit every deadline, and made it look like a breeze. Highly recommend their team for anyone looking at buying or selling in the area.

I received a letter on 9/19/20 from The Ryan Riddell Group stating that there is someone interested in purchasing my home, and to contact him to discuss. As we are planning to list our property, I emailed for more information. I asked the question - Is someone actually wanting to purchase our home? The response I got was - copied and pasted from email -Thank you for reaching out. We are working with over 10 buyers and struggling to find inventory.Be assured, there is a significant need and we know of buyers that may be interested in your home.I responded and said I do not believe in these click bait type of marketing tactics from email or regular mail. I said I felt this was a deceiving letter to try to get a response - which was successful, but I do not believe in this type of business practice and asked to be removed from their mailing list. I was completely respectful in my email, did not condone his business or anything in that regard.I received a response from him, attacking my character and saying he can pick and choose who he wants to work with and it is with people much nicer than me. Goes on to say Im the only negative person to respond to his deceptive mailers. He also mentions faith several times in his email, but is judging me based on two emails I sent that were both respectful. Hypocrite? Real faithful there. Finally the last sentence - again copied and pasted from his email-I think maybe that says all that needs said about you and your response.I responded to his email stating I was surprised that he reacted this way and a simple email back stating something of the like of acknowledging my request to be removed from mailing list, my opinion, or something that a company with integrity would do.. Instead I got another email saying Im wasting his time by sending a lengthy (completely respectful, again,) email that was lengthy and time consuming.Just putting this out there to potential customers to understand how the Owner of this company reacts to anything that doesnt align with his views. Sad.

If you are in the market for a new home, this is your company. They had so much patience for our indecisiveness. They found us the perfect home under our budget

Working with the Riddell Group is a tremendous blessing. This team knows the Real Estate Market and I have never had a bad experience. Ryan, Amy, Donna, Amanda and the whole team have been nothing but pleasant and helpful in every interaction.
