Not sure of their reason besides me walking in the store. But felt uncomfortable as I walked in right after 8am I quickly notice a worker following me through the store. I have been to this location numerous times in the last 8 months I lived in the area and have never felt that uncomfortable in a store. Other than that the store is great.

Very small and cramped, towering aisles jammed with stuff, it made me feel incredibly claustrophobic. It has a small room off to the side that had the seasonal items, but no clothes at all. I left there quickly because of the set up.

Needs cleaned, inside and out, but always friendly...great place if you need something quick.

Always a great shopping experience at my local hometown Dollar General. Convenient location, everything I need is always in stock, and the employees are always kind and helpful.

Clean organized and actually have employees who are happy to wait on you.

I went to this location in hopes that I would find an item that was out of stock at the locations closest to me. I used Dollar General’s App and it told me that this location had the item I was looking for. So I drove there hoping that I can exchange some items I brought earlier for the item I want. I didn’t find the item I was looking for, but I decided to purchase some other items instead. Apparently there is only one person who can do exchanges/returns and when it’s brought up that I’m doing an exchange she gets very flustered. I noticed this and offered her to do a complete refund then I will buy the new items if this is easier for her. She proceeds to do the return but does it incorrectly and shorts me. The items I returned were just brought at a different location on the same day and I perhaps purchased them an hour ago. At first she accuses me of having a copy of the receipt which is definitely not true since once again I just purchased them earlier. Secondly she shorts me my refund stating she doesn’t understand why I didn’t get my full amount back and didn’t offer any solutions for me to get my difference. If you cannot complete or know how to process a return/exchange, then why is she working there? Why continue to employ someone who clearly needs more training on how to complete a return/exchange? I should be able to go to any Dollar General and the associate should know how to complete a return/exchange correctly. The only way I was able to get my difference was to call their Customer Service line.

It was fine, easy shopping just hard to choose, trying to pick the right cookie I just couldnt decide . I just got what I needed said thank you and left. 😁

If you want fresh bread this is the place. I dont know why but milk and bread are always very fresh. Employees are always nice.

The store is small, located downtown in a horrible spot. Good luck getting around the store with a cart or stroller!!! Most of the staff is very nice however the manager might call everyone “sweetly” is mean. I’ve heard her on multiple occasions yelling at her staff. They should replace her and move to a different bigger building

Great food. However I ordered 35 minutes ahead of time but still had to wait 10 more minutes to get my food and they were dead. Not a good thing when you have a 30 minute lunch.

I love this store!it is very convenient to get to. The shelves are stocked, and they have a lot to offwr at cheap prices. The cashiers are also always friendly.

I dont shop here a lot, but when I do, is always been good. Easy to find what youre looking for and Ive never had a problem with anything here.

Pretty much organised and almost always have everyrhing you need in one trip. Only exception was them not having any childrens clothing and more variety sneakers and boots for boys.

I have really just fine to this store a few times but they have what I need at a decent price everytime I go.

Employees here are very nice and accommodating but the location itself is filthy and in dire need of renovation, the parking lot is a hot mess of pot holes and its much too small. The back area really needs to be cleaned and remodeled as well.

Friendly staff, shelves are always stocked and the store is always clean.

Walking in with my children and a male ran past us with a knife and the elderly lady who worked there chased after him for stealing something that obviously wasnt worth her life or others.

Its a bit disorganized and awkward in layout but its nice to have an option right downtown if you dont feel like venturing to Kroger, Walmart, or Meijer.
