What I liked about working with Matt is that he was very transparent. He is a great communicator and an advocate for his people. We used him to sell our old house and buy our new one. He is also skilled in architecture and design, so he knows so much about houses! He was able to negotiate with our buyer such that not only did we get what we wanted, we got more than we expected. He answered every single phone call and email I sent him, even when I was panicking about selling. He is honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Not only that, he is a nice guy all around.
